They were great years ago. Now I tried to use them again. Set an appointment and no one showed up. The story I was given was the inspector tried to call but no one answered. No one called. No missed calls. No voicemail. Plus, we had an appointment.I think they were great back when they were catseye. Now that they are turner I think they leave a lot to be desired. I gave them to stars because the phone people were very nice.

Always timely, do a great job, very friendly. Really like the service.

Rob Trevino performed an innovative, and exemplary job, in clearing a huge bat infestation in my hurricane shutters, at my home. He was very personable, professional and so knowledgeable. In order to prevent the bats from returning, he actually manufactured on-site meticulously cut metal sheets to fix under the shutters, which was no mean feat!I cannot speak highly enough of his expertise and Catseye would be my company of choice for all relevant issues in the future.

They never responded to my call!

👎Cats eye owes me a $3000 reimbursement. Ive made 5 phone inquiries as to the status of the payment. I was told twice it was being sent but I still have not received it. The only thing I got was an invoice for the same amount. I can recommend this company unless this matter is settled

Their level of quality service is superb! They are a bit pricier than other companies but once they started the service I understood why. Their employees pride themselves in being able to find as many nooks and crevices as possible where pesky critters can find their way in. Benny showed up on the first day ready to close up as many holes as he could find where mice might be able to get in....he was very knowledgeable and always polite and understanding...very thorough in placement of traps....the office personnel are also very responsive...I had to switch my appointments last minute on a few occasions and they gladly worked with me to set up another appointment ....when I called I always got a live person....unlike so many other companies where you get stuck in option hell. I highly recommend them and I look forward to continuing working with them!

They may cost more then others but they get the job done and don’t stop till you are satisfied. Every technician has been friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I’m overall very satisfied with my service and would recommend them in a heart beat.

Fast response, very professional, on time, helpful, great communications and dependable. We had a great experience from Joe who did the FREE inspection to Jeff B. the technician. They described the entire process so we would know what to expect. Jeff did a professional job of sealing the entire house inside and out and he included before and after pictures of his work. Technician arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. He was knowledgeable, informed, presented himself well, was neat and cleanly dressed. Showed utmost concern to not bring dirt into my home. Took the time to explain in depth the results of his inspection, and offered tips to keep the pests out.

Cats eye is wonderful. Luis has been our tech for 2.5 years. I cannot day enough nice things about him. He is thorough, answers any questions you have, educated you and is a very respectful and kind person. He takes care to keep your home pest free. We recently moved 45 mins away and kept Cats Eye because they have been so wonderful to us. They were back week after week at our last house because 1 big is 1 too many. After we had a new roof installed we contacted Catseye to remove all our original insulation, seal some openngs and replace all new insulation throughout our attic. The workers provided a quality service and performed their work in a complete and professional manner. This is a very good company to work with around your home.

Great service, very knowledgeable, and great results! After the hurricane we found some critters that were left homeless. While unfortunate, we did not appreciate them taking refuge in our lanai and chewing holes in our screens. The Catseye team provided consistent and holistic remedies to ensure the critters found refuge elsewhere. They didn’t give up or give in!

Wow, I typically dont ever write reviews but thought the service I received from Catseye was more than deserving of a pat on the back. I have been a long time customer of one of the bigger named pest control company in Naples until I just had enough of calling them and calling them to take care of the bee problem I had at my house.After the third call into my original pest company, I strongly encouraged they get to the cause of the problem instead of just spraying around the perimeter. It was like pulling teeth to finally get the guy to go up into my attic and look around. He said he sprayed the attic and the problem will be fixed. The bee problem went away for a couple days until my 1 year old son got stung on his forehead. I saw an commercial for Catseye and thought it was worth a change.The FIRST visit they were very hands on and explained the process while I was in the kitchen. After 15 minutes they located the source of the problem; a 25 pound honeycomb / bees nest in the over hang of my roof.THAT SAME DAY, they had another truck pull up and a guy in a bee suit jumped out with a big box to transport the bees. I appreciated their explanation of why they dont like to kill the bees, they prefer to suck them out via a suction hose to ensure they get the queen bees and all the other bees will follow and then they deposit the bees in a local orchard. They removed all the honeycomb, honey and bees, put the roof back together and even hosed down and cleaned up an area of my roof that I would never lay my eyes on (nor did my previous pest company!)Thank you from a concerned parent. The whole team was great and made things much easier on me. They further went on to inspect my whole house and close up any potential gaps (not with just foam which my previous company would use) but their own material that is warrantied for life. I didnt hesitate to sign up for their annual agreement and couldnt be happier. I have received several follow up phone calls from Sara to make sure the problem is solved and indeed they have!!Thank you!!Grant in Naples

Both Miguel and Jeff were very professional and tried to rectify the mess that the crew had made two days before on the pavers . It is still not fixed however, Jeff made every effort to clean the pavers with what he had with him. The painting and finishing of the job was done very well. These 2 did a fine job.

Cats Eye are the best pest control exterminators I have ever had. Plus they really act like they care. They can empathize with what your going through & they know how to get rid of the pests you have.

Weve been using Catseye for about three years now for primarily interior pest control, and weve been very pleased with the professionalism and the results of the services. In addition, Catseye has been very responsive to remedy situations caused by the occasional exterior pest - e.g. a dead snake removed from the dryer hose, and a live snake removed from the lanai.

I give them the lowest possible rating because of the extremely unprofessional and rude scheduling manager that I dealt with. I signed up for the platinum service contract which cost 425$ for the initial treatment then 75 dollars a month after that. The service tech didnt even finish treating my home asked if he could finish it on the second visit which was to be completed within 10 days. after 14 days passed i called to schedule the follow up they didnt have anything avail until over 20 days after the initial treatment. the day of the follow up the service tech got into an accident and i was not able to get a follow up for another week. that service tech was very nice but forgot to check under the awnings and i noticed several wasp nest. so i called to schedule another visit. come the appointment time no tech wait 1.5 hours then called the schedule manager and was told there was no record of an appointment. so i expressed my displeasure with the service that i had received so far and thats when she got extremely rude and basically told me i could cancel my service what more did i want her to do.

Catseye is outstanding. They are professionals and address the issue the right way the first time.
