Dr. Phams is so kind and professional. Ive had a real bad experience with dentist and to get me there is hard to do. He is gentle and excellent at everything Ive had done. Also I love the explanation s and showing problems with xrays . I cannot say enough good about him....or staff. From girls up front to all the others doing fantastic jobs!!! (I wont say girls as theres an excellent guy too!) Thank you all so much!

I think that Midwest Dental in Boone IA. was very professional and the dental hygenist was very thorough on the x-rays, and cleaning. I also felt that the dentist was very open about what needed to be done for my dental health and well being.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The entire staff is great! Dr. Phams is awesome! They have earlier hours too, which works well with my schedule.

Beware this is a large chain of dentists offices!!! There billing is unscrupulous. They just try to drive up the bill and you end up paying out of pocket as the insurance will not pay for procedures.My recommendation is to try one of the private practices in town and give you business and money to a local resident.

My daughter and I glad we chose Midwest Dental Boone. We are fairly new patients and satisfied and I definitely would recommend this place. All the staff from receptionist, to dental assistants, to Dr. Pham all very friendly. I just had little bit of work done yesterday and definitely better experience than I had in past with other dental places. I will definitely keep going back.

By far the best dental experience I have ever had. I visited Mid West Dental after nearly 20 years of avoiding dentists out of own irrational fear. I shared with them my phobia, they made sure I was at ease and am now in good dental health and am following the 6 month check up schedule. You couldlnt ask for better people, I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Phams and his team.

Kermit and I have called Midwest Dental Boone our Dental Home forseveral years now. The staff welcome us and the waiting room isa relaxing place to wait, ( which is not a long wait at all). We feel thestaff is very efficient, pleasant, and well trained. We have felt Dr. Phamis the kind of dentist we need.

The whole office staff we’ve had, have been excellent. The girls at the front desk are very helpful & pleasant. Our hygienist, Aaron, is the best! Definitely a keeper! He’s very thorough does a great job. Dr Pham, is very good also. He listens to our concerns & gives advice when asked. He respects our opinions about our dental health. Happen to catch one of their morning pre-work gathering in the office. Very nice to witness that! Hope none of these people ever quit till we’re dead!

Great dentist, everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I always enjoy coming in for cleanings, root canals or crowns, it doesnt matter they do a swell job and do it well.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! First the positive, the dental assistant is AMAZING!!! She is very friendly and was very good with my son. Shes the only good thing about this place. Their billing practice is very underhanded, they gave me an estimate, I understood the estimate would be close to actual cost, it wasnt. Any reputable dental office would be up front about costs, they hid the fact that my dental coverage would not cover enamel fillings. They gave me no choice, didnt tell me that I could have had amalgam fillings which my dental insurance would have covered. When asked about the discrepancy they were rude and interrupted. I have a very bad tooth ache that I had an appointment scheduled for in two days but I will suffer with the tooth ache until I can find a more honest dentist to deal with.

There are no words to describe the excellence of Midwest Dental. From nose to tail, the whole staff is committed to care, compassion and cammaradarie. Seldom have I seen such dedication in any team. Dr. Phams has assembled a group of rare and talented individuals.

I had a great experience at Midwest Dental. My dental hygienist, Jesse, was extremely knowledgable and made sure I was completely aware of all procedures. He even showed me photos of my teeth to point out certain things. Dr. Phams was also very welcoming and willing to answer all my questions. I felt that my concerns were taken very seriously. All staff I encountered here were very friendly and made conversation with me.

Absolutely excellent office in every way, and Ive been to several dentists in my life. I have been going to Midwest Dental in Boone for going on three years now and drive from Ames for the privilege of their services.Dr. Phams is an extremely friendly and patient guy and Im surprised every time he remembers something about me - I never expect dentists to remember people they see every six months. With procedures he is quick, efficient, and effective, and I like how he explains what hes doing in my mouth as he goes along. They seem better equipped with modern technology than many dentists I have been to in the past as far as little gadgets and gizmos for comfort and ease of operation. The employees at the front desk/office are always great and the hygienist Im paired with every time is an absolute joy and by far my favorite Ive ever had.What can I say? I look forward to going to the dentist now and dont mind driving a bit to get there.
