I also knew something else was wrong with my car & they diagnosed that and referred me to a mechanic and after I get my issue fixed, they are going to re-align for free. I’ve been in a wide range of automotive fields for over 45 years, from basic repair to 150K dollar full on customs - I’ve won best in show at to many to remember. Best Tire Center of Bonney Lake truly lives up to its name. After a stressful day getting a flat tire on the way to trails in Mount Rainier NP, Best Tire Center was first of all open on a Sunday when others were not and second of all have amazing service - patching the tire and swapping out the spare with the patched tire free of charge. What could’ve been disaster, was easily resolved with Best Tire Center! Thank you!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. I had a flat tire in our camping trip and mounted the spare. However, we thought that it was too dangerous to continue driving and started looking for a place to repair the flat tire. We visited two nearby tire shops (while my two kids were in the car), but both were not helpful and they asked us to wait for 3-4 hours.Best Tire Center finished the job in 45min. In addition, they were all really helpful and respectful while doing so. I will definitely visit here for any future tire-related need.

I was greeted by friendly, professional staff at every occasion at this tire shop, whether I was asking their opinion on tread wear on my 4X4 from Karl, who gave me his expert advise and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, or scheduling for replacement tires on my Acura with Mark. I also overheard the other staff members dealing with customers and they were as friendly and helpful with them as I had experienced. Because of the way they treat their customers I won’t go anywhere else.

I got a nail in my tire and went to a competing tire center that touts a discount in their name. They said they could order my $200 tire from Arizona and put it on in 3 or 4 days when it arrived. I then called Best Tire Center and talked to Carl. He said I could come in right then. I got there, he took my car, and 15 minutes later came out and said Youre all set. We patched the tire and youre good to go. Its part of the service so there is no charge. When you find someone and some business with such integrity, they earn lifelong loyalty from their customers. They did from me.

Best tire center is always quick, but thorough service. They also will match any other establishments price as long as you mention it. I spent around 400$ for two tires and an alignment, I am happy with their work. Try them out, If you are shopping around. If there prices could come down a bit.. that would be nice. With covid everything has increased unfortunately

I was referred to BTC by Scotts Classic Quality Auto Repair because I needed all new tires. I walked in and met Mark who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I showed him a quote I had gotten from somewhere else. He gave me his professional opinion and helped me find tires I would be happy with that were a good quality and within my budget. They were ordered and installed within a day. Im very pleased with the tires and the service.

Great knowledge and people. Purchased my truck and trailer tires and had a couple services done. Price at the auburn store was willing to come help me when i had a tire blow. I ended up not needing it but the fact he was willing to do that shows me that he cares for the customers not just profit and i went back the next day and got a new set for my trailer. They have a car that doesn’t have many tire options because of a relatively odd size. But they had a couple choices suitable in ratings required. The tires were in stock and they were able to get me in and out quickly including the time for an optional wheel alignment. The alignment specialist even took time to review the results. Good, dedicated people with truly state of the art equipment in the shop.

This place is so awesome! We had an air pressure issue, right before a road trip. They brought us in right away, found the issue, repaired it and filled the tire up at no cost to us! We will most definitely be going here for our tires and other maintenance! They staff is also super friendly and informative!

This is the only place Ill go to from now on! I purchased my wheel and tire setup from a nationwide competitor store and had nothing but problems going to multiple locations trying to get the wheels/tires balanced and aligned correctly. After visits to three different tire stores and two dealerships I was referred to Best Tire and they got the balance and alignment right the first time and they took much less time than others to do the job correctly. My truck drives much better now! Cant recommend them enough!

Great place with friendly staff. A bit difficult to get into from 410, but totally worth the effort.

The guys there were very helpful .I told them what I could afford and what would look best ideally. They picked out the best wheels for the look of my truck and did a great job.

These guys are the best. The first time I went in there they were trying to find me specific rims for my Tahoe that I had seen online. So helpful and even price matched. Before buying rims I sold the Tahoe but when I needed tires and an alignment for the new ride I immediately went back to them. I work in a customer service centered business and always appreciate good solid customer service like these guys consistently offer. I had my car aligned at Best Tire Center today. I was very impressed by their great service and attention to detail.

Bought a set of Toyo Tires, with in a couple months and a couple thousand miles the truck developed a vibration. After a few balance and rotations they were able to pin point the exact tire and replaced under warranty.

I would give a 5 star review but they forgot to adjust my camber adjustment nuts on my truck when I already have them installed and then said I needed them lol. They offered to remedy the issue at no cost if I didnt like the alignment I got definitely great customer service just a technician error.

Had a braided valve stem extension on my motorhome outside dual wouldnt take air or let me check air pressure. The guys were able too get it off by reaching between duals ,no small feat . Found out it was installed wrong by different company, part missing, installed new one and was good to go . Didnt give up ,great job guys !

