This body shop repaired my vehicle after a minor accident. They were prompt and efficient, turning my car back to new in a very short period of time. It was a one stop shop that worked with my insurance to provide a rental on site making it that much easier. Well done, highly recommended.

My car paint was matched perfectly they even got other small dents out while they fixed the hit I had and. They even cleaned my car I would 100% recommend very nice people and they keep in contact through the whole process

We have now unfortunately had to use Caliber Collision with two different vehicles. Both time we were met with professionalism, efficiency and quality service. With my daughters vehicle we knew we would likely have more damage in the future with a teen drivers. For financial savings and paying out of pocket we chose to only fix the safety features to ensure the car provided that and less about some paint and scratches. At no point did I feel pressured or forced to do exactly what we wanted. Eddie is an outstanding employee and kept me informed. They were all very nice and informative. Highly recommend!

I backed into a tree and did pretty good damage on the lower left quarter panel on my vehicle. This company was approved through my insurance provider and the reason I chose this specific location was because of the reviews. I was a little frustrated as the original date my car would be ready (18 days) was pushed back to 26 (actually about 30 when my car was 100% complete). The manager Steve did put my in a rental at there expense for the last week they had my car so I appreciated that. When I originally picked up my vehicle the repair itself looked great (with one or two minor issues). The inside of my vehicle was an issue, so I called the facility and spoke with Steve who met with me so I could show him what I was unhappy with, he assured me he would make it right and he did. All in all I am very happy with the overall work done to my car and I greatly appreciate how Steve followed through on his word and made sure I was satisfied in the end. I would recommend this facility.

Christina the Customer Care Coordinator is very helpful and arranged everything for me and made my experiences pleasurable. She helped coordinate my appointments and really tried hard to be flexible as possible. Frank the manager was very accommodating and helpful and resolved a discrepancy to my liking . The work is done professionally and efficiently. They take pride in their work and everyone their seems to really care about meeting the needs of their customers as everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous.

Yesterday, I picked up my beautiful 2011 red Cadillac from Caliber Collision after backing into two different trees, twice. The rear bumper assembly and cover had to be replaced, along with the back light assembly. Caliber did a beautiful job, plus when I picked up my car, it had been washed and vacuumed! Edgar Hernandez went above and beyond to provide to me the best service I could have received. Because of covid19 and not having a full staff he even helped with the repair of my vehicle although his main job is an estimator. I would highly recommend Caliber and Edgar was fantastic.

Had my Audi repaired at Caliber collision in Bonita springs on or around 10/1. I was told the vehicle was done, I picked it up to find out it was not. There was a malfunction(due to their work) immediately after starting the vehicle the first time. I was told by caliber to bring the vehicle back in and the issue would be addressed at that time. I did so the next day. When I arrived I was told there was nothing they could do before they even looked into it which told me that they already knew about it but let me pick the vehicle up anyway. I then took the vehicle to my local dealer to have them address the issue. I had to pay for a portion of what was needed to correct the problem and was without my vehicle for 3 additional days.Body work looks good. But at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the paint fell off anytime soon.Reply to your generic reply below- you blew it. In every way you could, you blew it.

Caliber Collision and their excellent staff really came through during a stressful time! I was pretty upset when I brought my car in for the initial inspection after a careless mishap with the side of my garage. General Manager, Franky, was very patient with me and assured me that my car would be well taken care of. My Service Advisor, Tony Mandella was wonderful and called me daily to give me updates. I hit a minor snag with my insurance company and Tony took care of this for me also so I didnt have to worry about it. I was nervous about my replacement fender since I have a rare BMW 335CI with a sports package on it, but the part matched perfectly as did the paint. When they cleaned up the front bumper it came back looking even better than before my accident! I was very impressed with the quality of the repair and with the customer service they provided. Thank you Tony and Franky for everything!!!

I had a rear end car accident and went to several body shops to do estimate. Matt at Caliber Collision gave me a very reasonable price. It took about 5 days to get the work well done. Matt was so nice to call me everyday about the status. They even cleaned my car inside. Very solid company and definitely will do business with them again.

We had a car accident and we ended up choosing Caliber Collision in Cape Coral to do the repairs. They ended up transferring my car to the caliber over in Bonita Springs because thats where they do their best work when its a complicated job. I must say that I am impressed with the work they performed on my car. The staff was great, answered every question that I had. Kept me updated on a daily basis via email. They met their promise date of when my car would be ready. Excellent body work on my car thank you so much and I am so glad we ended up at the Bonita location. Will definitely recommend, Do not hesitate to take your car to the shop they will do a great job, no matter how bad the damage is. Cliff is the main man there and he is on top of everything. Good experience!I called about a quick estimate, didnt want to sit around. Came in, was greeted by Matt who walked out with me to look at the scrape on my bumper. He went back in, got some clear liquid and rubbed the scrape off in addition to 2 other dark smudges on other parts of the car. I asked how much. He said no charge. Not used to that so here I am.They also did a good job for my wife several months ago. We both highly recommend.

Very unprofessional company. I was involved in a hit and run accident and luckily was able to get the plates of the person who hit me and police were able to track their insurance information. The insurance provider was geico and they referred me to caliber collision to repair the damages. I had to go back not once BUT twice for damages that weren’t repaired the first time. Even after the second time I still noticed damages, I called and called and called and no one ever returned my calls. I finally spoke to Marty who promised to repair my car and order the part to fix which would’ve taken two days for him to order. Never heard from him again and it’s been over a month now. Will not refer this company to anyone!!

Zero paint and body work skills.They asked if the car was true to the road and the response they received was I am not 100% that its still mechanically true after the accident they wrote that off as the car was perfectly fine and NEVER checked it.The bumper and headlight fitment change on a daily basis, for the worse. They were incapable of doing the work correctly so they slapped it together and sent it on its way, explaining to me that there fitment was on par with factory......After replacing the headlight... you think they would level it with the other headlight OR just to factory settings... but no, first night I attempt to drive my car, my replaced headlight was shining directly at the ground, zero coverage!So after almost two weeks in their shop, I received a car back that was fixed sub par and pushed off onto me as a factory fixed car, where in reality I received back garbage work and a lie.Ps. I also was called back to the shop because someone elses personal belongings were in my car and i had to drive back to EMPTY MY TRUNK OF SOMEONE ELSES PERSONAL BELONGINGS.... my car had front end damage, why are you putting someone elses belongings in the trunk of my car????
