I did not like the hair cut place. I had to go back twice and they still messed it up. I wasted something $$ and I wanted a curtain haircut and they did the opposite. Never going back I cried when i got home.it was so horrible.

They were nice from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i walked out. Amber gave me a great hair cut in a timely way while getting to know who i was. And again they had great customer service from beginning to end.

I walked into get a hair cut, one lady had a client and the other one didn’t. She refused to cut my hair and said she had a customer coming in sometime early but didn’t offer or ask me to come back. So I left and probably won’t go back. I thought walk ins were welcome to come in.

Walked in Iam new to this area one person waiting and a lady asked if I was David I said no she said ok it will be A 1 hour and 20 minute wait I said tjere is only one person sitting here !! Won’t be back to this place.

Was my first time here. I was very happy with the service and with the way that my hair turned out. So glad that I was able to get an appointment. I will be back. Thank you.

Its an average Supercuts. As long as you choose a standard hair style you will probably be just fine. However if youre looking for something more trendy or specific you might want to go somewhere else. Its not that the employees wont try to do what you want, especially if you bring a picture with you, but the resulting haircut ends up a bit lacking from the picture or request given. More interaction with the stylist discussing how the haircut would look and how the style might have to be tweaked, to look good on me, would probably make a big difference to the resulting haircuts.

About the rudest one minute I can remember. They obviously dont care about customers especially prospective new ones. If I was you I would find some place else to get your hair cut

Walked in around 4 they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. So I went and washed my car came back and they waited till 10 minutes till closing to come and tell me that they only had time for one......really. Wont never refer anyone there. Go across the street to all cuts they will take good care of you!

I just want to share my experience today so that hopefully it can be used as a teaching/learning experience. Im not looking to get the anyone in trouble however I definitely feel my experience was not worth the $39.00 I paid. I came in for the tea tree experience and a trim. I have previously had the tea tree experience so I knew what it was about. Im not sure if the young lady didnt understand what I had requested when I first arrived or if she didnt know how to provide a tea tree experience. I was actually confused as to what the problem was. I still dont know exactly what went wrong. After she washed and conditioned my hair and I assume put tea tree oil treatment in it she wrapped it in a towel and had me sit up and go to a salon chair. I was confused because that was nothing like the tea tree experience I had had previously. Previously it had included a scalp massage and hot towels along with a massage on my face and none of this happened today. I questioned her if that was really a tea tree experience because it was not what had happened previously when I had come in. Her reaction left me wondering if she was confused about how to provide it or she didnt know thats what I had requested. she asked me if I wanted to go back over to the washing area to continue the treatment. This was very confusing because I dont understand why a customer would be asked if they want the full experience when theyre paying for the full experience. That should be a given and as a customer I didnt feel I should be the one to point out I wasnt getting the full treatment I paid for. we went back to the washing area and it literally took less than a minute and a half. All it was was laying a warm towel on my face massaging a little bit and then sitting me up again. I was actually going to have her give me a more in depth haircut but at this point I was so nervous to let her do much more on me that I asked her to just give me a trim of a quarter of an inch. The lady next to us was cutting a little boys hair. I kept feeling a wet spray on me and couldnt figure out where it was coming from until I realized it was coming from her spray bottle. I dont know if she even realized when she was spraying this little boys hair that she was actually misting me and my phone with the spray. She then used her hair dryer to blow hair off him and again I dont think she realized his hair blew on my legs. The nice lady that checked me in had asked if I wanted a blow dry and style and I had said yes. All I got was a blow dry and actually my hair was still damp when I got in my car. No style was done. I honestly feel that my experience was in no way worth $39.00 nor was the tea tree experience relaxing. Im not sure if this was all due to lack of experience, training, nervousness or what but it definitely wasnt good.

Debated on leaving this, but I got my haircut a few weeks ago and absolutely hate it. I had super long hair and she made it extremely short with choppy layers which looks ridiculous and nothing like what I asked for or showed her a picture of. There is nothing that can fix this except for time, thankfully its just hair and will grow back. I wont be returning.

Horrible customer service. My 8 year old doesn’t even like going here. We will not be a returning customer. We would rather drive 45 minutes for a simple haircut.

Its tough to start a new business in a town like Bonham, the stylists are very nice and professional and trying their best but seem a bit nervous? I have had three cuts so far from two different stylists and cant complain. They put every effort to provide a good service and cut and that is important. I feel like a customer, not like they are doing me a favor like other places in town. My new preferred place in town. Glad to see SuperCuts in town. Thank you.

My son and I have gone twice now, first time had a long wait but decent haircut, second time was very long wait and not a very good hair cut. I want to like it because it’s close and staff is friendly but it’s too unpredictable for us to go a third time.

Did not listen to what kind of hair cut I wanted, then cut my hair uneven and not even close to what I asked for. Will not ever return there again.

Yesterday I took my 11 year old daughters in for hair cuts and blow dry. The lady says it will cost a little more for blow dry I said no problem thinking maybe $5.00 more a piece. I look at my receipt when I get home and I paid $26.99 a piece hair cuts and blow dry. After tip and buying one of the products I spent $86.00 I thought that was way to high for two little girls. Never going back there again!!
