My experience here was quite terrible. When I came to get my taxes done, I thought its going to be easy as it has been in the past. In the past I had a simple return with just one W-2 or multiple W-2s. This year I had to complete a few more forms. Something like a form C. Anyways, the lady completing my taxes needed to get her managers help like 9 times during the whole process. I was there for nearly 2 hours and after the process was complete, they wanted to charge me over $500 in fees. I walked out. Had an accountant friend complete my taxes and actually got about $200 more than I would have if I went through H and R. I will never go back here again.
