I cannot say enough good things about Robert and his team. Ive attached three before/after pictures. They were the perfect combination of skill and care. The climbers where clearly very skilled and adept at pruning very tall trees. The team cleaned up thoroughly after they completed the job, they hustled the entire day (it was an 8:00 - 3:30 job with a lunch break). Precision and safety were not sacrificed for the hustle either. Also, when they needed to move the equipment for cars or people that needed to pass by, they did so running to the cars and then running back to the equipment to carefully move it and allow for cars to pass. The price was reasonable as well, and actually was less than a local competitor. I was pleased that Robert didnt ask for more at the end of the job. I ended up writing a check for more than 10% above his quote, I was so pleased with the work and the effort, asking for the excess to go to his crew. He and Boone Tree Experts have my business and recommendation for life.

I saw all the 5 star reviews so I called them. They called back and said they would look at it in a few days, No response so I called back and left message. He called and said he would look at it “tomorrow”. No response. I thought maybe there was a problem so after two weeks I called and left a message again. No response.I gave up and went elsewhere. I cannot understand the great reviews with this lack of customer communication?

These guys are AMAZING! Roberto and his crew of 4 opened up the view in front and back of our house. Photos show the view after they finished. I dont have before pictures, but both ridges were barely visible.They did exactly what I wanted, cleaned up the debris; and they did it FAST, at a fair price, professionally and safely. I expected it to take all day, but they had it knocked out in about 2.5 hours.Robert is friendly and customer-focused. He wont quit until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. You dont have to pay anything up front like most others. Communications and scheduling were excellent. They showed up exactly when they promised. I cant recommend them highly enough for any job large or small.

Honest! Preserved trees that they felt had more life in them. Now that is an aborist! I thought they needed to come down. They said let the trees live, lots of life left in them. Company failed to show up for appointment. When called to inquire about appointment was told they would call back momentarily. They never called back and never responded. It’s one thing to forget an appointment, but to not take responsibility or follow up is a unprofessional.

Outstanding work. They showed up when they said they would (the morning after my quote), and obviously knew exactly where every piece of debris would land. I never felt my property was in danger even though some trees were very close to important things. The price was very reasonable, the work moved quickly but safely. I have my 50 mile view back, and 6 danger trees completely eliminated. The topping work was done carefully, but effectively to give the trees the best chance to survive. I could not be more satisfied.

I utilized this service because Robert convinced me that he and his crew could do the job safely and at the best price. That was certainly the case. I had a large red oak that had a double deck built around it. The tree must have been 60 feet tall. Robert and his crew came out and took the tree down while there was still snow on the ground. Entertaining to watch and he and his crew were very friendly. If I ever need anything else of this nature I would certainly call Robert again. I give them an easy 5 stars.

Im a new home owner in Boone, NC....I was searching the internet for a tree service company...I called several companies and did not her back within two days...I called Boone Tree Experts and I received a call back within 15 minutes...I was stunned and was saying WOW to myself!!! What a quick response and that was a tell tale sign that I was dealing with a real professional organization!!!! I setup an appointment on my terms day and time and Roberto was on it!!! He was so pleasant and accommodating on the phone which is highly unusual in service industries...He came out and was early to show up and was very friendly and very personable...we walked the property together to size up the tree issues that I had on the grounds he wasnt trying to sell me a bill of goods...He was not just out there to make a fast dollar... he was genuinely interested in solving my problem with rotting trees that were really close to threatening the structure of my house...Talk about being fare and honest and sincere this guy is the BOMB!!!! He cut down 12 trees. And stacked the wood and cleaned up all the clipping and did it with extreme care. Not to hit the house with any falling debris from cutting limbs down. The staff worked with swift precision and seemed to enjoy there craft and worked together as one unit...I couldnt have asked for better service...Boone Tree Experts are my tree guys forever as long as I reside in Boone!!! A wind storm came through and I had a tree that split and was close to the house. It was the weekend and these guys still came right out and cut and stabilized the tree. They were obviously busy but gave me a great quote to remove the tree and even trim my red oaks!! Next day they showed up as promised and did a wonderful job. Well I can say that Robert did an amazing job. They did everything that was on the quote and what I asked for. All trees were cut down and those with roots too close to the fence/property line were grinded down. We called them to do some view clearing of our property which involved removing several trees and topping several others. The owner came out quickly, was very personable, and gave us a firm estimate right away. Within a couple of weeks his 6 man crew came to do the work. Just simply amazing! Robert came out the same day we called him to give us an estimate of the several things we needed done (a dead tree cut down and lots of trimming of several trees). He gave us a very reasonable estimate.He was booked for a while and wasnt going to be able to make it out for a while. But my wife was pregnant and about to give birth to our daughter. So Robert said he would make us the priority if someone canceled.Someone cancelled, and true to his word, Robert and his team showed up before our daughter. This was a huge relief to us so that we didnt have to be worried about the tree issues while at the hospital or at home with a newborn trying to sleep and having a lot of noise from trees being cut down and trimmed.This goes without saying, but they did excellent work.
