We have been using Bartlett Tree Experts for 6+ years. This year for tree trimming in spring. The team was courteous, responsive and professional. As branches grew in, they began to cover our cameras solar panel and blocked the flow of our flag, so Account Rep Scott Stringer paid us another visit to trim the branches to meet our needs. Excellent service, very responsive, and every staff member demonstrates seasoned expertise. Ive already passed along Scotts contact info to neighbors. Great service!

I am very very disappointed with Bartlett Tree Service. We have a Linden tree that is infested with the Japanese beetle. On 9-8-17 treatment was applied to the root paid $200 in advance. Nine months later the beetles are back eating the tree and creating a mess. They said they cant reapply the chemical because they say it is Illegal spraying it will kill the bees and spray would be to close to our house. This was guaranteed for 2 yrs now they want to charge us ANOTHER $200.

I have used Bartlett Tree Experts in the past and have been satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, we had a glitch this year and I am disappointed. I signed a proposal back in April to take care of a diseased Schubert Cherry in the front yard and a couple of apple trees in my backyard. No complaints on the fertilization of the cherry tree. However, the crabapple and apple tree in my backyard that had diseased leaves were to receive 3 foliage treatments. My bad is I didnt see that the proposal said crabapple in front but when the servicemen came I told him he needed to treat the trees in the back. He said it wasnt in his work order but he would make a note to Tom, who was the gentleman who initially came to the house to look at the trees to diagnose. The second time the serviceman came out to treat the trees the same thing happened and I redirected and he promised to make a note to Tom...again. The first two foliage treatments took place after my redirection. The third foliage treatment, however, was not done as it still wasnt on the work order and I didnt convince this guy to do the two correct apples in the backyard. This recent visit when Bartlett was out treating the cherry in front, I asked if he could get the two trees in back since they were skipped. He said it was too late. So I called the office. The rep told me I was only charged for 2 of the 3 treatments but looking at my invoices I paid $115 for each invoice (nos. 3380, 3381 & 3382) specifically saying foliage treatment. So I overpaid $115 and asked if they could rectify this on my new invoice of $114 to fertilize the cherry. Nope. She wanted to send Tom back out...why, can he give me my money or treat the trees? No. So I sit here very upset that I paid $115 for a treatment I didnt receive with no satisfactory outcome. They have my money and I dont.

I have some disappointment with your disease management on the treatment of my Linden tree infested with the Japanese beetle. I know the infestation will probably never go, but what I was toldIs a whole different story. On 9-8-17 treatment was applied to the root, paid $200 in advance and if the beetle show up again will do the treatment again. The beetle is back , a few drop dead, but now they are eating the tree more then ever. Leaves are continually falling creating a mess.Well they said , we cant reapply the poison because it is illegal, spraying will kill the bees, spray not recommended too close to the building, we will charge you again for the application. 9 MONTHS LATER THE TREE IS STILL INFECTED, THEy TOLD ME A BUNCH OF LIES, AND I AM OUT $200.
