Visited store with a quick question with my iPhone. The associate (Kara) was helping an elderly lady who thought she needed to turn in her iPad. Kara explained it was paid off and the lady was talking about how her favorite game somehow was not showing up on the iPad anymore. Kara told the customer not only was the iPad hers to keep but also to leave the iPad with her and when she had a few mins she would figure it out and call her once she reloaded it onto the clients iPad. This customer service was really awesome to see and thought she deserved some recognition for going the extra mile and being honest. There are still some good people in this world and Kara is one of them. Shes a quality individual and an asset to her organization. Thank you Kara for what you do...Kudos.

We always come here to this Bolingbrook location. Here’s why...... there’s these guys Karl & Charlie. They are always super friendly. Very knowledgeable. Charlie is our go to however. He remembers his customers. Most sales people are just there to sell. But, he actually cares. Street smarts goes a long way nowadays. You don’t find many people like Charlie anymore!!! And that’s a shame. People can learn from Charlie & Karl and their customer service skills. Forever a Verizon customer because of these two guys at this location.

Getting a new phone in the past took forever. But Nathan at the Verizon store beside Starbucks in Bolingbrook assured me he could have it done quickly without any files lost. He was was right. We were done in 45 minutes. Going from a pixel 2 to a pixel 3 was so easy...nothing was lost and even my wallpaper setting was the same. Also I went back a few days later for something else, and gave me a refund for a charger that I didnt want anymore. Awesome customer service. Great experience!!

Every time Ive gone in to this location , everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable, as well as approachable and a pleasure to deal with.Recently I went in the store to try to have several issues resolved. From the moment I stepped into the store, my concerns were heard. Without hesitation, Andrew got on the phone to quickly resolve the issues and addressed all my concerns. He handled every thing professionally and efficiently.On previous visits, Charlie and Peter have been super helpful to me. From minor phone fixes, user errors fixes, account details, to upgrades... every question and/or concern was quickly handled by everyone.When I upgraded my phone in May, the store didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. Instead of sending me to another location, one of the reps immediately left to pick up the phone for me. This was going above and beyond anything I had expected.I would rather go into the store to resolve any issues than deal with customer service over the phone any day. These guys are helpful, friendly, fun to chat with and they always do their best to get things resolved. If they cant resolve it right then and there, they take any necessary steps to get the ball rolling towards a solution. Definitely the best service at this location! I will always choose this location as my store for any of my wireless needs.

I am a senior citizen and went to the Bolingbrook store on East Boughton Road for assistance with my Samsung phone. I was helped by a very nice young man named Nathan who was quick to fix my problem and answer my questions without ever being patronizing or rude. He even went out to my new SUV with me to be sure my phone connected correctly with my vehicle. Nathan is definitely an asset to your company and made my visit there a pleasant one.

I walked into this Verizon Wireless location moments prior to closing on a Saturday evening. Piotr O provided an exceptional customer experience to me regardless of the time. I never felt rushed and actually felt very appreciated as a consumer! Piotr expressed great empathy to me after having my purse, identification and vehicle stolen I was able to obtain an upgrade by verifying my account pass code. I literally felt helpless because after all of the time I spent initiating the transaction I honestly did not have the $1.07 to cover the balance for the .99 cent phone I selected. I contacted my sister to bring me dollar and Piotr insisted on paying this small amount as a courtesy out of his own pocket. I did not feel this was done so that he would not have to wait until she made it there because he also was kind enough to provide me with an old used case of his to protect my new phone until I could get a replacement debit card. This gentleman really went above and beyond and put a smile on my face after being robbed and feeling hopeless. It would be very hard to top the customer service provided at this location. Kudos and much appreciation to Piotr O!!!

Yesterday I had the best experience at this location verses the experience I had at the other Bolingbrook store on Weber. I felt very uncomfortable at the Weber Verizon store I went in to upgrade to the phone I wanted but they did not have in stock and tried to get me to buy another type of phone. I asked if any other location had the phone I wanted and they told me no other store did and I would have to order so I went to the location at the Promenade and Sean and the whole experience was great . They had the phone I wanted and spent the time to explain features and to transfer from my old phone. The atmosphere was very good and I will for sure go back for my verizon phone needs even though the other location is closer. I was also surprised to see they had the phone I wanted in stock when I was told no store in the area did. Thanks again Sean for all your help.

Had to use their Redux phone drying box after dropping my phone in a dish pan full of soapy water the night before. Extremely friendly and helpful employees there. And my phone works perfectly still. I would go back.

Not helpful at all! Had my phone stolen and provided me with 2 options for a new phone that was reasonably priced. I know Verizon has more options she could have tried a little harder there were no customers waiting. Ive been with Verizon for over 15 years and have 6 lines with them, very disappointed.

This used to be my go-to store for anything Verizon. I have gone on my lunch break countless times and my business was handled with no problem. Today I was due for an upgrade, knew exactly which phone I wanted but was badgered by the salesperson to get a different phone. I understand this is their job, but isnt the customer always right? After I re-iterated that I knew which phone I wanted he insisted (as well as another employee) that I get the phone that he was promoting. I told him that I did not want it and asked for my phone back and left. I used to say this was the best store for service when dealing with Verizon, but I wont be returning.
