Today was our 2nd time here. First was a basic wash only, did a fair job, no complaints. Todays visit we went for the $40 deal which was great! Two very professional gentlemen went to great lengths cleaning the interior and going over the exterior, tires, etc. Its a 2020 low mileage car, so not that bad. Made it look new again!

Came here several times and it always happens to be the days when it’s exterior wash only each time the communication is slightly off and I’mLeft confused. I don’t know if they assume people already know how it works at this specific business but some of us don’t each car wash have different rules. I was supposed to get towel dry after the wash and I pull around and no one is ever there to assist me. To my knowledge exterior is everything pertaining to the outside of the car No? But I’ll stick to my normal car wash place. One Pro is your in and out pretty fast.

I came here for the first time today and the guys did an amazing job! I had pine sap all over over car that I couldnt get off so I asked what I could do at home to get it off ( I would not have expected them to sit and clean that off.) Well I was wrong not only did they tell me how to clean it, they cleaned all the sap drips off, IN THE SCORCHING, HUMID HEAT!!!!! Will definitely come back!! Thank you.

Very unorganized place, you have to pay at an ATM type of machine. I paid $40 which I wanted the best they got. NOT WORTH IT!!! They messed up my wires on my dash cam, three different guys came to clean my vehicle. And then at the end when I got in the guy looked at me and said what no tip? That was very rude and unprofessional. Just look at my photos and the guy had the nerve to ask me for a tip

It was ok, still a few areas of the car that were still dirty, especially the glass. Just in town visiting family and used the text subscription for a free wash so cant complain and $21 a month for unlimited washes would probably be worth it. For a quick cheap wash it works, if I wanted my car to be washed thoroughly I might look elsewhere.

Quick wash time in and out with 7 cars ahead of me! Caked on brake dust came off like butter where other car washes left a lot of residual. New equipment new technology what else is there to ask for? Signed my car and wifes car up for unlimited monthly washes immediately

This car wash is easy to get to, and they offer a monthly special very affordable prices and quality service. Their monthly special allows you to have unlimited washes through the tunnel for 1 monthly price, it is very cheap and i have recommended them to family.

I would give a 5 if every time I went there they actually gave me the works package I pay for monthly. Many times the tire shine is missing. All they have to do is pick the right car on the screen!

This place is great, and in my opinion, fairly priced. I paid for an exterior and interior detailing and I have to say, they went above and beyond to take care of my car! I have a Tesla model 3, which means a lot of extra glass to clean, lol. They went as far as to clean my entire top glass from inside the car! Doesnt sound like a big deal, but Ive paid for services like this elsewhere, and not once has a team done that! Suffice it to say, theyve earned my continual business!

This Tunnel is amazing. I love the new equipment and hope that many people get a great experience here. The tunnel has new brushes and the dryers did an amazing job. You should try the tire shine machine. It makes your tires sparkle like they are brand new. This location needs to serve the Bohemia community. Its worth going here every time I need a wash. The best Package that you should buy each time is the Works.

Favorite car wash, guys that work the wash and do the towel drying outside are always nice and going above & beyond to help. I tip them in cash or cases of beer and they dont seem to mind 😎

In my opinion, Horrendous. Left without getting a wash. Website is false advertisement. Pulled up with intention of getting an exterior wash for their advertised price , when I pulled up was told sorry thats not the cost it was 8 dollars more, total of 20 dollars. Annoyed but unwilling to waste time I was going to pay it, I said ok does that includes all the tunnel waxes and tire shire as advertised, to my surprise their response was no. This included just a wash and dry. Needless to say, I said thanks but no thanks I will go down the block to Bohemia car wash.After a horrible first experience, I must commend management for stepping up to the plate and making it right. I decided to give them a second chance. I must say, the staff are attentive, quick, and detail oriented . Well done Management and Staff. Will come back and purchase their monthly pass once I see they are opened during the week past 6pm.

Great car wash! I especially appreciate the $20+/month unlimited washes plan. My car has never looked better and with the snowy winter weve been having, its been a blessing being able to de-salt my car so frequently and affordably.

The BEST car wash that I have ever been to. I used to go to Medford Car Wash (I live in East Patchogue) but I was so impressed and happy with this car wash, that I signed up for the monthly plan and couldnt be happier.

I purchased an unlimited monthly, exterior, drive through car wash for the month of July. I proceeded to have 3-4 exterior washes. This Merchant, automatically continued charging my credit card, monthly, (at 2am), without my consent. This reeks of a scam. Finally in September, I personally went in and told them to stop 🛑. I reported to my credit card company and am seeking a refund. I don’t like being scammed. Very deceitful. I’ll never return or recommend this business.

While it is a bit more expensive than other places aroid they are worth it. The crew I had were thorough and left everything very clean. They went so far as to use a straight edge on the windshield for sap that was not taken off in the wash. They listened to requests to clean the chrome trim on the bottom of the car as well. For a deep clean well worth it not so sure for just a quick pick me up.

First, I would like to apologize for bothering the young man at the front. I did not mean to interrupt you while you were looking at your phone. I am not sure what had his attention; maybe it was a text, a game, or quite possibly it could have been an important matter (we cannot judge) but next time look up every now and again to see if a customer is waiting. He was polite but it took him quite some time to notice me. I must say that if one is trying to get over his/her claustrophobia issues, this is the place to be. I used to hate going through these type of car washes but I am glad that Personal Touch allowed me another chance to get over my fear. The wash is simple and fast yet does a good job. I did a wash and go so I cannot comment on those who dry or clean the interior. I would recommend taking your car here the next time you are feeling a little dirty (not you but your car; I think Ill end this review now.)

