When we decided to list our home for sale, we met with Tracy, and she reviewed our home. Afterward, she made suggestions as to what we should remove from our home, what we should leave, and how to decorate/stage our home for sale. We did absolutely everything that she suggested, removing about half of our possessions from our home and spending about $200 on decor items she suggested for staging. We cleaned, touched up paint, freshened up the landscaping with a new layer of mulch, and staged our home. We listed our home on a Monday with delayed showings for the following Wednesday. Nine showings were scheduled for Wednesday resulting in four offers! Four offers from nine showings!! All of the offers were $10k over asking price! Tammys insight, knowledge, and professionalism made selling our home a breeze. I have the highest praise for her skills and strongly recommend her services.
