Not impressed. My dip nails that usually lasts me 3-4 weeks from my normal salon only took 5 days to chip and break. SUPER FRUSTRATED!

OMG! Went to this place a few days ago to get a pedicure and decided to get a full set of acrylic nails for my birthdayBIG MISTAKE!!! The guy who did my nails made them wider than my regular nails and shaped them into some odd square shape. He rushed through them when he realized his regular customer had arrived, told me it was $5.00 extra if i wanted them shaped into a pointy style and rushed me over to the drying table.When i got over there i put on my reading glasses and got a good look at my nails. They looked unnatural and awful. My 23 year old son agreed. He said Mom why did you come here?When i told the guy who did my nails he said i asked you when i was doing them and i told him i really saw how odd they looked once you polished them. I asked him does this look right to you and he starts telling me about no chip blah blah blah. I asked him if he could reshape my middle fingers since they looked the worst. He started talking to the lady at the register in a different language and was actually pointing at me!! When he came back over to fix what he had JACKED UP i told him it was ok. Just forget it. I didnt like his energy at that point and didnt want him to touch my nails. Horrible Experience and i will never ever ever return!!

I wouldve have them 5 stars but the girl was slow getting to my lashes I had to leave before getting them done. Disappointed. But everyone was friendly decent service prices kinda steap.

I went in with a bruised big toe from an ingrown nail! She was gentle and properly cut my nails! No pain and my feet are beautiful!

They are extremely over priced and unprofessional. However wasn’t the issue it was reusing gloves that took the cake for me, and put them back on like it’s a good idea. My nails are mediocre at best. I said for a soak off but she use a tip to remove the previous acrylic set which I explained hurt.

I got a dip powder nails done here. To soak off my old dip they put my hands in a bowl of hot acetone to soak it off. I got these done on a Saturday and they started chipping by Monday and only got worse and more painful. The nail was filed too thin and the dip was not applied properly. My nails were destroyed. As they chipped/peeled it would peel layers of my nail. The experience was fine...the results was awful.

Kiki did my nails and she did such an awesome job! I have been to almost every nail salon in Bolingbrook and she is one of the absolute best! Fast and talented! I got the chrome, which I love!

Not that many good color options. I feel like once they see their regular customers they hurry up with the person they are doing. So unhappy with my nails 😒

I’ve been to many nail salons, and although this one is across the street from where I now live it does not meet my expectations. I’ve been here multiple times, and I walk out with really pretty nails BUT the quality is horrible. I paid $50 for a no-chip manicure that lasted less than two days and began to chip immediately. I also got dip manicure after letting my nails grow out, and they chipped / broke within a couple minutes of getting them done which has NEVER happened before. I don’t think the quality of their products are worth what I paid for on this particular visit. Price doesn’t matter too much to me as long as I’m getting my money’s worth which I have not gotten here. I would suggest exploring other places.

They did a good job on our nails. The woman that did mine didnt even say thank you for the tip. A few of the woman were speaking Vietnamese and laughing because my friend didnt shave her legs. I thought they were rude and inconsiderate.

I just finished my nail from this place. I never been in this place before and I was special they did everything so well. For example, they have protective measures inside to protect the customers and their employees. They working on every appointment in time. I can tell everything was clean inside and make urself relax while they working on ur nail. I totally recommend to come this place. I distinctly will go back again.

I like going to this place 2 get my nails done. Nice clean friendly environment. The prices are reasonable & I usely get my nails done by the same Nail Tech. He knows exactly how I like my nails done, period. He is gentle and takes his time. He pays attention to detail and my 💅 always look flawless each time!

Quick service, no wait on a Saturday morning. Service was quick while providing attention to detail. They had this super cute back wall. The only down side was they only accept cash tip so be prepared to bring some cash.

If I could give Elegant Nails no stars ,I would. I made a 3:30 appointment for Manda. I arrived at 3:30 and she asked me If I could come back at 4:30,I said No. I mentioned that I made an appointment for 3:30 at 12:30 that afternoon. She said a customer walked in at 3 and she had to take her and that it would be a while before she finished.They do not honor appointments or even have the decency to apologize . I drove 30 minutes to there shop for nothing. Truly bad customer service and a terrible business practice.

Very disappointed with the service for the amount of money paid for a gel fill in and nails didnt even last two weeks before they started popping off, and i also have a green spot on my left ring finger.

