I had been talking with your office since June 14th, 2020 in an attempt to get my billing and payment plan straightened out. Every agent gave me a different story of how it was my problem that they couldnt get my insurance quote correct; and how your system was unable to draw money from an account that I repeatedly explained was a saving account- which hadnt been a problem in the past (2017-till April 2020). Your agents continually assessed me higher and higher amounts due in spite of me mailing in payments per their assessments directly to the address given. I left messages and my daughter even attempted to find out what was going on. Letters threating cancellation of my policy was the final straw. Ive moved my business to another Insurer and I dont recommend you guys to anyone. After 4 years with your agency I think I could have been treated better.
