I wish I would have got the mans name that helped me in the paint department because he was so nice!! He helped me find everything I needed for my DIY project & educated me on different paints/primers/brushes to use. He made my Sunday & my project a lot easier!

Worse lowes ever to deal with, place on online order and the fulfilling store was the Bolingbrook store the night before my delivery my stuff came damaged no big deal accident happen the issue is the lack of communication with the store I called to get a update I was always on hold, the person in the phone said I manager would call me they never did, everytime I called the same answer after I week I decided to go in the store because I was being ignored I guess the customer dont matter. After speaking to a manager they didnt know what was going on after he did a little digging my order was canceled after almost waiting 3 weeks for a item I decided to take my business somewhere else because they dont care about the customer

Very good got help with Chris and Dave. but the girl at the register forgot to give us our discount. I have to go all the way back there. But other wise Chris help my Aunt and I all throught the hole place. Got all our. Bathroom need but you guys were out of the linoleum we needed. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Having to go back multiple times per project, everyone is always so kind and helpful. Every single time! Kira was wonderful helping find a specific paint primer we were looking for, going above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. We go here whenever we can. Definitely our home improvement store of choice!

First time visiting this location. Helpful staff and great selection.

The staff was very helpful on my midday Friday visit - showing me where to find the items that the company website said were in another aisle. They even helped me choose the right tools to complete my project which were less expensive than what I was going to get.

The only Lowes in the surrounding area that had what I was looking for IN STOCK!...Just so happy I didnt take the journey only to be told upon my arrival that The inventory is off and its actually NOT IN STOCK !

Lowes has become my new favorite home center for many of my hand tools. If you have not been to Lowes recently, you may want to stop by. They have been discounting a lot of there Kobalt and Craftsman tool sets. I have filled all of my hand tool voids and then some. Also, Kobalts hand tools come with A no questions asked warranty.

Our garage door spring broke just before 5 on a Saturday. Called Lowes Home Improvement and a technician was here within 30 minutes! Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and prices were far. He replaced the springs and was done within an hour. I highly recommend lowes and we will definitely use them when needed in the future. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This store can be good or bad depending on its employee. I will say after buying a patio set with a defective chair, one store gave me nothing but the runaround. But the next store exceeded my expectations in customer service! Definitely prefer the service and products at Lowes over Menards and Home Depot.

I drove a little farther than i usually would go for my plants but home depot has been cleared out of terracotta pots and this was the closest place I could find them! The line was down an isle because there was only one register open but ill give them the benefit of the doubt for last minute christmas shoppers and they did open a second checkout. Overall the plants i picked through were in pretty good shape for the middle of December and i’m happy i found what i was looking for.

Always plenty of help when you need it from knowledgeable people. I go out of my way to go to Lowes even if I have to pass three Home depots to get there.

I ordered a washing machine and it was delivered and installed within 24 hours of placing the order. The delivery men were super fast, nice and took care of everything

The worst customer service ever! I kept getting hung up on, getting transferred everywhere to a store Manager that never got on line. I was told my appliances would be delivered today and waited all day for nothing because I called them to find out what had happened with my delivery & was was told they didnt know what happen they could try for tomorrow. Half hour later I missed a call from them, they left me a voice mail telling me tomorrow was not available till Wednesday!!! Will be canceling this order and going elsewhere for my appliances. Never shopping with Lowes ever again.

Worst customer experience ever. I bought a washer online and Lowes of bolingbrook was the fulfillment store. The first delivery was on schedule but they brought in a machine which has a big dent and I had to send it back and the delivery person said I will be receiving a call from the store and will be scheduled for a new delivery. But the next day online status for the order changed to delivered and I never got a call from the store. I had to call everyday many times to the store for the next few days and everyone asks for details and say they would call back or put me on hold and never return. It took almost a week to get the right manager on call to schedule a delivery and even after that they missed to send the connectors I bought with the order. I would never buy anything from Lowes online or this store again.

Purchased 3cu ft bags of cedar mulch for $4.99 ea. The color and coverage area was very acceptable. Will go back if more is required.