This was my go-to nail salon place. Rating 4 stars because most of the staff is nice there, but the last 2 times I went this one lady was very, very rude to me! She actually switched me out with another person, he is the really nice guy who works there. She was giving me such an attitude all because I didnt like how she filed my nails. I showed her a picture and she tried to copy it but she did it wrong, I was super, extremely nice to her. All I asked her was to file them a bit more or a different shape, you know just to alter them a bit. But.. she ended up getting super frustrated and she made pretty upset, I felt like since Im a younger teen girl she thinks she can talk to me rudely. There was no reason for her to be mean to me... I was still being nice to her after she switched me to another person. Not going there because of her, but other that the place does a great job! :)

Service has gone down a bit over the years but prices keep going up and the hours keep decreasing. Ive never had anything bad - always been B+ or better for me - but others havent always had the same experiences I have.

I never feel rushed. Instead, I feel welcomed and pampered every time I come here. It’s been over two years since I started coming to this location and I’m always satisfied.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Nothing like spending $40 and having to come home and fix all your own nails. I told her they were crooked and she pretended like i was crazy. The paint job is horrible i wish i could take a picture of how ridiculous this looks. Do not waste your money here. These people have no idea what they are doing. I only went because i usual place is closed on Sundays.

I walked in for a pedicure to pamper myself. It was WELL worth it. I picked the Platinum package that includes a calf and foot message, parafin for the meet and pedicure. I was totally relaxed and didnt want to get up.when my time was finished. Lol!

First time I went, it was great. Second time around, I had a guy do my nails and he kept on pushing in the skin around my nails with his nails a little too hard even though I kept saying “ouch”. My fingers were in severe pain the next few days and I’m afraid to go back.

Staff was very nice but I got a full set done and it’s terrible. I didn’t notice until after I left but every nail had white bubbles. Just looks terrible with French manicure. Good pedicures though.

I probably will not be returning here. When I walked in, the man who greeted me was very rude. I was rushed to pick a color, which I didnt appreciate. He was very rushed, and extremely rough. He missed a lot of spots for acrylic, and after a couple days it already looked like I needed a fill in. Not to mention I paid extra for no chip, and after a week they started to chip. When I went back to get it fixed, they said thats not what no chip means dissapointed. I only gave 2 stars cuz of how clean it is and all the color choices.

Friendly staff and a nice facility

I came in without an appointment and they said they could get me right in. Then they left me sitying there for 40 minutes because they had some one call and say they were coming in. The most frustrating part was an employee just sat there waiting for the appointment to come in... of she had just done my pedicure in that 40 minutes I would have been done and gone. Either tell me upfront that I will be waiting forever or do the job but to leave a customer sitting there while you do nothing is unacceptable!!

0! Do not know how to do dip. My nails started chipping the min they where done and they made me rush out and return the next day due to them closing. Next day comes by i go back and they refuse to do them again and just filed my nails put gel over them and called it a day. An hr later they peeled again and there was patches of missing color through out the nail. Didnt even bother no more.

Im new to bolingbrook but Ive noticed that nail salons are quite expensive in comparison to what Im used to & the quality is lacking. I got a no chip mani and pedi here today & it was just ok. The place was clean & they useA new individual liner for each pedicure they do which I really liked however For $71, I expected a better experience. I requested regular polish for my pedicure and the tech used no chip anyway but did not put my feet under the UV lamp. For a $36 pedicure I was so disappointed that they didnt spend more time on the pedicure. The massage was sub par at best-- simply slathered on eucalyptus clay and wiped it off, then slapped on lotion and did a half-hearted massage & the towels were not hot. The tech nicked the cuticle on 1 of my fingers and caused it to bleed & did not apologize for her roughness. Overall the polish did turn out nicely but for the price , technique & complete experience I will not be back.

Ive been here a few times. This last time was horrible on valentines day I needed a nail fixed. She tried to charge me $55 I asked her why do high....she started naming things...sitting in her chair was a $5 charge. I gladly walked out

I went in for a a no chip nail polish with design on my own nails and it costs $25 to get the nail polish and then $10 for the design.... Which is ridiculous they couldnt even do the original design I asked for which was simple.... Im extremely upset about this .. That was $35 and I didnt even get a set of nails there is no sign that says theyre color is $25 and they never informed me of it before hand. And the design I did get is sloppy... Will never be going back there.... They are a complete rip off dont waste your time!! Go to four seasons in darien its $8 for a no chip nail polish $5 extra for the design...

