I have used Encore Rentals for a bday party. We get a tent, tables and chairs. The office staff is responsive and helpful. The delivery and setup crew are very professional, checking that everything is perfect. They also helped us to move things around. I would highly recommend them for all your party needs.

We had to change our wedding reception plans at the last minute due to COVID restrictions and decided to move the reception to our backyard. Mike came out to the property to measure and made wonderful suggestions on how we can make our vision work. Tracy from the office was very helpful in finalizing the details and making sure everything was confirmed for proper delivery and set-up the day before. They were a pleasure to work with and Mike and his crew even removed an unsightly swing set from our backyard! Such great customer service! They were a pleasure to work with during a stressful time and everything turned out perfect.

Ordered 60 chairs for a party, when they arrived I noticed that the chairs were dirty and had some stuck on food. Showed the delivery guys the issue and they apologized and left to buy cleaner/disinfectant and cleaned each and every chair. Mistakes happen, but they apologized and fixed it. Would use again.

Encore Rentals saved the day for our improvised backyard wedding. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. Their packages are flexible and they are able to work with you to make any event perfect. I will definitely be working with Encore Rentals again in the future for our next backyard event. Incredible company! I have now used Encore Rentals twice and was extremely satisfied with the service both times. Marc is truly a standup guy and quick and easy to communicate with. The Encore team is timely and thorough and knowledgeable in their training regarding set-up, clean-up, and use. It has been a pleasure working with this company and I will absolutely continue to use them and spread their name.

We were undecided as to where to place the tent. The guys were able to put down a tarp to help us visualize where the tent was going. Once the location was decided the tent went up very fast. Next day, the tent was down before we even realized it. They were efficient and fast. Very nice staff.

I cant say enough about this company. Our church had a yard sale and we required a rather large number of tables and other companies were not willing to commit to us but Mark had no problem. His assistant Jenn was extremely helpful and polite. She made the process as easy as could be. The tables were delivered on time and being its a family owned business, the young men who set ALL of the tables up where we needed them were respectful and most important patient while we moved tables around. Their prices were GREAT too and I did a lot of shopping around! They were a blessing to us and I plan to use them in the future for both church functions and personal events.