Place is horrible. 2nd time ordering an appliance online they say that everything is in stock just to get a phone call 4 hours later saying they dont have the item. Telling us they have to resource our purchase out and then get an email saying the 2 accessory items I have to drive to Carol Stream. Same with the otr hood microwave. Says in stock pick up just to get a call saying it will be delivered in 7 days. Will not return to Lowes ever.

Ordered furniture for my patio online. Delivery got delayed. Scheduled for two weeks later and the item i wanted was out of stock. It was a set so I canceled the remaining items. Waste of time. Customer service was terrible. Shop elsewhere.

A good experience. We had to go and buy a washer fast since mine died with clothes in it. We waited a few minutes in the appliance section.. The associates did acknowledge us as there were three people ahead of us..I didnt catch the associates name in appliance, but she was very helpful. We paid for the washer and they brought it up front for us. Two other associates came and helped put the washer in the car.

Complete nightmare trying to buy custom blinds from this store. Such a terrible experience that I will never buy anything from a Lowe’s again. They kept messing up our order and it took months every time they made a new mistake

Purchased some bolts, hex nuts, and washers that had no markings or barcodes on them. Our cashier Jenn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, with a positive attitude. She found every barcode in the book quickly and efficiently, and was very pleasant to talk to.

I bought windows for my house. After the first phase of the installation . I had problem with the windows they don’t close well first I called the store to put service call. Their answer was well send back the Instolar to take care of the problem. Till today I haven’t seen any body coming to my house to solve the problem. Even though I notified my sales man .He promised me to take care of the problem. That’s why I m not Gina do any business with the lowes. .Bolingbrook I’ll. We special order some subway tile for our bathroom, it started out rough, 6 weeks late on delivery. They made it right and it all arrived in good condition. The service folks were all very pleasant, and dealt with a difficult situation with ordering and delivery times.

Went in there to look at appliances. Some of the display models were broken. There was also a layer of dust over all of them. When I asked them about it they said they only clean touch points. Dont people want to touch the appliances they are looking at?

This place is a ghost town and I know why. You can never find any help when you need it. Associates go out of thier way to avoid eye contact, And when you do find someone they arent very knowledgeable. But you cant blame them cause it starts from the top.

Shoddy Online Order with Store-PickUpOrder a bike rack. It was supposed to be ready in about 10 days on Sep 1.Between Sep 1 and 9 made numerous calls to find out when I could pick up.They had no idea where the item was. After being on the phone for about 10 min, they would say they will find out and call back. They never called back.I went to the store personally. same result. They still did not call back with information on the bike rack, as they promised.Called again on Sep 11. was told that the item is in transit.Today, Sep 17, found that the order status says received.Called the store again. tried 3 times. Nobody picked up the call.Will only order from here as last resort.

They have really improved their customer service game here. About 4 years ago I swore I would never go back in this store due to really bad customer service. Today I gave them another chance. The personel has changed and it has improved greatly. All of my questions were answered and I feel really ready to work on my projects.

Online ordering was quick and easy. I always call before I place an order so they can physically verify the item is in stock. It said they had two in stock online but only had one in the store. I went to pick up my electric range and it was ready for me about 5 - 7 min after I got to the store. Got the box and took it home only to find out they pulled the wrong one. Called the manager and explained, brought the item back and they knew right away what happened. They have 2 different hand written stickers to identify the item in front and what the item number is behind. It’s the stores way of identifying it which seems very confusing to me as I was given the wrong item. Be careful and ask them to check if it is indeed the correct item before you leave the store.

This Lowes is a clean, well-stocked hardware store. The staff, especially the managers, are very helpful. Paul in the Electrical Department is great.

Shoppong at a Lowes store requires a little bit of a drive. However, I noticed that Lowes has been marking down several Kobalt tool sets, post Black Friday and a few of these post Black Friday tool sets have been stocked with a very good number of sockets and ratchets. As such, I have become a new Lowes customer.

Been trying to get a delivery all day and was told it be delivered sometime between 8 to 12. Then get a call after 12 that it won’t be delivered till 2 to 6. It’s new house and trying to get flooring installed before we move into our new house. This is start of project and I don’t know if it can get much worse than this. This is unacceptable and should expect better from Lowe’s and the vendor they work with. This is ridiculous and was the third stop of the day too. Seriously??? So cool of them.

