I was referred to Bob by a neighbor. Looked at the reviews and was apprehensive to call b/c of some of the comments here. I called anyway and found Bob to be very friendly, fun to talk to and knowledgeable (I knew what was wrong with my riding mower before I called). No problems or issues at all. Would recommend him without hesitation.

I would absolutely recommend Complete. I used them recently for my sons mini bike engine. Bob went above and beyond my expectations. They are honest and knowledgeable in their profession. Great business.

Wouldn’t repair the lawn mower because the handle was taken off just to see what was wrong with it… horrible communication.

Take your business somewhere else… Arrogant and RUDE! I called these guys and asked, “what does it cost typically for a repair” They actually laughed and continued to laugh… So, I explained that I understand you can’t give me a full estimate but how does it work, and they laughed again. After his laughter was over, he went into explain how it works and I asked him couldn’t you just tell me that in the first place instead of laughing at me. What a waste of time even calling them... call someone else.

Ive been taking my lawn mowers, snow throwers, etc...to Complete for years. Ive always had great service at a fair price. Solid company and work.

We spent $300 to clean the carburetor of our snow thrower 1 1/2 yearsago. The guy said that the belt was also cracked so he replaced thattoo. This past snow storm dumped 2+ feet of snow so it is the first timewe had to use it. It started great however, the augers would not turn.We looked underneath & saw that the belt was stuffed up inside. We alsofound was the WRONG belt. When my husband brought it back the guy didntwant anything to do with him saying that he doesnt warranty his work 11/2 years later & it would be $30 just to look at it!! Hello, there wasno need to use the snow thrower until now. So if you are looking forsomeone who cares about their work as well as their reputation this isNOT the place to go!!! Stay far away because apparently they do NOT takeany kind of responsibility for the job that they do & customer serviceis also NOT on the top of their list. I gave him 1 star ONLY because Ihad to other then that I would not give him any stars.

Arogant morons... Laugh in your face when you dont get what they are talking about... If i knew how to fix my lawnmower I wouldnt be talking to you now would I? You TRY to fix little engine motor for a living settle down! Take your buisness else where, not to these guys!

My husband went in with a carburator issue he stopped what he was doing and fixed his issue on the spot

This is one of the great examples of just a POOR service. They are not helping you to solve a problem, they create another problem in your life.
