Very kind and friendly. They did a great job on my full set and my toes (pedicure was prob the best Ive had. He massaged the hell out of my feet and legs!) . Extremely clean and sanitary as well!

I have loved all of the techs with nail dips, except for one. He has done mine 3 times, and all three times they were awful. I do not know his name, but he is the tech on the right side as you enter the shop, the last table .I will no longer go here because I seem to always get stuck with him, and his work is very bad

Absolutely the worst nail salon Ive ever been to!! They literally butchered my fingers!! Was in pain for days after my appointment that took over 3 hours!! Go somewhere else!! Anywhere else!! Over 3 hours, over $100, lots of agony and in the end my fingers and toes didnt even match 😲

Used them once during latter stage of pandemic. I cant use masks due to breathing issues. Had to argue at length to be accommodated under the Americans with Disabilities Act. They finally allowed me a pedicure after explaining at length to 3 different employees. Went back recently & they refused to do business with me. Said owner told them everyone must wear mask. Threw me out. They broke Federal Law because of their ignorance. I tried to explain AGAIN about the ADA law, but they didnt care. Ill not set foot in that place again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Although the door clearly states “Walk Ins Welcome,” this facility fails to adequately staff for the moderate demands of Bonham Texas, asking potential patrons to return at a later time when they are “exceptionally busy,” without offering a potential wait time or alternative. I will ensure my nail and pedicure needs are met prior to any future visits to Bonham, Texas. Disappointed.

I haven’t been able to find a good nail spot here in Bonham so my mother in law and I decided to come here to VIP Nails and I can say I am disappointed in their work. There was a huge rush so I could tell that the guy was rushing through to quickly get my nails done. The next day I was looking at my nails more closely and noticed that each nail was cracking and I did get my nails dipped.

I have never left this place unsatisfied, until yesterday I went to get my nails and toes done the girl who did my toes amazing customer service and she actually took her time on my feet and I got my money’s worth, but my nails are horrible I will never understand how you can mess up short nails? And if I tell you to fix something I expect you to be understanding enough to fix the problem considering I’m paying my hard earned money. I am very understanding of situations but this one is ridiculous considering there was 2 people in the salon by the time it came to me getting my nails done.

Youll live to regret it! Avoid this place! Making the drive to McKinney from now on to Virginia Nails!

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The man was rude and refused to listen to me when I told him how I wanted my nails so I quit arguing. NEVER recommending this place to anyone and never coming back.

Michael was awesome, nails are the cleanest theyve been in years and the polish is perfect 👏 Amy did my moms nails French style and they are perfect as well. No cuts or unevenness. They did a great job, will definitely be returning here!

My mom and I walked in the guy acted like he didn’t wanna do the pedi he started on my mom I told him that I was allergic to latex they never said a word didn’t change anything the lady come over to do my nails and I again told her I was allergic to latex and instead of having non-latex gloves they just refused to do the pedicure after I sit there for 30 minutes

Dropped in this nail salon today while traveling and the staff was very welcoming, prompt and polite. My son and I both received pedicures that were amazing. I will definitely go back if Im in the area again.

The young man, rushes mani-pedi, very little masage, very little attention to callous area.He turned off massage chair, because he could not work with it. NEVER experienced that inability.Female staff take 45 minutes to his 30. Only 1 coat of polish. Female staff seem more attentive.

I recently got a pedicure and my nails done... First pedicure that Ive been able to get since an injury 6 1/2 months prior. I now have two metal plates in one ankle and still have nerve issues, I was very pleased when there were no issues with pain or anything. The girl that did my pedicure did an awesome job. Looking forward to the next visit!

I went in for a regular manicure, one of the guys insisted on me getting a gel French manicure assuring it was going to last two weeks for sure. I paid $30.00 for it. My nails were long and they look really nice. After a week and a half I still had a manicure on one hand because on my right hand my nails started to break one by one then a couple of days after week two I had NO nails all of them broke to the bottom. This have never happened to me before, I will NOT be going back to this place again!!

The men can’t do nails period. They rush and all my nails are bigger than my actual nails. They’re not even and I got charged 45 for acrylic sports length. I’ve been before but I had a woman nail tech. Either make the men practice more or just fire them.

My friend and sister came here and my friends nails are all kind of mested up. My sisters are ok but not that good so if you want bad servers and terrible quality come here.

I called when I got off of a 12 hour shift. Specifically asked if they had a certain type of Nexgen colors. They told me yes. I get here. Get pedicure started. Kept asking for color changing. The colors were bad. No samples to show you the difference. If pedicure hadnt been stsrted. I woulda just left. I wont be back. Shotty job on my pedicure too.

I went in for a manicure (full set) and pedicure on a Friday before 5. VIP Nails was already full of clients which is a good thing. However, I was a little press for time. So, I decided to opt. out for the full set.Im not sure of the name. But, she assured me I would have time to receive both. Because they could do it at the same time. So... I agreed. The lady started on my pedi they offered me beverages. Every now and again, the lady said that she could do both would come check on me, but never started on my nails. My pedi was finished and great. I never received my manicure. As I was paying for the service the lady came to apologize for not attending to me and that they were busy.

The staff here is always friendly. They greet every customer as they walk in and are always thanking you for your business

I always go there for my eyebrows to get done. Normally no issues other than them charging different prices each time and this one lady stays talking on the phone the entire time your there. But today, she charged me $10. Got wax in my hair, left it on my face, and missed so many hairs that needed to be gone. I’ll NEVER be going back.

They overcharged me, they had acrylic set with white tips listed for $28. They charged me $66 for two sets

This is the 2nd time I have been and both times they have made me bleed. They are very rough while doing your nails and so over priced. I paid $42 for solar nails this is just flat rediculos. I will NOT be coming back ever again.
