I used to have a different agent and Miguel and his team took over. I bought a new home and needed a quote. I shopped around to find that a competitor offered better pricing on both auto and home owners. When I reached back to see if they could price match, I did not get a response. When I called back to cancel, they didn’t ask why I was canceling. Did not bother to save the business. I was told to email a request to the manager and in the email I asked for a follow up which I never received. I ended up calling the corporate number to confirm cancellation and was told my policies were still active. Horrible service and follow up on their behalf. I do not recommend this team.

My family are loyal customers of Allstate. When I purchased my first car they recommended me to get Allstate and I did. I have the app and have never had an issue with any of my payments being due before or on time until now. Apparently due to insufficient funds in my account?? It takes up to 2 days for it to process and I can assure you my account WAS NOT and is NOT empty. Yet they did not process my payment but charged and took a fee off from my account. I am upset about that. I have TWO emails received from Allstate confirming that I paid before the due date. I have always been responsible when it comes to payments. I called friday afternoon on my free time to fix that issue and while the agent on the phone tried her best, it has not been fixed. I was not available the rest of the day, but I mentioned if I could get an email to set up an appointment to meet in person and discuss this and did not receive anything in my email Friday or the rest of the weekend. I had to be the one to call today which is Monday and while the agent sort of remembered she had forgotten what day I called. While on the phone, she tried transferring my call but nobody is available to attend me and I am trying to be patient because she said someone will call me today or anytime this week. Quite disappointed and dont want to leave Allstate, but it is frustrating that nothing has been fixed and dont know what to expect from them now.I AM UPDATING THIS - MY SITUATION NEVER GOT FIXED. I ACTUALLY CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF THIS SITUATION. YES, AT THE TIME YOU GUYS GOT BACK TO ME I ANSWERED. WE EMAILED BACK AND FORTH AND I WAS PATIENT. I SENT BANK STATEMENTS SHOWING PROOF AND I CONTACTED MY BANK AS WELL. NOTHING WAS EVER WRONG WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT. NEVER GOT A REPLY ON THE LAST EMAIL I SENT. FOR OVER A MONTH OR I WAS DEALING WITH THIS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ALLSTATE APP AT ALL AND IT IS UNINSTALLED AND I DO NOT USE IT TO PAY MY BILLS ANYMORE. I JUST CALL NOW TO PAY AND GUESS WHAT!? HAS NOT BEEN A PROBLEM AT ALL.

My agent is non-responsive. My car has been in the shop the last few weeks and I’ve emailed him multiple times. I am getting charged for not even driving! Any response is better than nothing.

The office of Miguel Angel Gonzales is always helpful and willing to listen to the question and offer their best solution. My family dynamic has lots of moving parts so over the last 15 years that we have been part of the Allstate family we have probably asked a majority of the questions.We have had many offers to change insurance companies for a much lower rate and while that rate might be lower for several years it would not last.My biggest considerations are being charged a fair price and customer service. I can always count on the Gonzalez team to give us that and I have never regretted staying.Priscilla G.

Terrible, lie about not raising my premium ,they raised in 3 months ,said something about a promotion going away , they never mentioned any promotion when they gave me my quote . Stay away

Great service! Really helpful. They helped me download the Allstate app and create my account. The app makes paying my bill and looking at my documents really easy. Not all businesses take the time to help like the Miguel Gonzalez agency

Miguel addressed my issues for me right away.

I am disgusted with Allstate and Miguel Gonzalez. Poor customer service! My policy premium was increased over $600 a month. I attempted to appeal with the agent. He never returned my call after promising to stay in communication concerning the issue. I called to speak with him and he wont return my call. Whats worse, I try to call the corporate office yet they keep bouncing my call back to Gonzalez office! Allstate shows no loyalty to its customers! I have been insured with Allstate for at least 15 years! Today that relationship ends, I am switching companies!

I would not recommend using an insurance company that uses cheep under qualified service centers like Service King as one of their preferred vendors.
