But I will 100% buy a flight simply to see Trevor again here!!!

I was coming here for over 2 years and was told the nail techs are not comfortable doing my nails anymore and was asked to leave! I booked an appointment at 11:45 with Kenny but made sure to tell the front desk that I needed to leave by 1 o’clock because I had an appointment in Elmhurst at 1:30. I asked for c curve nail tips which were the same nail tips that I received the last time that I came in with WilI. I told Kenny that the tips that he used this time did not look the same as the tips that were used last time, the tips he was using was too wide and thick. He told me that he could fix them but i didn’t have enough time to stay so he said I could come back after my other appointment. I drove all the way from Elmhurst to come back to get my nails fixed and was told they no longer would do my nails here and was asked to go somewhere else. That is absolutely unprofessional and very inconveniencing to me. After coming here for two years and being treated that way all because i wanted my nails fixed the way i like them Especially since I’m paying $100 +each time I come in is absolutely ridiculous. WHO TREATS THEIR CLIENTS THAT WAY? I suggest not coming here!!

I came in with almond shaped nails on 9/10 nails. I broke my thumb nail, and it meant a new shape to accommodate. My fill (gel) was quick, the re-shape is perfect and Im loving the color (OPI regular polish).

Very disappointed with my experience! I got on the wait list for a pedi and fill at 11:22am, told me 30 minutes and they would call if any changes. Went home did a couple things. Came back at 12:26pm, still waited 25 minutes to be seated. When I got seated, waited an additional 5 minutes after that everything was going good, she then forgot the hot stones. Lightly burned me with the hot stones and continued to move in same slow strokes not even massaging. Paid and left at 2:40pm. Did not even want to get a fill anymore.

I came here on June 12th 2020. I got a full set of acrylics. I was there for about 30 minutes which is far from a long enough time to get good acrylic nails. I wanted long length in the shape of stiletto. She picked the length and cut the tip before I could say longer. They are bumpy and fat and not one nail is the same length. The paint job is lumps and patchy. There was acrylic left all over my skin and the underside of the nail. Went back to try and get some of my money back and was told she(the women who did them) will fix them for you. I will never be going back to this place. Huge waste of money. I will be going back to my original girl at Lees nails!

I was very pleased with the service that I received, specifically On My Feet. My nails are thicker on one foot, and they needed a lillte extra attention.And I loved my French Tips, always!

I went on Sunday Aug 22nd, and asked for a classic/ basic pedicure and classic/ basic manicure. The service I received for my pedicure was awful, my feet are all scratched up and my skin was cut deeply in one spot. 4 days later and it hurts to walk still. My manicure was not any better, they ripped my cuticles and made my nails bleed to where they had to redo the polish 4 times because the blood kept getting in the way. Very unsanitary to place the nail polish back into the customer selection of colors after all the blood mixing. Nail polish flaked up immediately after leaving.

I have never had a bad experience here, but you also have to be strategic. They get super busy, so I recommend ALWAYS having an appointment time and also trying to go Monday-Thursday. I usually just get basic mani/pedi and they always are nice and do a great job even though I’m not getting a higher end service. They aren’t pushy about upgrades, which I like. I can’t speak to dips or acrylics, but their basics services and gel manis are good quality.

Best dip I have ever had! And he was SO gentle removing the old dip.Definitely would give 5 stars, except something weird was up with lint in the area getting stuck on my nails. Maybe they need new towels or something.

I do not usually go here because my first experience here was not good, as far as quality years ago. I went in a Thursday to get nail dip. A day later my nails started to crack. This is very unusual because where I usually go, my nails are extremely study and have never cracked or chipped when using nail dip. I can go a month without going to the nail shop and they will not crack or chipped .I went and got them repaired on Monday and here we are Wednesday, more cracked nails 😐 Nail dip is supposed to last weeks and nail dip at this place last for a day or two.

Will never come back they are rude. Lady insulted My toes as if I already didnt know how ugly they are. I wanted a nice relaxing pedicure scrub and oil she didnt give me one instead just removed the polish and slapped on the new one. Never coming back.

