Wow what a find !! So very happy that I did. very reliable , honest work and more than reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Bill to come look at my dryer that was not heating up completely after I called a duct service to clean it and they said if it doesnt heat up still its probably a dryer issue. Bill came out and within ten minutes knew it was still a duct issue. He even showed me how hot the dryer got once the duct was disconnected and said its definitely an issue of the duct. Called the duct service back who came back and cleaned it again. Dryer still didnt work and the duct service said to call Bill back since it was obviously a dryer issue. So I called Bill and he thankfully stopped by that day and again showed me that it definitely was a duct issue and the dryer was in perfectly good working condition. He pointed out that if the duct service didnt get into the attic to clean the duct there was probably pieces stuck in the elbows that were triggering back flow and the dryer to shut off before completely heating up (the duct service did not get into the attic either of the two times they were at my house). Needless to say when I called the duct service back and they offered to have send someone for a third time, I just asked for a refund. Hired a different duct service who thoroughly cleaned the vent and the dryer is working perfectly. Bill didnt try to charge me for needless repairs on a working dryer or give me the run-around on what was going on. He is knowledgable and honest. I would hire him again in a heartbeat for other repairs in my home.

I sent Bill the picture of some damage to my microwave and asked if he could fix it. He said he could, but the repair would probably cost more than the microwave and that the microwave is still safe to use. He said he would keep using it until something else broke and then replace the unit. I feel kind of funny writing a review, since Bill didnt actually do any work for me, but he was straight up with me, even though it meant he didnt make any money -- and I respect that. Ill definitely contact Bill the next time I need an appliance repaired.

Bill was outstanding. He fixed our Sharp drawer microwave fuse and switch. He also helped to get the light bulbs working in our fridge. He is respectful and trustworthy and does not try to up sell. I highly recommend him!

Our 8 year old refrigerator has been working GREAT! For some reason the ice maker all of a sudden stopped working... I checked with some local stores that sold appliances but they only gave start up service if you purchased a new one from them. I knew I did not need a new refrigerator because this one is very good quality and is supposed to last for years. I then googled Appliance Repairs in Bolingbrook, IL and came across WM Appliance Repair with some OUTSTANDING reviews. I then called their phone # and the person I spoke with was Bills wife. She was on top of her business, very friendly, and efficient. I set up an appt. with her for 2 days out as I was going to be out of town. Her husband Bill arrived 2 days later and did a TERRIFIC JOB. He is a great guy and has been working with appliances for over 40 years. Bill solved our problem in 10 minutes and his price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE. He also gave me some tips on how to continue to keep all of our appliances sparkling clean and in TIP TOP SHAPE. Bill and his wife are top notch people and they both go the extra mile!!

He fixed my oven and did a great, fast, clean job. He came on time and finished so fast. He also gave me some great tips on getting this stuff that I could not get cleaned off my stove top. Great price. It was an ignitor switch and he replaced it in like 10 min. Awesome! I plan to call him anytime I need a repair.

Our refrigerator stopped working and I had no idea where to even start fixing it. Bill came out and figured it out in minutes. He showed us how to clean off the coils and he had our fridge up in running in no time. I was scared of the cost but they were FAR lower than I had expected. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
