I went in here looking to break a $100 bill into smaller bills and they told me that its against company policy for them to give people change the currency exchange in Bolingbrook cant make change. Aside from that the place was dirty and smelled like urine. I dont know who the forces in charge are but this place has plummeted in service quality since it first opened. The staff is as helpful as they could be but the young lady who I spoke to said she didnt want to get in trouble so she couldnt make change for $100 bill. And judging by some of the fees they charge this place is super predatory to working class people.

I love this currency exchange. They are open all the time. The girls that work there are decent and get straight to the point. I live an hour n half away but still choose to go here!

I remember when Rose use to work there. She was so sweet. The manager in there now gives everyone a hard times. She wouldnt even let me pick up a western union cse she said my middle name wasnt on the western union like it is on my Id. I told her western union ask for first n last name or a security question. I had to go to Walgreens to pick up my western union. I had no problem over across the street either. Sad I had to go across the street.

This currency exchange is terrible, the people there are so rude. I took a auto titled to be transfer over to my name . One of the # on the date was a little smudge but still readable , they charge me an extra $20.00 to process the title. A total reap off . Bunch of crooks. If you have to use a currency exchange, go to the one in Naperville . More friendly.

So I received a cheque was doubtful but I heard currency exchange can help by verifying it I went there and one representative basically offended me and said it’s fake you can get arrested I told her all I wanted was to verify but Infront of other customers she wanted to be loud and embarrass me she kept saying that it’s fake I said I get it that’s all I wanted to see if it’s real or not but she kept assuming I’m a shady person was it the color of my skin ? What if I wasn’t brown would I have been treated differently? Living in 2020 but customer representatives don’t understand customer service is your job. Please don’t go to this currency exchange they might disrespect you next.

Went here to get title and license plates. Expected to pay way more then the DMV. Didn’t on the other hand plan on being scammed. Taxes were already paid at the dealer so DMV cost $301 I paid $390.23. When asked about the fees $60 was a processing fee and $20 was for out of state title processing and then $5 for using debit card. Get the receipt and the fees say $40 - Fee$40 - fee$5 - feeHmmm no explanation or anything on the paperwork of what I actually paid for. Call location next day and speak with someone playing it off like I need to know pricing to bring with me to pay for everything. She comes at me with $430. I ask how is this possible and what are the fees. Granted taxes were added in there of around $55 but with that being said my new total would be $375. I think they are pocketing money on the side and making fees up. Contacting BBB and Secretary of State to look into what they are charging.

Have never had a problem here. It’s not their fault if you don’t have the correct forms/information.

The ladies with the crooked eyebrows that work here are ALWAYS extremely rude, been coming to this place because it’s the nearest home. They always have an attitude and are lazy. They look at you in line and continue to use their phone.

I’ve used this currency exchange location on several occasions. I’ve gotten money orders, sent Western Union payments and used several other services. Overall I think that currency exchange places get a bad reputation but they do get the job done. Some of the fees are too high in my opinion but it gets the job done. People are nice to you if you are nice to them and they answer all your questions and provide you a good explanation of what to expect.

Its open 24 7. The ladies are fast and friendly. And they have a full range of services

The store says CURRENCY EXCHANGE in all caps on top of the building. BUT they do not exchange currency like the name of their business implies. what a joke, couldnt even tell me where i could go. buncha fools

Everyone here is very nice. Usually go around 1 to 3 AM to cash my checks and the blonde girl is very helpful and funny.

Worst customer service by Jocelyn she was rude had an attitude, assumes before making sure, gave some bad looks to me. It’s not my fault if she doesn’t like her job at 3am.so if I go with my neighbor to purchase money orders separately she won’t sell because she assumes we live together just because it’s made out to the same place but she doesn’t know it’s two different apartments. manager and the company have a lot to do with this on keeping employees like her they are losing business. I won’t go back, I’ll take my business to someone else that appreciate.

Called asked if they cash a insurance check for me. I took the check it was missing my full first name got another check redone from the insurance company went back waited half hour for them to say everything checks out but we dont feel.like opening an account with your insurance company? Why not just say no from the beginning or ask the company name and explain. And why cash checks if you dont want to? Really should of asked for the supervisor name but I already failed a complaint.

Why is this even a 24hour store when it cant even verify a damn check, I drove 15miles to cash a check when other currency exchanges were closed! And couldnt even cash it cuz they needed to verify a real check, these private owned business of currency are very highly unprofessionals!

I have nothing against no body at this currency exchange but my biggest thought is, most of the ppl working there needs to go under weekly or hourly training. This one girl with a teeth braces on is the rudest and mean young girl I’ve ever met in real life since my time on earth. She’s always mean to me anytime I go there and when she’s the one to help me with services.I honestly don’t know what exactly I’ve done or the wrong i did for her to treat me as though I’m a no body, be little me and to talk to me any how. Smh. What this girl did this time around was just senseless and that clearly showed me how legit she hates me. I was there and a Mexican women talked to us so rudely she was the supervisor probably. they have the worst customer service. i wanted to exchange Canadian dollars to US n they said they dont exchange currencies. i said isnt it a currency exchange for what they replied yes it is but we dont change currencies. they have no idea what they are doing

(OJO before paying)I bought my sticker from the plaque at the end of the month and I never noticed the information (as expected if you deliver documents with your information, you expect to receive documents with your information) because they gave me my paperwork under the name of another person and I never I realized until a policeman stopped and told me that my license plate had expired.When I went to make the claim, the manager of the place answered me and told me that the error was from the dealer and they could not refund my money back.(And do not take it out of the same)I understand that it was a mistake that the dealer made when filling out the paperwork for my car.but that does not make them less guilty of not checking the information that they are receiving and the information they are delivering.If you are people who did their job well, they would have warned me before buying the sticker that the names did not match and that something was wrong. But things like that happen and from those mistakes one learns