Overcharging for services and lies to customers about gel services. No such thing as gel powder..they are using acrylic powder and putting a no chip polish on top and calling it gel nails.

Patrick did such a great job with my dip nails. The base of the nail is not thick like how some techs do them, they look more natural. I like the coffin look and am very picky and he was so understanding and did them exactly as I had wanted. 1 week later and they still look great!

My nails were rushed. I had to tell the tech 4 times about how my nails had spots that were covered in polish. I won’t be back.

I came to classy nails on Thursday February 13th. I took myself and my mom. The pedicures were awesome but in the 5 days between then I have lost 3 of my nails from my fullest they literally popped right off. I don’t soak my hands in water or do anything that would cause them to easily fall off. The rest you can see lifting from my nail bed so I’m sure they are next. Some nails the acrylic is filed down so much that there is barley a layer between the nail tip and acrylic. On further inspection of my nails when I got home you can see dips in the nail where there was too much filing and some that are crooked from too much filing on one side to get the stiletto effect. For the amount of money I paid I would have expected a longer lasting full set. If the tech was not comfortable I’m doing nails like this then they should have said something I would have been happy to choose a different style. The woman who was helping my mom with her spa day kept insisting her to wax her full face and after my mom kept saying no she wasn’t getting the hint so she waxed her face anyway. I understand you want to get those add on services but if someone says no then leave it alone. I unfortunately will not be returning.

The technician did my nails wrong I told him what I wanted and he said ok so I ask for a full set he told me I didn’t need it I ask him for white tips and pink on the bottom the hombre he was like ok so he ended up doing my whole nail pink and I told him that’s not right while he was doing my nails he told me that he would have to do a full set so I could not stay cause I am on my way out of town when I brought it to the attention to the worker in the front he told me I give you 5 dollars off the he didn’t understand what I was saying cause I had a mass on my face my if I could have stay I would have but they act like I was trying to get over on them I come every 2 week and pay 100 to 150 dollars with you and I should not have been treated like that I feel that was not right for know one

Got my 1st ombre nails done, the color was cute but the guy who did them left my nails bumpy, they need to hire someone who knows how to do them well. Not with the high price for bumpy nails, these look awful.

Ive come here various times over the years. Today I got a pedicure from Paula. It was by far my best experience here. She was so kind. She did not rush through the pedicure/scrub/message. She did not make feel rushed, which have sometimes felt in the past with others. Paula was a delight!

Love this place

Dip polish is $40, nail and cuticle cleaning are extra make sure to ask or they will dip your finger in with no cleaning besides you washing your hands and minimal nail trimming. Many, many colors to choose from also the dip polish is very durable. The color stays on and no chipping with working out, cleaning, and hard use. This is my go-to spot for dip nails! Really wish they offered more options with gems, designs, ect for dip. Ladies are a bit of a mixed bunch, however, I have always had a relaxing time here!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is terrible. Quality of work, ability to execute, terrible. I am pretty sure the only reason they are in business is because people dont know any better... which is sad. They dont listen to what you want when YOU are the one who is paying. They do what they want and the end result is absolutely horrid. Then want to argue with you, and they wind up arguing with themselves because they have no idea what they are talking about🙄 all they do is talk in circles. And execute poor service. I wouldnt let them do my dogs nails... save your money and go somewhere else. it looks nice and semi fancy, but its really not. TRUST ME!

Not even a week after of getting a basic pedicure I noticed a line going across my toe nail and I removed my nail polish and my nail split completely in half and is now lifting off my toe. Avoid this place at all costs. I went to the doctor and they said I must have gotten a type of fungus! They need to sanitize better in this place!!! Now my big toe looks completely disgusting I will NEVER go back, also, now I’m angry because I have to wait for it to grow back. Thanks a lot “classy nails”....

