They were stop 2 of 3 unloaded everything in my trailer instead of just their 3 skids and stole fresh beef from my third stop who then rejected it for shortage and tampering I hope they have a good lawyer theyre going to need one

Not bad place to deliver, it took them 2HRS to unload. Friendly staff, There are few steps you need to follow in order to go in and out fast:1. You need to sign in with the lumper company right away. (They will give you a door and once unloaded will call you with the amount to pay)2. You need to check in at the window first and than to sign in with the lumper company.3. Make sure you park your truck before going into the office- very busy place even on the weekend.4. The Reciving office is all around the building at the end. (See pictures below -blue dot is where you need to get)**No overnight parking**Good luck!

Fast delivery no issues

So Ill be completely fair and honest:I was a driver at this acct thru JB Hunt for a few months and I have to say, besides the scheduling (They worked hard to bend on this issue), this is one of the most solid trucking jobs Ive ever worked at. Zach and the gang are always tryna make sure I made the most and stayed working. Sometimes I felt bad for not being able to meet the demand. They are down to earth, goofy and professional when its time. Nothing I asked for was too much or denied. Trucks were decent or better and they always made sure to make repairs as short as possible and complete. I dont care for the DC thats why its 4 stars instead of 5. I will miss these guys as I move onto other JB hunt affairs in AZ. If you read this and are looking for solid work and are a solid, SAFETY driven worker, Ask for Zach. Hell hook you up. You wont regret it. My checks were never bad and they always tried to maximize my clock for better pay. Even if slow, off acct work still pays well. This isnt a position for super truckers who cut corners. Follow the rules and expectations and you will fit in perfectly here.RONNIE.

My appt was for 8am, checked in at 430am. I had 19 pallets unloaded and received my bills at 530am!! 4 stars due to rude receiving person who answered the phone.

Great! They had products that I searched everywhere for and couldnt find. Thought they were a little pricey I was happy to be able to get what I wanted in hand. Definitely worth the few extra coin! They were friendly as well.

Had an 8am apt with 5 pallets. Finally got a door at 9am. Its after 11am and Im still waiting for my paperwork. I am going to avoid this place like the plague henceforth.

Recieving is a bit rude or maybe they just haven’t had coffee yet but either way RUDE!!

If your coming to unload dont expect to get a door at your appointment time. And expect to burn out your clock while sitting there even after your unloaded.

Never be late. We had a break down and broker failed to tell us there would beba $500 fine. This has to be paid before they will give you a door. Other than that a good place has night parking

Delivered first time over here. I thought they will take long time because I had mixed produce of different kinds. But they unloaded me quickly. In n out in 2 hours. Got clear bill of ladings without any delays.

Friendly staff. However, they take FOREVER to unload! I got here at 8am(my apt time was 10am). They put me to a door at 11am. I didnt unloaded til 5pm. So be prepared to take a very long nap while getting unloaded. They will wake you up when theyre done which is convenient.

They are making fun of drivers. Lumper guys and receiving office are not communicating... one guy said go to your truck other come back to office... multiple times. Paying restacking fee with check seems to be something new and rare for them... hope not to come back here

They work from 4AM to 11AM. They are strictly by appt. You will need appt PO number. If you late more than 1 hour they charge $250 and if you later than 11 they will charge $500. They unload fast but for paperwork they will keep you close to the 2 hours from your appt. the guys working there could be more friendly

Apparently by appt only. Charged $250 late fee for Saturday a.m. delivery. Receiving dock somewhat slow. But does have parking. Have been parked here all nite, and no one bothered me.

OTR. 8am delivery. Came 10pm night before, sign said no overnight parking but didn’t have a problem parking at the back across receiving door. Got a door at 6am, empty with papers at 8am. Nice

Bad place. Truckers dont go there! You will loose your hours, and will not be compensated for that. Submitted BOL for detention with in and out times to the broker, got denied, because Fresh Thyme emailed screenshot and it was showing completely different hours now. Then submitted ELD/GPS history with the map, engine status and hours to proof that driver been there, but after 2 weeks of waiting got denied again

Great folks,wish we still went there.Now they get their sugar in bags,instead of bulk tanks.That is very labor intensive. I think they will regret that decision. Hope to see them again. We were proud to deliver there.

Pretty quick offload but they sure dont open at 4am like the sign says! I waited with 4 other driver until someone showed at 430. They penalize drivers heavily for not being on time but are not open themselves on time.

I failed to ask about paperwork procedures. All I knew was I could not get paperwork from inside and someone was to bring paperwork to me out side. So after u pulled out the door and parked my paperwork didnt show up for 9 1/2 hours....

Curley hair ginger guy behind the window is rude and unprofessional. They take extremely long time to unload. If you are more then 60 minutes late the company charges a 250 dollar fee. On the other hand when they hold you at the dock for over 5 hours they will try not to pay the detention fee owed to the truck. Shippers and receivers like thisis the reason why there is a driver shortage in this industry. Nobody wants be away from home and their family tobe treated like dirt, and fresh thyme will do that

Go through gate and park in back. Place is pretty dark but u can park there overnight and after you deliver. Got a door right away at 0430. Unloaded by 0630. No fee for rescheduling because u can’t do 811 miles in one day

Nice ppl overnight parking

Friendly smiles up front but the Worst receiver I have ever been to since Kroger in Toleson AZ! Over charging for lumper. Asking for payment before paperwork and turning around and rejecting a quality load with un-qualified fruit inspectors. It took 2 hours to unload another 2 hours to decide to reject an entire load without inspecting the entire load. Another hour to get paper work. The broker sends me down the street to a fellow receiver /customer of this place to take the rejected fruit and reload me with half of a trailer of different product to come back the same day. Only to go through the entire check in / lumper and wait process all over again. I’ve been here since 5 am between coming here on time for a 6 am appointment, leaving and coming back I’ve been here 8 hours. I’m still here waiting Fresh Thyme. Really needs to get they’re act together. I will be rejecting any brokered loads to this place in the future. So I’ve lost 300.00 just in pay alone. It’s time for O/O’s, Company Drivers, Carriers, Dispatchers and yes BROKERS. To stop doing business with these types of places and to start reporting them and writing on google to warn others of the below par work standards.

Receiving staff is very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the receiving window is something else “She is racist and very rude”. Hope this review is helpful for some other drivers.

Received Dock Door when I checked in and Unloaded 6 pallets immediately but still took 5 1/2 hours before I received a phone call to pick up my BOLS/Paperwork.

Slow service for otr drivers. Local drivers seem to be priority. No signage in the front of the building for directing recieving or shipping traffic.

MAKE SURE DRIVERS!!Get a confirmation delivery number with a 101, or 102 in it, and a phone number for receiving before you go into this place or they will not take you. No overnight parking.
