I would not even give this.business a 1 rating but it required me to leave a rating .Tyler was driving in front of my husband and kept slamming on his breaks and trying to run my husband off the road in which he did, then when we called to report his driving James answered the phone and was just as rude as the driver. I would not do business with unprofessional people. And what both of them did is uncalled for. Be careful out there on the road with this guy out there driving.

Let’s just say they are a complete joke when it comes to being professional and answering when the job can be done. I have had two work orders placed for a roof repair. One they came out to complete, which they didn’t fix the leak. The second I waited two weeks and kept calling and no one could tell me when they expected it to me done. Yesterday I scheduled the repair with the technician since this is a rental home for me and no one showed up. The girls are the front desk are no help and they said he’s on a roof and continue to argue with me saying that’s not their job today... then why would he schedule it with me?! Very rude, very unprofessional, and I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone!!!!

Taylor made roofing replaced our roof a couple weeks ago, and we couldnt be happier. The workers were very polite and respectful. This is the second time they have replaced our roof and I would use them again, when they left, you would never have known we just had a roof put on, they cleaned the property that good. They did a roof replacement for us due to some hail damage. They were good to deal with our insurance company on the repairs. The crew came, did the tear off, and had a new roof on and finished in 2 days. The new roof looks great! They made sure to leave our place clean and free of debris when they were done.

Came to our home on short notice for an estimate (we had a leak from a storm) Gave us an honest opinion and talked about all of our options. Even repaired an area on the roof while he was up there at no charge to us. Highly recommend and very grateful for his professionalism.

After a hail storm damaged many homes in our area, we were approached by a number of roofing contractors. The people at taylor were easy to deal with, they helped us understand the insurance estimate and their payment process, and options available.The crew arrived in a timely manner , were respectful, worked well together, cleaned up the mess, and left us with a beautiful new roof. We couldnt ask for more.

Taylor Made put on a new flat roof for us last spring (2017) and its held up pretty good through the crazy conditions this year. No damage from hail, etc. The only issue I had was on Fathers day all the guys went out of town and our roof was exposed over the warehouse and it called for rainy weather that weekend, we had stuff damaged from the leaking roof inside, but all was replaceable. Just check the forecast next time before going out of town. Aside from that, QUALITY for the price. Great job team!

Unprofessional is an overstatement. I has taken them a month to do a flat roof on a business and it leaked worse when finished than it did before they started. I have only seen them work a few hour then leave even when the weather was fine for roofing. The workers and owner are rude, slow, unprofessional people. Better off looking for another company if you want quality work done.

My needs were full roofing services, because I need brand new roof. This company give it to me on a right price and I am pretty happy about that. In small city as our is hard to find out so good and experienced company which can handle with the job. Thank you very much guys.

I 110% recommend Taylor Made in Bolivar. You may be sorry if you dont and they are worth the wait. We should have insisted on Taylor Made with our insurance company.Why?We made a wind storm claim on our 3 story Victorian in late July 2014 in El Dorado Springs. It is a big 110 year old house and had lots of shingles on a real steep roof. We called Taylor Made whom we remembered from a TV ad and their trucks. They came out the next day and emergency tarped our roof and estimated it. Our insurance companys adjuster though insisted upon Mayberry Construction out of Joplin for the actual roofing because they liked working with them. Mayberry canceled our job 2 weeks before they were to start because easier work was currently available because of a hail storm and they only agreed to do our roof it was because business was slow at the time. I was told this by Jason Mayberry over the phone. Unreal. It was late SeptemberOur insurance adjuster then steered us to Falcon Roofing out of Independence Kansas. They started our house in the last week of October. Falcon Roofing had an on loan crew of hispanics from Wichita that could not read the Owens Corning installation instructions, some could not even speak english, and they were supervised by a salesman (the translator) who knew little about actual roofing but everything about deer hunting. I was desperate with winter coming so against my better judgement I let them have at it hoping for the best. The job got drawn out because the crew was from Wichita and because of November weather it was hard to work more than 2 days at a time and they did not want to drive out for that. In process trim was torn up on our house from ladders, they had to borrow my tools, and our roof severely leaked to where some ceilings collapsed in our 110yr old Victorian UNDER AREAS THEY HAD ALREADY NEWLY ROOFED!!!. We fired them in early December 2014 when they were 3/4 done with the roof when we found rolls of ice & water under tarps in the yard that were supposed to be under the new shingles. We just could not take it anymore. Dont let this outfit roof your dog house.Remembering Taylor-Made I called them and even though backed up 2-3 months, Orlando Taylor after hearing our dire situation said they would come out on a week’s notice and rally their crews and clean up the mess. When they came out they saw that everything was installed wrong and showed me why and how it was wrong. They needed to tear off our brand new shingles and underlayment down to the wood deck to roof our house right. They could not believe the Falcon work was so bad. We also did not have enough of the special order shingles to finish the roof with having to tear off again so to get it done and with the weather we had we could not wait so Russell Taylor made a 250 mile round trip himself to get the special order shingles we needed to stay on schedule. Because of the weather and limited temperature windows for shingling (45 degrees or higher) they had 2 & 3 full crews at once on our roof when it was warm enough. In 3 days our roof was leak proof with straight shingles, and the roof is otherwise perfect. When they left there was not a scrap of anything left behind.Advice:Dont let your insurance company push who they want on you. You dont have to use them no matter what you are told. Dont hire local do it all contractors, part time roofers who are really farmers, or Chuck in a truck good ole boy types. If a roofing company shows up with Hispanics make sure every one of them speaks fluent english and can read too. If not, tell them to get off your property, and get their license tag numbers and turn them in.Hire a roofing company that employs only local AMERICAN men who are trained professionals that take pride in their work so your house or business gets roofed and roofed right in a few days instead of weeks or even months.The emergency tarp they put on never leaked a drop and it was on for over 3 months. You can afford to wait for them. Call them if you need a new construction roof or re roof.