Very professional establishment with good technical skills. Gave us private room for pedicure for privacy. Things got better from there. Gave best foot massage with pedicure. Manicure was good too. I’ve been here before and the bails were the best i’ve ever had done but this time the lady filed on my fingeres and broke threw the skin and the paint job was horrible and she put the nails on cockeyed but the other clientele was fantastic

This place was absolutely horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would. Took my girls there and apparently they dont know what almond shaped means, made them pointy all different lengths. Plus charged for no chip and used regular polish.

This is my go to nail salon I would say that they are not the greatest but their also not the worst. Service is not bad but not great either i did have to experience a worker basically begging me for a tip, I was getting ready to pay and I had told her I had no money to tip her (I paid with card and you cant leave tip with card) and that I was sorry she kept insisting that if I had pay pal, Apple Pay she even insisted that their was an ATM around the corner she came up to me and started going through my phone to help me download the app and how to use it to send her money at that point I was so shocked because Ive never experienced anything like that. Also, my nails always differ sometimes I leave with my nails looking good and sometimes they look ugly it honestly depends on who your nail tech is some are more talented than others. I would recommend this salon only if its your last choice other then that you can do and find better.

Horribly done no chip 3 times in a row. Went here only because Of close proximity to my house since i had my hubby watching my newborn at home. I should have learned my lesson with the 1st time years ago- but I went back twice again just because its close to my home. They are very quick and rush through everything. I had tons of polish and clear coat all over my cuticles. Pet peeve: they did not do the sides of the nail either. I had huge gaps in the color. It was extremely messy and started shipping within a few days. The last time I went the top coat bubbled up less than 10 minutes and was rubbing off on everything. I went back in within 10 minutes of leaving and they gave me attitude regarding the issue. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST... horrible job and service.

Unprofessional, rude, horrible, unlicensed nails techs that work here! DO NOT I REPEAT DO MOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They are over priced and charge extra for the simplest things. Very money hungry. They only want your dollar they care less about providing great service! The main trick they use to wheel you in is offering you water or that tea! That is the first step to their manipulation game. My nails were so lumpy and they filed my skin to the point of bleeding. They do t shape nails correct and they do not sanitize utensils at all this nail salon is spreading infections!

I went to Classy Nails and Ive never had a worse experience getting my nails done, ever. They were filing my acrylics so hard, so I asked them to go softer and nothing changed. My nails had globs of acrylic underneath the nail and my technician was in too much of a rush to do it properly. The nail shape was ugly and they wanted to charge extra for the shaping. Definitely not worth the money...

Don’t waste your time. I was quoted 15-20 minuets and I’m already at a 70 minuet wait. Once again if they were honest with me my nails would have already been done down the street.

I live in the city but my sister lives in Bolingbrook, her nails are always nicely done and perfect so I now go her and I recommend jay he is so good at what he does and is very passionate about his work! he takes his time and bot their to rush you.

I came with a few friends. None of us could sit together, one of my friends started bleeding, two people had the same exact thing done and were charged very differently. Also my nails were transparent and the wrong color. I told them it looked different from the swatch I picked but they said it changes color. Overall bad experience

They had me came in when they about to closed. They were rushing and didn’t do a good job on my nails. I had full set for Medi and I can see through my white part. It looks terrible

Well for starters I spent close to $100 there, and three nails broke before I went on my Las Vegas trip. The pedicure was ridiculous because I had dry skin on my feet and I had a chipped all within a day 1/2 of going there. They pretty much ruined my vacation because of having to deal with my nails. I hope I can post pictures for all of you. Steer clear of here they can care less about loyal customers. They’re all about quantity not quality.

Ive been coming to classy nails for years, even though I never left completely satisfied, but it was my go to place because the prices were fairly reasonable. After my last experience I will never go there again: i went for a no chip manicure. They started on my nails before verifying the color that I wanted. I chose a color I liked from their color options then they would return back to me and say they lost that color or do not have it. This happened four times (choosing a color from their color options then not having it). Instead of settling for a color that I would get stuck with for two weeks, I opted to leave. They insisted I pay for the service even though they did not do anything (just a little bit of nail filing). I offered to pay half even though they did not come close to completing even half the service, but they (rudely) insisted I needed to pay for the whole thing. After being a customer for all these years I did not expect to be treated like this. Needless to say I will never come here again.

