They started of very nice, and professional, then I would drop something off and Gary would call me 2 days later over and over being very rude. I dropped off a very expensive rug last week, havent heard anything and then this morning, he called me around 7:30 am telling me how he would love for me to come pick up my stuff and was beyond rude!! The gals that work there have always been sweet, but him...No way!! I would rather drive to Sherman from now on!

Good service. Staff reconizes me and makes it easy. Just a tad pricey but they are the only place in town that offers this service.

Ready when they told me and did a great job

My husband uses this company to have his jeans cleaned and pressed. He went to pick up his jeans and only received 2 pair when he dropped off 4. They said they would look for them. Then while he was picking up, he dropped off more (4 more pair) and they told him when he went to pick up that they could not find them. REALLY? That is atleast 6 pairs of jeans they misplaced They arent cheap jeans either. All are Cinch except for one which is 20xs. Not sure if they are going to reimburse us or whats going to happen. They are still hunting for the clothes. Not very professional if you ask me.....

Ive taken my big comforters to this place for a few months now. The first couple of times, they looked and smelled great. The last 2 times, they smelled like mildew and one of the blankets were sticky. I called them to find out what kind of laundry soap they use and the lady didnt know. But I will say, they are always very nice and professional when I go in there.

They have always been polite clothes have always been ready in a timely manner and I believe they do a marvelous job on my jeans super heavy duty have not found anywhere else as good

Polite staff, price reasonable, dry cleaning was ready in a timely manner and when stated, provision of convenient drive through, staff assisted in bringing heavy comforter to my vehicle, and located centrally in a safe and easy on and off of main road. Both items that I took had stains, which I asked to be spot treated, but they were only able to get the stains out of one. I was pleased though, that they tagged the one that they couldnt remove the spots on, which proved to me that they tried.

Gary NEEDS TO GO!! HE IS A VERY ANGRY DRUNK. VERY UNPLEASANT PERSON TO WORK FOR. I will not even get my clothes dry cleaned there.
