Great staff. I usually order my products online then pick them up at the store. They are always ready for pickup when stated and all the correct items are in the order. When I arrive for the pickup the staff is prompt and courteous and willing to help carry my order to the car. I highly recommend the PetSmart on Weber in Bolingbrook.

Great place to get started if you are looking to become a good fish keeper. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do a good job at keeping the tanks clean, and there is a good selection of fish and accessories you need to get going.If you are a bit more advanced and know what you are looking for, its also a good place to get equipment and shaping supplies.

I have a little Betta fish that I have been taking care of for almost 2 years, but all of a sudden it just wouldnt eat and starting feeling sad and not moving much. I run to Pet Smart and Frankie took a sample of water from my tank. suggested a couple of chemicals to help with the water balance and I even got a snail 🐌 companion for my fish. 3days have passed and my fish is happy again and its eating is back to normal.Couldnt have gone any better, thank you Frankie!!

My cat is a Bengal and is very picky with his food. I talked to Phil when I visited the store, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me to pick some food that is perfect for my cat breed. He was very kind and willing to spend time with me. He also directed me to a clearance shelf where I found some nice treats for my cat!I will definitely return and use this Petsmart as my go to.The manager Frankie was also very kind and helpful. He helped me to decide which water fountain I should get my cat, and whenever I have questions I know I can go to him.

I was shocked at how terrible the customer service was today. I walked in around 10am to buy dog food and fish. Went to get help since fish department had no one around. First member I asked ran out of the store, 2nd was super rude, 3rd was a new guy and got helped from the rude team member. I almost walked out. Will not be coming back.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to this petsmart for my first time to add new fish to my tank and I was extremely disappointed. The tanks are VERY dirty. all of the tanks look like they have not been cleaned in months. It makes me wonder if it’s safe to buy fish from here. Plus the staff was not friendly nor helpful.

Got my hamster from this place, cutest thing on earth, but they give a very small home about 144sq and the bare minimum is 450 sq for a hamster. They give .5 of an inch of bedding but the bare minimum is 6 inches. They also feed their hamster big pellets when they should have assorted food. I was looking inside there today and I saw a cute hamster (a real chonker) and I was happy but then I saw 2 hamsters in the same cage and that is completely unacceptable two hamstes cannot be in the same cage they will fight I dont care if they are .not okay this has to stop

This store is so clean and big! Easy to find your products and the selection is amazing. I have a bunny and it’s hard to find a lot of items for her but I found so many! On top of that, customer service was the BEST!!

I went into the store to collect items for our new Puppy Skipper and they beyond helpful, I used Pet Smart for our dog Nipper who passed over the rainbow Bridge back in June, and will continue to do so with Skipper.

I am so pleased with my Bolingbrook store I will be going back for all my needs for my new dog and my old cat!!!! This picture of my grandson and his new dog that we got yesterday and the next picture is of my Fat Cat named Leo. Who both will be glad that mommy started shopping at this store!!! Fat Cat Leo is very up there in age so he will be Happy that when his day come which I HATE TO THINK OR EVEN WRITE DOWN 😒 he will be going a very HAPPY Mommies Fat Cat!!!!

I went to buy a new hamster cage for my nephew and gave him his gift and the hamster cage was incomplete, parts to the house were missing and came with no instructions. I went back to get an exchange and the cashier was being rude and didn’t wanna exchange it for a complete literally bought it the night before I was upset I don’t recommend noone shopping here I would take the drive to go different one just not to shop there.

Bit disappointed they dont have any cats right now, however they apparently will be rounding up a new herd in the near future. Till then I contented myself with a harness for my little dog.

Drove an hr to get a turtle they supposedly had. They did not.

The staff is very friendly. They are always out of crickets and worms for reptiles. Store is pretty clean and not overly packed. When I brought our puppy in one of the managers had a lot of great suggestions amd helped me save on items for our puppy.

Get all of my pet supplies and GloFish here. Got a fancy tail goldfish named sparkle 2 yrs ago and 2 bearded dragons 5 yrs ago and they are beautiful. The staff is very knowledgeable on every pet need and care that you ask them about

This store is currently under construction. I am sure it will be wonderful when completed. However there is a limited selection right now... And no fish at all.

Nothing stocked for fish supplies

I used to come here more often when I first got my dog and have his nails done with the dremel. Now I bought one and do it myself. Anyways now I come here just for the variety of dog toys and when I need new cartridges for fish filters. Either than that they dont have a big variety on animals themselves to choose for a pet.

The store is pretty well kept, and the pet food selection is fantastic. I just wish they kept a better eye on there fish. Been here to many times with dead fish stuck to filters or lay on the bottom of a tank.

We never had any issues with other locations of Pet Smart store, the workers are all the time nice and helpful. But the experience we had yesterday in Pet Smart Bolingbrook was the worse experience we ever had. We received bad attitude and from sell person and from store manager. The sale person was so lazy and unprofessional that she couldnt provide us right information about exchanging of dead fish.When the sell person called the store manager we received right away attitude, seems like is personal.If you are not able to work as customer service then change the job, we do understand is not easy job ,but there are some rules,that as a costumer we dont deserve to receive a attitude just because we came to exchange the dead fish and asking some questions.

I was able to get my dog food, but I had to go inside in order to get the 10% off and pay in the store. I was trying to do curbside, but for some reason there was no place to choose the 10% off. When I contacted the store, they pulled my item and I walked in and paid for it.

Jen K is an amazing groomer. She is really good at calming down dogs when they are nervous especially when you just get to the salon. She has been the only groomer that has done my dogs hair since we first went there greets her makes us feel like family, she knows exactly how we did the style the time before even if its been a little bit in between cuts. Totally recommend going there. She also specializes in doing the furminator which helps minimizing the shedding if your dog has a lot of fur.

Weve brought our dog there to get groomed for a few years now. We always have Jenna do it. She does a very nice job. Im sure the other groomers are good. You know how it is to find someone you trust with your pet. Good selection of food and treats.

Its a nice pet store. Some employees are knowledgeable, others.. Not so much. Usually have to search for wait because not enough staff, but they are friendly, nice. Clean store. A bit pricey but do have a nice selection.

That doesnt mean they wasted time talking too much like I (an old woman) tends to do but just that their presentation meant that they were helpful, kind & really helping you find what you you were looking for. You might as well get your pets nails done with a lawnmower! I took my cat in and we told the groomer that our cat can get jumpy when the dogs are barking, her first thought is I’m going to put a fruit bowl on the cat so he can’t see the dogs. Then after doing one back and one front paw, she says she can’t do it. She was concerned that our 11 lbs cat was going to send her to the hospital. Like seriously this is your profession? Then be a professional!

I dont understand how these petsmart are whipping up such speculators! this is horror! my little 7 pound pomeranian was terribly scared when i came to pick it up! did not enter the staff! this is the first time every cute little dog would be so scared! what have you done to her ?! coat left half-trimmed half-off! and the dog was secret! horror you need to oath to court!

Grooming salon always treats my pup so well. Weve been going to this particular salon for years. They know my puppy girl by name and are excited to see her each time we walk in.

Very knowledgable aquatics staff if they are there working that day. Decent supply of fish and usually they have ghost shrimp in stock. I can never seem to be there when they get the blue lobsters in but oh well. Very clean and nice staff easy check out. Same cashier every time and hes very polite.
