Brought in a push mower for service; they diagnosed it, but I declined repair because it wasnt worth fixing, and they did not charge me anything.

Lots of gifts and happy helpful employees.

I like the way they worked with me and my schedule to get the deal done.

Would not recommend this place. Took our zero turn cub cadet in to have a spindle replaced. Mower was working fine, but spindle starting to make noise. Mower had been working great and no other problems with it. We told them to also do oil change and tune up while it was there. Charged us $700 for that. We thought was pretty pricy, but paid it and brought mower home. Two days later my husband mowed for about half an hour and mower suddenly stopped. Put gas in and checked oil. No oil in mower! Put in 1 1/2 quarts oil and still did not show any oil on the dipstick. Took mower back to Crown and they said need new engine for $2000! Said they put oil in and must have leaked out due to a bad head gasket. There was no oil leaked out on mower, trailer or garage floor. They wont admit they did not put oil in, causing engine to quit!What a rip off place!Now we are out a mower, just because of their negligence and they dont have the decency to stand up to their error and make it right!

Our experience was extremely frustrating. Its difficult to find a positive about Crown Power. Extremely high priced, poorly trained mechanics and very sketchy management. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a fair deal.

We were headed home with a broken truck and got a flat on our tow rig it was 7o clock at night on the 3rd of July the guy that worked there gave us air it if his shop too get us back on the road thank you again

My dad is really hacked off at this place. They came to our house in Republic (1 hour away) Crown Power Equipment charged him $1.50 per mile and $91.50 per hour. The Crown Power Mechanic logged 94 miles and 4 hours drive time. Thats $505 for driving 94 miles round trip. The Mechanic was unfamiliar with the system and my dad and I had to rewire the system back to the original configuration. After 5 unreturned voice messages, my Dad decided to take a trip to Bolivar. Connie and Rodney the service managers at Crown Power agreed to refund $490 of charges that were not performed. Hes still out $800 that only cost us a lot of time and money. Its time to take this up the ladder for the sake of their other customers.