Went in to get an alignment first thing Monday morning when they just opened. The guys in the shop were quick, polite, and helpful. The got me right in and got to work on my van had it done and me on my way in about an hr.

Great quick service, but unfortunately after my alignment was done I had “picked up” a bolt according to the technician. I had bought the tires across the parking lot minutes before my appointment. They did patch my tire, but really sucks to have a brand new $125 tire with a patch already.

I love Best Tire Center in Bonney Lake. These guys do a great job every time and will match or beat any Competitive pricing. They are fast and will get you in and out in no time.On top of that, this is a one stop shop where you can also get a free alignment check and if you need an alignment they can do it on site as well. Lets face it, if your tires are worn unevenly then you most likely have an alignment issue. Why would you buy new tires if your alignment is out of whack? Discount Tire will sell you tires but they don’t do alignments, so you will wear out a new set of tires very quickly.

Went in for an alignment on a 2020 Truck after doing a leveling kit. They were so upfront and informative about bigger tire options i was asking about while there, i left with new tires! Gave me great service, great pricing and seem to genuinely care about the customer getting what they want. They recommended a Toyo AT 3 newer tire that was on the market and it rides amazing. Gave me the bigger look without road noise and more aggressive, mud/snow type tire i wanted. Go there and you will not regret it! 5 stars all the way. The manager/Tire professional is in the right line of work, he loves his tires and it shows! Will refer people and will be back for tire needs- Great place!

Went in to get some tires mounted on some wheels I brought in. Got there about 930am on Sunday and 2 hours later I’m out the door. I drive all the way home to Federal Way and was checking out the wheels and noticed they had scratched one of my wheels and on top of that mounted the wrong size tires on. So I called back up there saying they mounted 285/70’s instead of the 75’s. So I had to drive all the way back and to get the right ones mounted. Wasted my whole day, finally got home around 430pm after the whole experience.

I am always treated very well at Best Tire Center in Bonney Lake. I was surprised a year ago when I was told my alignment was good and I don’t need to pay. Most of the work is to set up the vehicle, so everyone charged me. Nobody was as honest as these guys. From that point forward, this is my tire store! Last time they fixed my flat tire and didn’t charge for their work. I got lots of vehicles and do see these guys every few months. Great service every time! THANK YOU!

Was recommended by another auto shop to come here to fix a nail in a couple of my tires. Not only did they fix the nail in my tires, they also went above and beyond and fixed some other issues extremely fast. Other places told me I had to wait a whole day and these guys did it in 5 minutes. Best tire shop in Bonney lake hands down

Great place to get tires with state of the art alignment equipment. They can order any tire you want and will work to find the tires for you. The first time I went there, I had a leaky valve stem on my 1966 Ford truck . They replaced it. When I asked them how much do I owe, they said no charge. I insisted to pay but they insisted otherwise.. it’s just good business and I will remain loyal to their good deed .. a 2$ part keeps a customer for life . Cheers 🙏

6 am on 4th of July and we found ourselves with a flat tire camping in the mountains. Fast forward to 8am, the only tire place open within miles and free of charge! They were speedy and rewarded handsomely with donuts for breakfast! Thanks guys!

All I wanted was a patch in my tire. The puncture was Borderline on the shoulder of the tire, but more in the tread. But nope, I was going to have to buy a whole new tire! I bought these tires brand new, from this place and with a warranty. Take care of your people! Patch the tire like the man asked and let him worry about it! Thats the same thing les schwab would do, and one of the reasons I liked you guys better. Maybe next time..

These guys have saved my butt a few times before trips. I got a trailer from somebody to Hall my razor to the sand dunes and realised that the tires had a lot of cracking the day I was leaving. I call discount tires in Bonney Lake and they told me To come in and they could get me down immediately. I showed up and they told me that I had to wait about 3 hours so I called best tire center and they told me to come in right away so I drove down the road and before I could even get on my truck they had my trailer jacked up taking the wheels and tires off (with my 4 seat rzr on the trailer).I was there for 25 minutes even know they had full bays of customers.Also was almost half the price than discount tires.Definitely will have my business for ever

Just changed my wheel and tires with new TPMS. My car not recognizing new TPMS and was not registering with my car. Did some research and some tire service centers are charging from $50-$150 to have TPMS re-learn.Went to Best Tire Service in Bonney Lake and was surprised to be charged for free. Where else can you get this service for free. I was pleasantly happy and a customer for life. Keep up the good work guys!

Brought my 4x4 in to do a re-mount on the tires from sitting over winter. The guys went above and beyond to make sure the wheels were clean and wouldnt leak again.+great price!

All on all a good place with good customer survive. They were able to get the specific tire I ordered in the next day when other places couldn’t give me an answer when they would be in. Also got me the lowest price in the Bonney lake/Enumclaw area. I did not since the tires had concrete residue on them as if they were pressed on concrete very hard or thrown on concrete. That was the only thing I noticed that I didn’t not like at all.
