Always greet the public with a smile on their faces and in their voices.....& extremely helpful and efficient

Extremely rude, specially the african american guy. It seems like he hates his job. Hes never helpful and ALWAYS gives me an attitude.

Ive only been there a few times, but the staff was OK...for a postal workers. They were more polite and efficient than most of the other Suffolk post offices Ive been to. So wish me luck for visit number 4 next week!

Overall Bohemia Post Office has been a great Post Office. I hope Janet, who broke her shoulder on the job gets better soon. She was tops in my book! A special Prayer going out to her to feel better soon! Very Pleased !

I went here to apply for a passport for my daughter and husband. We also took the pictures there. Everything went fine until a couple weeks later we received two letters in the mail saying the pictures are overexposed and need to be taken again. Great.

I love this post office there open late and on Saturdays . And to the 2 post below this one I come here alot basies on the friendliness and the upbeat personality of the 2 young men you speak of . Whats wrong with enjoying your job and having a little fun? I know maybe they can just not smile and treat you like dirt . As for the young little black girl she was new for a week and was fired a week after. Like I said I come here ALOT every day at most 4 times at least. The staff was very uncomfortable around her as well and that could account for the odd behavior when the others were up there with her. Needless to say this is a great down home PO they take the time to learn your name maybe crack a joke try to ease the tension on a long line. And yes its in a industrial area so lunch time and closing there is always a line they try there best with a small staff. Try going to another post office rude rude rude. And thats just the next town over. This is a great place and I Highly recommend going there.

The employee at the desk today is the rudest man alive.

I hate going to this place. Guys at counter are rude and not personable. Make faces soon as customers leave and make dumb comments all the time. This is within the 5 min that Im in there couple times a week. I can only imagine what its like for the rest of the time they are open.

Monday June 3rd, at 3:40pm, both the younger/middle-aged white guy on the right side of the shipping desk with bloodshot eyes and black gelled hair and the younger short black girl were very strange to deal with and very unprofessional individuals. I was asking for a quote for shipping and the guy was telling me I had to purchase an envelope first.... No? Thats why I was asking for a quote first. He was extremely rude and an absolute displeasure to deal with, and extremely condescending in attitude. An older guy proceeded to ask him a question and his attitude was immediately different and much more punctual, suddenly. The young black female was completely unprofessional, insinuating my business there was somehow also a date? If this were the other way around it, it wouldve been perceived as sexual harassment; yet the double-standard of gender exists and this was somehow okay in her eyes. Albeit she did complete what I was ultimately there to do, however it came with a lot of unnecessary chatter and unprofessional behavior. I am appalled a government establishment could allow this sort of behavior and that postal employees feel comfortable acting this way.

Its closes late and thats great beacause some of us work until 5 or so. Love it

Incompetence and negligence define this USPS branch. Closed PO BOX without notice with individual mail forward not whole family, who knows how much mail got rejected and who knows where it got sent back to (Box was active and paid). Nobody knew anything.Can’t access box 24/7, if you work early and get out late, only Saturday will do.Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible post office. Postmaster needs to learn that the customer is always right. Should be fired the way he deals with customers.

3 pm in the afternoon, 1 person behind counter , 5 people on line. Slow as molasses. Two people already walked in and walked out!

Worst post office ever their delivery drivers lies with fake attempt deliveries and their system allows it . I’m disgusted I waited all day cameras on and everything at my business . I played the video surveillance footage and no one came but the site said it was attempted.
