I am grateful for the local rental company. I used to have to go all the way to Springfield to pick up equipment. At least now I dont have to go that far out of my way. I am happy to support a local honest & fair priced business. Thank you Mike & all the guys for doing such a great job!

They are kind and Courteous, and make sure your tools work before they send them out the door. Their prices are fair and in market range with other competitors. As for improvements, I wish they opened earlier and had things ready for me when reserved as I am usually in a race against the clock to get to the job, get my work done, and return the rental in a timely manner both clean and refueled. If they can solve this issue Ill give them the 5 star rating as I believe them to be an essential and quality business.Thank you Mike and your employees.👍

Getting the rental set up was easy. I like they gave me the full price with tax ect. on the phone. The equipment worked great. Their policy for needing it for a little longer than what you start off with is great. Will rent from them again!

I was needing to use a rock/landscape rake to clean up some recently cleared ground. Everyone I called passed me to somewhere that they thought might have one. I changed direction and started looking south and when I called Show Me Rents they didnt have one either, but they were going to buy one. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! While loading and unloading at the rental place I didnt have to lift a finger. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service! They made sure I was very familiar with the trailer, or equipment we were renting. I dont rent as much as others do, but I hope they are around a long time. We are so glad Bolivar has these guys as an option to rent from!

My family and I just moved here from New York. I rented a backhoe to fix the pond on my property. The pricing was great. Unfortunately, I had a bit of an accident with the equipment. The owner, Mike, was more concerned about my health than his piece of equipment. Luckily, his skilled technician Billy, was able to fix the equipment with ease. It’s easy to say that someone does good business when all goes well. However, it really says something about someone’s character when they treat you fairly when things go wrong. Mike was not opportunistic, or out to hurt me. He really does care about his customers. In fact, he personally helped me move some more dirt with another piece of equipment, just to be a nice guy. Service was professional and Mike has a heart of gold. I can’t sing their praises enough! I will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. God bless his family and their business.

Rented a lift from Show Me. They provided an easy check out, a good walk thru of how the lift worked. Easy transaction. I will use them again.

Rented a tiller and staff was very helpful with loading and unloading. I plan on repeating rental next spring and also a machine to move dirt which i have written quotes that are quite reasonable.
