I live in a large gated community in Bonita Springs. I have not been very happy with Summit Broadband’s response or service for a long time now. I called a couple of days ago for an issue and I was sent 2 techs; Edi V. and Angel R. Not only were they the most professional gentlemen I have yet to meet, they were efficient, kind and quick to get the job done. These two people are the kind of techs Summit needs more of!

What a pleasure working with such a courteous, knowledgeable and effcient techician today! Alex B is extremely professional and solved all of my issues. He took the time, with great patience to answer my questions. He got everything done quickly. Thank you Alex!

I was having some issues with my Summit TV. I called the office to schedule a time for a technician. To my delight, I was given a time the next day. Rey G. showed up on time. He was personable, knowledgeable and very comfortable to be with. He knew exactly what needed to be done and with some assistance in the office from Angel R. everything was up and running smoothly. These guys were the best. Highly recommend Summit, mostly because of these two amazing men. I cant thank them enough.

Alex B. came to our home today regarding a television service issue. Without going into detail regarding the technical problem, my wife and I were impressed by Alexs analysis of our issue, thoroughness of his explanation of the technical problem, and several actions he took to correct the issue. The information he provided was understandable and provided the information we needed. He corrected the issues associated with our TV sets. Alex is very personable, very courteous and is an excellent representative for your company. If we need service again I hope Alex is the technician who will be sent to our home.

He figured out that it was a problem between the contractor and install connectors. He was thorough and very intuitive with the Summit Broadband system and how it works. I have delt with my on demand not working even though I pay for the program for a long time. With busy lives and dont remember until your ready to watch soemthing in the evening when your trying to wind down from the hetic day. Finally I called and they tried to fix it without sending a service repair gentlemen to my home. Schedule the repair to come this past Friday and a gentlemen name, Rey G he goes by (Reynaldo G.) walks into my home. He was so respectful with mask, politeness and manerizim that was overwhelming relief. He did everything he could but had to call in assistants to Angel Rosario (inside tech) he was on speaker phone as I leason to their conversation from another area in my home they spoke to each other with so much respect to the other and wished each other Happy Birthday. Both couldnt thank each other enough for helping out one another in the field. You see if you dont have support inside the company it also could make the tech on the road difficult. It just showed me so much the respect they also had for their customer but each other. I honestly have never wrote a review before but had to ask for their names so I could. So here I am. I hope someone in the company reads this and tells them how well respectful they are and professional with a customer. You could tell the liked there job and hope this gives them a star for customer service or something the awards their staff. Thank you again to both of you and Summit.

My technician Alex B was wonderful. He solved my issues within 10 minutes. I had been on the phone with customer support with 4 different people, trying everything to get my wifi to work to no avail. He deserves a raise.

Clinton came out to my home promptly on time at 2:00 pm. He was very Kind, professional and went beyond to get my internet back up. He wore the appropriate cloth shoes and mask. They wanted to give me an appointment for 4:00 pm but I had a prior appointment somewhere else. The scheduler went out of her way to make it earlier. Any problem I have has always been taken care of and appointments were always kept..

My landscapers managed to chop right through my cable into my house. Reynaldo G showed up early and went through quite an exercise to get me set up again.
