Dependable sometimes. Get them during the day time. At night your they might answer the phone. I needed them in an emergency n they never answered or called back. 😔🤨

I made my reservation a day in advance.I received email with confirmation #. I wait 5 minutes past the time to be picked up. I call, they say they forgot to dispatch a taxi. They will call me back in a minute. They never call back and I call them again, they say they dont have a car available. Never will call them again😤

Wouldnt recommend for anyone use Uber and lyft

Had use this company 2x before and had no problems or complaints. Prices were fair and the same female driver was safe and pleasant. Decided to use them today and had the worst experience ever!! The male driver was a extremely rude ignorant man. Awful.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I work front desk at a doctors office and we just had a 94 year old women dropped off out front of our facility and just left there. This elderly women told the driver multiple times that this was the wrong location but he argued and said it was correct and that she needed to get out of the car. It was the completely wrong location for one and they just left her outside in 90 degree weather. This taxi service should be completely shut down, it is completely unacceptable. After reading the reviews I am sure this one will just get lost with the rest of them so I am writing to tell everyone to NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Call an Uber and force this service to go out of business.

This company is TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, theyre also the best option if youre in the Bolingbrook area, so if you MUST use them, ask for Danielle - shes the only one who is nice, drives safely, and on time.Aside from barely being able to understand the dispatcher, he is RUDE, lies about how long it will take (15min turned into an hour and we were late to our destination), and his drivers (besides Danielle) are unsafe and super rude.Our worst experience was with a very unsafe driver who almost hit 3 cars on the 1mi drive we had to go, and then gave us a hard time about using a credit card because it meant hed have to sign into an app on his phone and he couldnt remember the password. He was incredibly rude, unsafe, and unprofessional. He literally asked us why we were wasting his time!!If you can take another taxi service, DO. If you must use this company, call WAY in advance and ask for Danielle or you will have a very unsafe and unhappy ride!

They came from bolingbrook to pick me up in romeoville. 3.5 miles roundtrip $40 rip off

I felt cheated. This company charged me $30 to go only 8 miles.Their logic was that they had to come back , so I was charged for their return trip. I felt ripped off, and cheated.

You guys suck you don’t have any customer service and the guy kept asking if we got money he kept honking at us he made us pay like 25-30 dollars.
