Joe came out to do an inspection for a leak I had and was friendly, honest and extremely helpful in explaining my issue. He quoted me a minimum price and a maximum price. We scheduled them to come out a week later and they did a fantastic job. I went up on the roof with them and they showed me what had happened and how it could be fixed. They worked fast, and did a fantastic job and the cost was still between the minimum and maximum even though we found a secondary leak.

We are in the process of selling our home and I wanted to have the roof cleaned and the gutter faces cleaned prior to hosting a few open houses. The Roof Medic was able to get someone out quickly and use a process that removed the moss without leaving white powder spread across my roof and landscaping. Their team of two was able to clear 7 years worth of moss build up in just a few hours and out home went from looking like the roof was just replaced. These are the Go-To people for roof cleaning and repair. A friend recommended them and he was right, they are very good. There was no debris left in the gardens or walkways after cleaning moss from my tile roof. Additionally, I had repairs done to extend the life of my 35 year old tile roof. I used The Roof Medic for a roof cleaning. The biggest thing I liked is they come out and inspect your roof first and then give you a quote and go over all your options. They were not pushy or trying to upsell, just honest. All the other companies I contacted used Google maps and a questionnaire to give you a quote. The Roof Medic was at least $100 cheaper than the other companies and give a 2 year warranty on the cleaning. Bottom line very happy and will use them again.

Finally--a roof maintenance company that does quality work and specializes in routine scheduling. They cleaned and treated three separate roof surfaces and also the mildewed faces of my expensive gutters, which now look like new! Very professional - instead of replacing roof, gave me other options that included gentle cleaning of roof and added 7 standard vents (previously had none) as well as solar exhaust vent to roof to help increase the ventilation. They also cleared insulation that was blocking fresh air from helping the attic breathe.This not only saved me a ton of money but the temperature in my attic was greatly reduced saving on A/C bills and extending the life on my existing roof which they estimated added approximately 5-7 years.Other roofing companies just wanted to replace roof and not fix the existing ventilation problem.I would hIghly recommend!

Ive had Roof Medic work on my tired old roof twice, now. Three years ago, I had a leak, and the whole thing had been patched with a second layer of shingles already, which means its past due for a proper replacement. After getting a couple of shocking estimates for that, I searched and found RM. They did a moss removal treatment, replaced some shingles, replaced a board, and re-sealed a spot where something passes through the roof. No leaks since then.This time, I found shingles in my yard that came from the other end of the house, so I called RM again. I got the same friendly and professional treatment that I got the first time. They know what they are doing, are always on time, and the estimate is the price; no last minute upcharges.Its a no-hassle experience. We have a snap-lock metal shingle roof on a 2+ story house. Its been challenging to find a company that would work on it. Quick response for a free quote for roof cleaning. We called over 10 companies to help fix a couple shingles had blown off our roof. Even though they were slammed and has no openings till next week, she would ask the owners if there was another option. The next day the called us back and the owner was on his way out to see us!!! They did the repair, fixed my gutters I forget were loose, then inspected the roof for any other damage, tapped down more loose shingles (cause I could here him hammering on the other side of the house) and then he tried to leave and not take a payment, so I had to literally stop his truck and I had to force him to take payment! In today’s world where things seem out of sorts and everyone out for themselves, it was refreshing to find a company with their heart set on doing the right thing above all else. I will forever be loyal and grateful to any company that has their heart set that way for their customers. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for the repair, but more importantly, companies like you still exist!

