We have had insurance with Allstate for as long as I can remember and they are very professional and very responsive any time I need them there easy to get on the phone and no foriegn person that cant understand English recently I had a crazy deer run across the road while I was traveling at speed and ran into the side of my car so called Allstate told them what happened thinking I might get the run around but no problems they were very helpful got my car fixed and my premiums didnt go up now I know Im truly in good hands

They were great until Windy passed and the new guy took over. Now all they want is your money. I don’t need 10 emails letting me know my bill is due before it is due...... don’t worry, you have gotten paid every month for the pass 15 years I have been with you.
