You CANNOT go wrong with Couper Pool and Spa!!! I reached out to Mr. Couper in desperate need of someone who would know where to begin to clean an above ground pool that had black algae. Last year I spent a lot of money to get and keep my pool summer ready and I struggled all season buying different products from the pool store and testing water constantly only to be told there was nothing else that could be done. My pool was NEVER clear last year (We only swam twice last year), BUT this year after calling Couper Pool and Spa, my Summer has changed for the better! In less than 1 week (yes, 1 week), Mr. Couper had turned my black pool into a crystal clear oasis. I was skeptical when he told me, “no problem I can get you swimming and sipping drinks by the pool in a few days”. After his 1st visit (2 hours later), my pool was already an aqua color!! This was from solid black. I could not believe it. Mr. Couper has ALWAYS been professional, on time, courteous, HARD WORKING, and he knows what he’s doing. No doubt the best pool guy around! We bought a house last year with an in-ground pool and Kenny went above and beyond to get our pool ready for summer in no time! Exceptional customer service and I can honestly say I never have to worry about lifting a finger to maintain our pool! 😊 A++++ service!

Kenny Couper provides great weekly service for my large pool including weekly cleaning, chemical balance and minor maintenance of the pool equipment if necessary. All at a very reasonable rate per month. Kenny is extremely dependable, very communicative, and prides himself in providing outstanding customer service. In addition to weekly cleanings, Kenny and his team can perform repair/replacement of major pool components including pumps, motors, filter cleans, pool sweep repairs/replacements, time clocks and pool lights. All at great prices. Very experienced and a pleasure to have him on my pool.

Thanks to Couper Pool and Spa we are finally able to enjoy our pool again! Kenny took what had become a daily headache and turned it back into the relaxing pool that it once was. We are so happy to finally enjoy it without the stress and hassle and our pool looks GREAT!