The lady’s have temper tantrums much attitude they are open when there supposed to be closed and cleaning and there was a empty parking lot and the lady got mad because I had my door open trying to get in my car and she parks next to us

First time here, it was just ok!The place is a little old sort as the furniture.And for the first time in my life, a man did my nails :)They all speak Asian and sometimes hard to understand them accent !!But overall they its ok but not the best.

Went to get a No Chip Mani and Regular Pedi. It was $61 which was not bad but the no chip polish was changing color later that night. They lady who did my nails rushed through everything but it looked decent. I went back as soon as they opened the next day to have them remove it and replace with regular polish. They were very nice about it, all except the women who did my nails the night before. She immediately got defensive, I told her I didnt think it was anything she did. I had to wait 30 mins for her and even took the no chip off myself bc every other tech was busy. They didnt even offer me a partial refund or anything but they did not change me redo with regular polish (I wouldnt have paid even if they tried to) so I basically paid $35 for a regular mani. When she was replacing with regular polish it was a horrible job. She didnt even take all the no chip polish off. Only went there bc my regular nail tech is out of town. Will never go back.

I came here 4 different times...lady was SUPER rude and insulted my mother. She did a quick and horrible job on my no chip. I asked her what happens if it does chip and she said It wont!! all feisty...okay lady. They thin out all their nail polish/no chip and it does NOT last. Every time I tried someone new and they always get it on my cuticles and it chips or comes off a few days later. Stay away!!! Go to Moonlight or X-quisite in Lemont or Xclusive on 63rd in Downers Grove. All in the area and do a nice job

I just had the WORST customer service experience ever. I am a hairstylist. Having worked hard all week, I thought Id treat myself. I came to ELEGANT NAIL salon to relax. I purchased the deluxe pedicure which is their most expensive and extensive service for feet and a no-chip manicure. Shortly after starting my pedi, one of the owners asked if I was getting my nails done as well. I said yes. He said I will do your nails while you get your pedicure done. That way I will be out sooner to enjoy my weekend. So here I am with my one hand being filed, the other in a dish to soak on my lap and, I am getting this deluxe pedicure (which is meant to be relaxing by the way) all at the same time. I am contorted and uncomfortable. Then it gets worse. The guy doing my pedicure readjusts my leg and the bowl of liquid pours ALL OVER MY CROTCH! Fine, I am a chill person so I kind of play it off. In the meantime the guy is stuffing towels between my legs! How embarrassing!!! Okay moving on. Now My fingernails are being polished. I have to hold this electrical device on my lap while getting my pedi and my other hand painted. Needless to say it was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. So, here I am with three coats down only the topcoat to go. AND HE STOPS THE MANICURE! He says, hes going to give me a little time to relax. What the hell?! So Im sitting there still holding this LED curing light on my lap, the pedicure is still going on, my nails are still wet because my mani is not complete. So after a minute goes by I say hey lets get this done now because this is not relaxing with me sitting here holding this electrical light and my nails are still wet so I cant move and I cant drop anything for fear of being electrocuted. I WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THIS NONSENSE. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD ENTAIL GIVING ME SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT NOT JUST FOR SOAPY WATER ALL OVER MY CROTCH AND SEAT, BUT GETTING THE BUMS RUSH!I ARRIVED ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND WAS TAKEN RIGHT AWAY. SO THE ONLY CONFLICT WITH TIME WAS WITH THEM.ALSO, COMMON SENSE TELLS ME IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND THE TIME TO PERFORM A SERVICE PROPERLY DONT SELL IT!ANYWAY. $90 LESSON LEARNED. I WILL BE SPENDING MY HARD EARNED (STANDING ON MY FEET ALL DAY) CASH ELSEWHERE!

Horrible. Waste of time and money. My boyfriend and I both received a complete rush job on both the mani and pedicure. We both got the same services but, mine was $5 more because I was charged $5 to remove my polish without being told until I asked why I was being charged more. Totally was unsatisfied with my mani/pedi. This is not a place Id recommend.

Got acrylics and he put them on crooked, he also was very rude and seemed angry when I tried to explain the shape of the acrylics i wanted.
