The team at AMS Racing is extremely professional. My ls7 had a lifter failure which damaged a lifter bore. The team at AMS was able to repair this issue in a timely manner and they kept me informed throughout the entirety of the process. Extremely recommend this shop and it’s people.

I ordered a AFM delete kit and had issues with a defective gasket 10k miles down the road. AMS Racing next day aired out replacements and new head bolts all for no charge. Their customer service is second to none! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable and their customer service is exceptional .... the post office in our town is very unprofessional and doesnt like delivering packages so our initial order was returned to ams without us being contacted when i called ams and let Sean know what was going on he informed me they were aware the package had been sent back and they had already reshipped the item through another carrier before they even received the first package they had sent ............ I recently took a service dept. over for a large company and i inherited a dod delete attempt that wasnt done properly and sean took the time too go thru everything with me and help me figure out what the issue was and sold me just the parts i needed...... i would give them ten stars if i could and anything they offer will be used in my shop whenever possible

Horrible company! They are thiefs! I bought cams for a Jeep through eBay. UPS delivered the package to the wrong apartment, a case was opened and AMS Racing was refunded by UPS but wont give me my money back. Do not buy from them.*Update / ReplyCorrect it was just one cam. Now, I opened the case with UPS not you. You have done nothing to help me and I have not received my refund. TWO different UPS reps told me the case is closed and they paid your company for the part ($428.41) because it was their drivers mistake.

Great place to get engine work or mechanic work stand up people who are honest and dont try to rob you on prices or work done there. Would recommend over any machine shop in town not mention the have the largest selection of go fast parts in town.

Purchased mail order parts that were delivered after close. The substitute delivery driver left them on the street outside of a business downtown. The recieving person cannot file a claim with USPS on such matters, the shipper must do so. They seemed unwilling to help in any way. This is after spending thousands of dollars with this company, and will loose my business due to their customer service over less than $100 in parts. Great company until something goes wrong, then wont lift a finger to help.

Order mds delete kit for dodge hemi 5.7 paid service guy to install right off the bat had 3 stuck lifters so paid second service guy to take down an double check motor an he found the kit had wrong lifters in it but what can you do but go to jegs an buy the right lifters they put motor back together an now she runs perfect but now i have $430.00 set of lifters on my shelf with nothing to do but hope someday ams racing will make it right

I purchased a 5.3 engine rebuild kit for my 2008 Chevy suburban. The team at AMS was great and easy to work with. Purchased dod kit and some springsNew lifter bad from first start had to pay extra labor and buy new lifters from somwhere else. Would highly recommend you dont bother with the ls lifters. Springs are holding up so are the gaskets.

Read the reviews and dont buy from these guys!!!We ordered a cam and lifter kit with mds delete and everything seemed to be good, we do multiple of these and I looked forward to dealing more with these guys. We had one little problem, a lifter that was improperly machined (yes 1 lifter) no big deal things happen. I called and explained it to them and they said they would ship out a replacement as soon as I shipped the bad one back, O-kay no big deal! I did that and as soon as the package shipped I called and notified them that it had shipped and to get the replacement on the way because this 1 lifter is tying up and entire stale in our shop and anybody thats anybody knows turning your stale is how shops make money, well not only did they not ship our lifter out that same day we shipped the bad one out but they didnt ship it our tell 5 days later so now the stale will have been tied up because of 1 lifter.As you can imagine this is very frustrated and the only thing they did was make excuses like, ups didnt show any movement on the return part until 2 days later even though I called them and let them know ups had picked it up, what the heck would I wont with a improperly machined lifter, its not like I was going to tell them it shipped and keep a bad part!They were very nice to deal with the entire time until I asked for no more excuses and just to give me the bottom line.The bottom line was they wouldnt do anything and they said it may be there 1 day sooner then what the tracking information says and they offered to charge me for overnight shipping of a replacement lifter.SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