I found the saw I was looking for when no one else had it. A DeWalt 12 double compound miter saw. They gave me 10% off because Im a veteran!

This store is always well kept any time Ive visited. Staff is friendly too, the kind woman who worked in the paint section went out of her way to engage my wife and I, and assisted in choosing the right product for our project.

Overall experience wasnt the best, still giving 4 stars solely due to one of the employees working in the paint department. He was extremely helpful with my questions even the ones unrelated to the paint department and the nicest person ever. Didnt catch his name but wish I could say thank you for the help and his military service (he was a very proud veteran) one more time. If you see this man on your trip know youre in good hands and please give him an extra thanks!! If I come back itll be solely because of this man!!

I love Lowes, much better than home depot or menards. Its easy to navigate with less clutter in these stores, nice, always clean , better prices and they have the most knowledgeable employees assisting with the home improvement fields.

Heard about a big post Black Friday hand tool sale at Lowes so I stopped by my local Lowes location. While at Lowes I was pleasantly surprised to find many of their hand tool sets on sale and even on clearance. Before leaving, I purchased 2 clearance tool sets.

Employees very knowledgeable, if you have a question about your project theres someone who knows something about it. Clean store.

Love using their curbside pickup option.

Scheduled an appliance delivery for 8-12am and the confirmation came in as 1-5Pm. We adjusted the schedule to accommodate the delivery only to have to change our schedule at 7pm at night. I don’t blame the delivery cans install company since I bought it from Lowe’s...they are the the ones we contracted with. Calling the store the manager refused to get on the phone and talk with us. Poor customer service from a store general manager. In the end we got an oven and stove because ours was inoperative and we had No choice but to accept the delivery and it wouldn’t be an issue had they not spring it on us at the last minute and we are left to refuse the delivery or continue with out a way to cook.

I had a great experience in Lowes. I went to Lowes after Home Depot told me I would have to wait 7 weeks for a dryer. I went to Lowes on a Friday and had my dryer the next day. It came early Saturday morning. Their prices are competitive as well.

I believe they have everything you need for youre home improvement needs. I was looking for a ceiling light with pull string and this was the only place i found one.

Our refrigerator went out last night and Lowes was the only place that was able to get us a replacement next day. They went above and beyond to find one for me. I am extremely pleased with them and their service!

I showed up for a curbside pickup ended up waiting in the parking lot after checking in for about 30 min. I finally got fed up called the store and was on hold for another 10 minutes, went inside to see what the problem is found the desk clerk walking in circles not doing a dam thing. All he did was reach back grab my items Here you go sorry about that and on top I get my supposedly new garbage disposal home and find that it was a return the lower housing is cracked. Not having time to deal with returning and all that nonsense Im forced to install and hope for the best. Not the best experience very disappointed.

Great home improvement place.

Recently hired Lowe’s installation to install backsplash in our kitchen and if I could give them 0 stars I would. The installer put cracked tiles in, extremely uneven grout lines, and I spent the entire following day cleaning grout off my counters, walls, floors, and cabinets. DO NOT hire them to install your backsplash - complete waste of time and money. We had to hire another company to come out and redo the entire install.Lowes customer service is also terrible. I called and sent emails and have yet to hear how they are going to rectify this situation.

I wanted to give 1star but the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of an associate name Patti working in the appliance department. I purchased a stove and a Refrigerator and unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working, I’m glad we had the warranty within couple of weeks they replaced it for us with a new one. For some reason the delivery people didn’t take the old fridge back with them, and unless they return the old one back to the store our money was on hold. I spent 3 hours trying to talk to someone who can help me out with this issue but they kept hanging up on me or had no knowledge whatsoever of what needed to be done. I remember talking to Patti about the replacement and warranty stuff and she made every step clear for us. Thankfully when I called the next day she was available and solved our issue within 5 minutes. She needs a raise.

Great place, pretty typical of most big box stores as far as layout and product availability. The staff seem extra courteous and willing to help however they seem perpetually short staffed. Id prefer this store than the Home Depot just up the road.
