This review comes from someone who rarely takes the time... However, the crew that responded to my initial call was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. As time progressed (and we actually needed their services) they proved themselves each and every day (and there were multiple days) to be punctual, hard-working and detail-oriented. I dont think we would have made it through this ordeal with our sanity intact if it wasnt for Mike and his crew. I’ve had some bad experiences with cleanup and contractors in the past.... I’m a tough critic but I have to say Disaster Cleanup was great! They were always punctual and communicated wellWith us. I’m very happy with my results and I can be very detail oriented. When I had a minor issue with paint color, they were quick fix my issue and worked with me. Trustworthy, hard-working, and easy to work with....

I would highly recommend this company for any type of cleanup needed. I had an early morning water emergency and they were there to help me out immediately. They were professional and did a great job. They followed up with a visit not once, but twice. I am very satisfied.

I had the unfortunate experience of a faulty dishwasher installation causing the water line to detach and run for over 5 hours, coming home to a sea of water below. I contacted Peter at Disaster Cleanup Services, whos response from beginning to end was impeccable. He responded with his crew promptly and the clean up began . They were professional , fast and helpful in every aspect from the work that needed to be done to the tedious paperwork and conversations with the insurance companies and adjusters. Im very thankful I used them versus these much larger companies, that dont really care about you or your property. I would like to personally thank Peter and his crew for doing a fantastic job getting my house back together and putting this mess behind us like it had never happened.
