Jesse told me someone was gonna take care of me he left. Then Sit in there for 2 hours to be told that they had some where to be. They can’t cut me.

I’ve moved around to a lot of different states and every time I move I have a hard time finding a great barber that I want to stick with. A friend of mine recommended Felicia and I honestly don’t want anyone else cutting my hair, and I know a lot of good stylists. Not only does she surprise me every time with how good of a job she does, but she’s ALWAYS professional, on time, polite, considerate, and positive. The shop is definitely one of the friendliest environments I’ve been to as well as one of the cleanest. We’ve been twice to get my sons hair cut! The first time Nash was amazing with it and did a great job. The second time we used Jesse. Also a great cut! However, both times I’ve walked in we haven’t been greeted. We stand there while every employee looks at us without saying a word. This past time I stood until a girl acknowledged me. Then had a seat while we waited for someone to be open. I do understand we are walk ins. I did text nash without a response. Then was almost overlooked and skipped for another walk in. Although we love the atmosphere and work I don’t feel we will be returning. Customer service is very important to me and it’s just doesn’t seem important to them there.

Ive been here a few times to have my hair cut and the guy did an excellent job until last time. Seemed like he was in too big of a rush and the other workers in here were just sloppy and didnt care about cleaning up or anything. For the price they charge, it isnt worth it for me to go back

My girl Skylar gets me right everyyyy time whether it’s just a silk press and trim or coloring. I love the atmosphere!!! My last appointment I had color done, trimming, and a silk press! My third time in this great shop, my cut was a little uneven and bit lopsided. I contacted the shop owner and he very quickly and politely responded. The stylist fixed me up promptly, I didnt have to explain anything! I got a great cut and some good laughs. Will definitely be back!

I took my 4 yr old here to get a hair cut here. If you are looking for a kids cut I would not recommend this barber shop. The service was absolutely terrible. We were a walk in and I’m very understanding/willing to wait my turn. The issue is not a single one of the four barbers told me that only 1 person was willing to kids cuts and that person already had appointments. With that being said, I waited with my 4 yr old and 1 yr old for over an hour and 30 minutes. Two of the barbers packed up and left while we sat there and waited. Very unprofessional.Edit: The owner reached out and apologized immediately for the inconvenience. I believe he is sincere in fixing the issues we experienced.

If you’re wanting someone who takes there time and is on point while being consistent with every cut then Felicia is your go too!

Jorrelle has no clue how happy he has made my family. My son is 18 and is special needs. He becomes anxious around new people and very aggressive if there are more then one new person at a time. This makes it very hard to do the simplest things like a hair cut. The first time I took my son in here to get a cut Jorrelle instantly noticed something was off when he seen myself and my wife watching my son like a hawk looking for hints of him becoming aggressive. Jorrelle kicked into dad mode and started talking to my son like he is a person instead of a special needs person. Ofc my son rambled off stuff that makes no sense.(part of his condition) That didnt stop Jorrelle. He went right along with it and kept talking to my son like he understood every word. My son relaxed and felt like he was just one of the guys hanging out. I literally cried like a baby when I left after seeing someone take the time to care for my son like that. Since then my son will not go anywhere else. He absolutely loves Jorrelle and if we bring up getting his hair cut his face will light up and he gets so excited. There is a special place in heaven for people like Jorrelle. Thank you so much for being the person you are.Btw i forgot to mention the cut Jorrelle did was the best anyone has ever done on my son also.

I had been looking for a great place to have my sons haircut and I’m here to say we hit the jackpot! I gave Jorelle (Phanum) a very vague fairly lame description of what I wanted and he far exceeded what I was hoping for. I’ve never seen such attention to detail on a hair cut especially on a three year old. The atmosphere was fun and cool and the other barbers/stylist and clients were sweet and tolerant of my 4 and 1 yr old I had with me. Safe to say we won’t be going anywhere else for haircuts anymore and if your reading this you shouldn’t either!!!
