6 years of continuous treatment with these people. Great therapists. One day during the section the therapist advices and by the way this will be our last section . No heads up, no chance to look for another provider. Reason being I have a family matter in court (that has been going on for years now) and the owner would not allow the therapist to go waste a day in court to testify ( should it be necessary, which never was before by the way). After being a client for 6 years I truly believe this was not right. I am very disarisfied of how this was done.

RUN! If I could leave 0 stars I would. My therapist - who I saw once - had no sensitivity(and quite frankly showed discomfort) to anything I was presenting to her. She was clearly new to the field and not meant to be in a 1:1 session. Pairing a client with a random therapist is a terrible way to keep new patients. This person had no sense of clinical skills. She was supposed to give me information regarding hypnosis and did not follow up. Hiring unlicensed individuals and giving them minimal supervision is a terrible idea for everyone - except Ron Villano - who is giving a bad name to Licensed Mental Health Counselors. He prefer hire inexperienced people who he does not have to pay well. The new therapist gets no experience and the patient leaves after one session. But Ron still gets to bill. This practice needs to be reviewed by the ethics board. As a fellow clinical practitioner, I am so disappointed at the level of help that is on Long Island and the poor job that people like Ron do. Its a scam. RUN!

Honestly they only care about money. You cant make an appointment without a debit or credit card. Meanwhile I dont have one and explained the situtaion to them. They did not care. RUN... Run... Run!!! I will be calling my insurance company and putting in a claim to them.

Easy to make an appointment, no issues with billing. In fact they owed me for a session and returned my money within a few days. The therapists are very nice and helpful. I have been using for a few months now. I never feel pressured to purchase anything, ever.

I felt ripped off. This company wasn’t clear about the policy. They wasn’t straight forward. You were told partial details about the policy as things happens. They were not understanding, took money from me and wasn’t impressed about the services. I would try to get in touch with the billing department, no one were ever there nor did they call me back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with this place. I am so disgusted with these people. If I could post without any stars, I would! These people are suppose to be there to help people but I feel they are set up to take advantage of someone at a low point in their life’s. I felt that they were anticipating certain things to happen to take advantage of people. This isn’t honesty from a group of people that is supposed to be providing a service for someone that needs a sense of Compassion and understanding but they are far from that. I highly recommend for no one to go and ask anything from these people, if I was lost and they were the last people on earth! I would rather be lost which is the way I felt after discontinuing my experience with them which was horrible!

Horrible-when you walk into a therapist the 1st question should not be about your insurance when all that was discussed before my session. Than try to sell me on some bull**** self help books before even talking about any issues. Money hungry and not helpful I couldn’t get out of there quicker

I didn’t even get past the initial phone call to make my first appointment. The receptionist a reflection on the practice and I knew right away it wasn’t going to be a good fit for me.
