Very relaxing and Krystal, being a massage therapist also, works that into the facial which is a real treat! I’ll be back for a massage and waxing services!

Massage, facial, and waxing services are the best around by far! The hair stylists are also fantastic and really talented. This place is a hidden treasure and I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed.

Was just a little nervous as I had never been waxed before. Add to that I found them through Groupon which is always a gamble! I will never go anywhere else. Krystal is amazing! She is knowledgeable, gentle, friendly, and very professional. The store is beautiful and immaculate. Great first experience that will bring me back over and over again.

Krystal was great. I got a wax and was nervous/scared as a first timer. She greeted me with a smile and was very professional. She did a great job! I will be returning and would 10/10 recommend to any guy or girl wanting a wax.Update: Went back and got a massage. At first I was skeptical..... but she gave the best massage I ever had. She hit every pain. She did amazing. 10/10 would always recommend.

This place was REALLY great. Its in Bay Crossings Plaza. I needed a birthday present for my wife and our kids recommended that we treat her with a stylist, massage and facial.So I began calling around and after speaking with several people, I called Classic Image and spoke with Crystal. She was very nice and as a non salon guy... was really patient with all my questions about being fully licensed, etc.So, I brought the kids with me to meet Crystal. She was as nice in person as she was on the phone.1st impression of the place was great. EXTREMELY clean, busy...i was impressed.I explained what we wanted for my wife, she gave us several options while even explaining the details to my kids... which we all greatly appreciated.I was so impressed that I got a haircut... which I was really happy with and my wife loved.Fast forward a couple weeks... and my wife was ecstatic with her experience. Her hair was beautifully done, she loved the facial and was complete mush after her massage.To sum it up, the whole family has now made Classic Image our only place for hair... and my wife is ready for another massageGREAT JOB Classic Image. I strongly recommend this place!......... for the record... our little one was running around for quite a while when the pic was taken. The hair was so perfect when we left ;-)

Krystal gives the best massages and facials! I have been back several times. All of the hair stylists do a great job on my hair as well. I have been to all of them. You can even get a chair massage while you get your hair done! Highly recommend!!

I cant say enough about this salon and particularly - Krystal, the owner and Massage Therapist Extraordinaire!! I have had many massages in my day, Krystal undoubtedly has magic hands and is incredibly knowledgeable. I just wish I were here year round or could take her back to Massachusetts. Due to unforeseen events, I was delayed returning North. Krystal worked me in with DeAnna do my color & Angela (my reg stylistCutting & blow drying! I lucked out finding Angela, she is awesome with short hair, love her so of course I followed Angela to Classic Image and I hope she never moves as this is a great group of ladies & now a gentleman!

I finally found an expert esthetician at Classic Image!! I bought a Groupon and it was the best choice Ive ever made. Crystal is always bubbly and happy to see me. Crystal always remembers everything I tell her which makes me feel super special. I highly recommend Classic Image for all beauty services!!!!!

I have been to the salon this year,new experience and it has been great.I’m always learning about how to care and style my hair each visit.Angela is always giving me great information.The products used at the salon are sun protection,much needed in the Florida sun.Everyone is very happy and friendly.The owner is hands on for requests and special needs.Love the salon I would recommend it all day long.Hope you come to the salon for a great experience.bbp
