I highly recommend using Home Movie Savers to convert your precious memories. I have worked with Joe to convert my home movies (hi 8, VHS AND 8mm film from the 1960s). Joe is very fast, responsive, and an all around nice guy. Prices are very reasonable with high quality results! I have recommended him to friends without hesitation.

I have had a terrible experience with these people! I paid in advance, in the amount of $665. This was back in Nov. 30th 2020. I was promised my order by April 30, 2021. Still have not received! I cannot get ahold of anyone in their organization! Are they out of business? HELP!

Joe fixed and old video cassette, quickly and with expertise. My mom is in hospice and this tape will brighten her days. Joe graciously understood my situation, and worked at a record speed to get me back on the road, so I could show a series of old family memories! Joe is a Home Movie ‘Star’!!!

What an absolute wonderful experience. I had one old, broken and so badly damaged European VCR tape for years. The only thing i had left of my childhood memories with my now gone...dad, grandparents, uncles, aunt on this tape. Joe has cleaned it, redone and transferred onto a CD. You have no idea what experience it is to be able to see all of my family alive on this video. He did not give up and worked hard on this for me to have my memories.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Home Video Studio and Drew are AMAZING!!! So, he put together a video of memories of our Dad that is in hospice right now. There were about 7 DVD’s that he had to go through. Not only did he rip the DVD’s to editable format, he went to the store to buy jump drives to put the final version on.While I was there, I requested a change in the video. He did that with a quickness and was very pleasant! Where has good customer service gone? This experience has reminded me of how important good service is and how grateful I am!Another place wanted to charge $400 for this service. Drew didn’t even charge us a quarter of that price. We were like “okkkk!” Needless to say, we gave him more than he was charging because he deserved it.Also before I came to pick up my media and talked to him on the phone...I felt he deserved $100 just for his phone manners!Thank you so much, Drew!