Joe (the sales rep) showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was friendly and respectful. After a brief inspection of our roof (maybe 10 minutes or less), he gave me an overview of the moss situation, and described their cleaning and treatment processes. He seemed knowledgeable, and I had a good feeling about almost everything. The only concerning part was that the quoted price was higher than expected, given the coupon I showed him. He quoted me $943 for the cleaning and treatment of our 3625 square foot roof (plus a 5% discount).After he left, I looked more carefully at the coupon. It quotes $319 for cleaning/treatment for an 1800 square foot roof (with certain pitch values, which our roof matches). It also says Steeper and larger roofs priced accordingly. Since my roof is roughly double the square footage, a corresponding price would be about $640. When I wrote back to ask if they would honor the coupon for our roof, they said that they wouldnt change the quoted price. Their stated reason was that the coupon only applies to the first 1800 square feet, and that any extra is charged at their normal rates (note that this is not stated anywhere on the coupon, which Ive attached to this review).While this seems like false advertising to me, at the very least its a misleading coupon. Given this, Im concerned that there may be other problems lurking under the surface.I hope that theres been some misunderstanding (my email interactions were with someone other than Joe). If the company decides to honor the coupon and we proceed with the work, I will update this review accordingly.

I shopped around various “roof” experts, and none were close to The Roof Medic when it came to professionalism and knowledge of their trade. Joe delivered on what he promised and has a meticulous crew get our roof back in good shape and looking new again. I have already recommended The Roof Medic to friends. I hired The Roof Medic to clean my roof, do some light repairs, clean my gutters and downspouts, and apply a two-year moss treatment to my roof. The estimate visit was thorough and professional - Roof Medic was the only business to back up its repair advice with detailed photos of my roof - as was scheduling.The team arrived on time and was thorough in their work. I thought Id be disappointed in the clean-up given how much debris was around my house, but my property was cleaner when the technicians left it had been when than when they arrived.The Roof Medic was not the cheapest option, but it was the option that left me the most confident after the quote. I’ve seen several mention that Roof Medic is expensive... but I got three bids for cleaning my tile roof. Well, I tried. One promised to come out the next day - no show. So just Roof Medic and one other gave me a bid. Roof medic was — no exaggeration - 1/4 the price of the other bid. The guy who wrote up the bid arrived on time, explained everything about the process and cost and set up sour appointment. The cleaning was thorough - so much moss in our deck we were dubious that it would all be cleaned up. But it was. The roof, the yard, the deck all looked better than ever. The whole job was done expertly an efficiently. I will definitely be using The Roof Medic from here on out!

Joe came out to our house we just purchased and gave us the not-so-good news that we are in need of a new roof. Instead of selling or pitching us anything he instead showed us many pictures to qualify his assessment, coached us on how to limit damage to the plywood and then he replaced some of the rubber boots for us because were a few days away from a big snow storm. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and offered us a ton of advice and great tips on roof maintenance and specific places to monitor. I previously used Roof Medic at a former home. When circumstances required roof maintenance at another home, Roof Medic was the first place I contacted. I quickly received a response and work was scheduled. Im awaiting completion of the project, but I anticipate it will soon.

Team of two workers showed up on time as scheduled to clean my roof/gutters and apply moss prevention spray. One worker applied the anti-moss product while on the roof, taking care to minimize the overspray to the plants around our home. The other worker sprayed water on the gutters, siding and plants from the ground below the where the product was being applied, in order to avoid any damage to the plants or sidiing. No plants were damaged, and the roof looks like new again. The workers used a blower to clean up any debris that came off the roof onto the garden beds. Great service and price (based on their ongoing maintenance program), will use The Roof Medic again.

The Roof Medic employees are great. Shawn and his cohort cleaned my 33 year old large concrete tile roof that had not been cleaned in years. They were professional and replaced several tiles that were broken with replacements that I had saved. Prices are a bit high but I guess you get what you pay for. Communication was not the best because sometimes when you call you get an answering service. Thats not enough to take away a star so I gave them 5.

The technician showed up at the time slotted. Quickly explained to me what he was going to do. He finished a little earlier than he anticipated. He cleared all debris from around our house and the neighbors roof that received some of the moss blown off our roof. Very satisfied with the cleaning of the roof.

We had a leak in our roof, and Bob was able to come out the same day that I called. He quickly assessed what was wrong (a cracked vent) and replaced it. He also looked the whole roof over to check for any other issues. We will definitely use them again if needed. I was impressed by their timely response and willingness to explain everything.