John did my nails. One of the worst experiences ever. Once I sat down it took him 1 hour and 40 min to do a no-chip polish change. He was slow, very rough and inconsistent. For example, he only lotioned one of my hands. The end result was very unimpressive. Also, I scheduled an appointment but still had to wait 30 min. This salon is huge and the employees were not warm or friendly. It felt like an over-priced nail factory full of robotic nail technicians. If I could have rated less than one star I would have!!!

I have to agree that this is the worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever had.I asked for an American manicure and got white tips with two sloppy coats of top coat polish. My nails feel rough and look like a 5year old painted them. Please dont go here. I wasted 50.00, trying to save others the loss of time and money.

Their work is terrible and not worth what they’re charging. They use cheap nail polish. Less than a week since my full set and my polish color is no longer white but an awful brownish color. The customer service was OK-ish. Definitely not going back.

This place is awful quality and over priced! Went to get a gel fill ... their brochure said $18 and up ... the lady did my fill and I told her coffin shape. The nails are shaped like squares! They do not match in length and 3 of them look like they chipped on the top because she did not apply the no chip nail polish evenly on the top of the nail. When I checked out they charged me $40 for a crappy fill. I would never go there again, nor would I advise you to go either! Save your money and go somewhere else who actually cares what their work looks like. After all we are their walking advertisement and I dread people seeing my hands for the next 4 weeks !

I went in for a pedicure and no chip manicure. I was attended to right away and almost rushed through picking a color to get to the chair. The pedicure was fine but is already chipping and had some polish on the skin.I’m most upset with my no chip that is already chipping after only 4 days. The technician did not “wrap” the polish around the nail and cured it for only a short time.I had been here once before and had an fine experience but this last visit was just frustrating. $60 for both was a deal, but I got what I paid for.

This place has gone downhill in the last year. It used to be my favorite nailSalon- by far. Love the pedicure stations in back.Last few manicures Ive had are inconsistent. Sometimes they do s hand massage, sometimes they skip it.Today I got a pedicure & the girl asked if she should put their disposable flip flops on me instead of the flip flops I walked in with because mine were wet. What??? My shoes, sitting on the floor were so wet its like they were submerged in water. Theyre the soft flip flops w cushion soles- completely drenched in water. Excuse me?Im so freaking grossed out right now. So the foot rub water is leaking all over the floor? Not sure where that much water could have even come from.Manager said theyre sorry & can give me 50%. Thats great. Ill use it to replace my shoes that are now germ ridden & nasty.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could; this was the absolute WORST pedicure I ever had, the technician didn’t even shape my toenails or trim the my cuticles. I wanted a French manicure and it was so sloppily done I had to ask her to just polish them with a regular color......I got a no chip and she didn’t even remove the previous color before applying the new polish. I had to go home and re-shape my toenails. I would highly recommended going to a different salon!! Needless to say I WILL NOT be returning. Worst nail salon ever!!!!!!!!

The lady with the glasses was very rude with my teenage daughter. Snatch the money from her hand and continuously rolled her eyes at her while doing her nails. The lady at the front desk was there to listen and apologized.

Very nice location and always a good manicure/pedicure. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a wedding party and when we got there they seated us in 2 different rooms. Very upsetting since I made an appointment, we got there 15 minutes before our appointment and they didnt have seats for all of us to sit together. Our manicures were also done in two different rooms. If I wanted this to be the case I wouldnt have made an appointment ahead of time. I did say something to the receptionist and her excuse was we had 2 parties show up without appointments. Im sorry but I did make an appointment and that isnt my fault. You should have sat them apart not us. We ended up having a very funny nail tech (I dont remember his name) but he lightened the mood

Got there in time to watch a whole hour go by before they even called me and watched other people who clearly got there after me, get called. Not to mention my daughter waited 30 minutes more after I got called. Techinicans are mediocre and I will not be back. I gave my daughter permission to slap me if I ever even think about coming back here.
