These people are unknowing of their trade. I had a Cannon gun analog gun safe that would not open. They told me that they would have to drill out the safe and damage to the safe would happen and the safe would have to be repaired. Actually due to the age of the safe all that had to be done to open was to reduce the second number by one and it opens perfect. This information was on Cannons web site and they did not know how to fix the safe without spending 350.00 They might be great with autos but don not know safes.