I’ve been coming to personal touch for a little over a year. I’ve been so happy with the results. I have an unlimited plan so I am there a couple times a week. I like that I am in and out in what feels like two minutes. You just pull up to the kiosk, the gate opens and your on your way. Because it so fast there is very rarely a line. I like that they have vacuums and towels that I can use for free when I want. Every so often I pay a little more and get the full service and it never disappoints.

The place you can trust , nice people help you with what ever package you want to get your car washed. I take my 3 cars there. Been 4 years. No complain since day 1.... even thou one of my co worker goes there too. Since she sees how nice and clean work they do on your car ..It’s all about trust they earn ... great job. Keep it up. ...!!! They start good but got over their head. I have 4 cars with them since they started with super wash with armor all and wax included. Every single time l go there l will make sure tip them too.But for last 2 weeks not getting none of the services l paid for at all. Told them several time first they said sorry it’s computer , next time they said it’s machine other time they said my stickers are old finally this morning l asked again and the manager there got nasty and told me relax buddy like he is doing me a favor. I cancelled the car l was driving right there and going back with other cars barcodes and cancel all of them. I hope the owner is reading this and will make sure he won’t loose more customer.Bad management feel bad for the business owner.

Express Works is great! Drive right up and gate reads bar codes sticker. Out in 6 minutes and car looks really good. Definitely convenient and ahead of the pack. So worth it! Especially if you are anywhere in area to come back as often as desired.

Great business model .... reasonable pricing and use of new technology, highly automated car wash equipment that doesnt damage car surfaces. They also offer a monthly priced unlimited return-visits option at a very reasonable price.

Great car wash. I left my cellphone and wallet full of money on the bench outside on a blistering hot day and was about to drive off. The employees ran over and returned it. Really feel for these guys working so hard to make an honest living. Tip well if you can!

Went here for the first time today. I got the 30 dollar wash. First you stay in your car and drive through the basic outside carwash and after that you park and someone shines up the inside of your car and.proceeds to clean the interior. Vacuumed, mats washed, all glass and windows cleaned, whole dash cleaned, inside of doors and they even cleaned all of my seats which were cloth. For $30! Very impressed with the time and detail they took. Definitely coming back soon 😃

Basic car wash is $10, you pay at the entrance from a machine, and there is no hand dry at the end of it. for even the lowest price I always get hand dry. kind of disappointing. would not come again.

I came in for a car wash a few days ago because this was one of the few places that was open. There was one gentleman there and I wish I remembered his name so I could thank him publicly, but he helped me at the kiosk and assured me that the concrete dust that got all over my brand new, black Mustang would come off - and it did! I plan to go back and get a monthly membership and the trip from Setauket will definitely be worth it.

Been using Personal Touch since they opened. Was really impressed off the bat with their state of the art technology. Staff is SUPER friendly. My truck (Dodge Ram) ALWAYS comes out flawless. I’ve even taken advantage of their night wash which is super convenient to keep salt off without much cost at all. Decided to finally write this review after I just got my 3 year old Dodge Ram 1500 from a detail they did. Couldn’t believe the result. The leather has actually come back to life and it hasn’t smelled or looked this good since I bought it. Great place. Highly recommend.

The drive through car wash was up to par. But the customer service from one of the guys there was terrible. I was asking a question regarding to the fact i had paid for a service i wasnt getting. I wasnt rude either. The staff worker then threw his hands up and turned his back to me when I asked for a manager. So disrespectful. To then sit down and act as if i wasnt talking to him. Only reason im going back is for my free carwash courtesy of management. And given the times where businesses have been closed...youd think customer service is a top priority.

Received the exterior wash w hot lava wax and towel dry at the end. Also dressed my tires. Beautiful job, no streaks, no water spots. No scratches on wheels as someone else pointed out. I couldn’t be happier !!

First time there and I must say from the technology to being able to stay in the car while its washed top notch. staff is friendly and my car came out like new. I will return In the future and will be purchasing their monthly package! 5 stars and recommend to everyone

I must say I was really impressed. The whole place was completely redone under the new ownership. All the machinery is brand new and is very gentle on the car and does a great job. I remember coming to this location around a year or so ago and it costing almost $50 for a regular wash. It cost me about half that and they did a great job inside and out. While I was there I decided to sign up for the unlimited car wash club. I will be coming a lot now and looking forward to always driving a clean car. Good luck to the new owners you look like you really know what your doing.

King of Clean Car Wash has been well established within the community and has given back to local youth associations which is a plus with me. Service has always been friendly, prompt and excellent work. Used King this past Sunday to wash both family cars. Was not disappointed. I have used the King 5-6 x for detailing as well with tremendous results. Let the King take care of your car!

First, the attendants are always trying to push a more expensive wash on you. Second, the car does not come out that clean, especially if you drive a large SUV, you will find it still dirty in the back. Third, there are always Suds leftover on the car when its done. Fourth, if you pay for a hand dry, the workers still expect a tip. Ive gone to this place because I received a gift card. The gift card is now spent, and I wont be going there anymore.

Usually come here about twice a week for a quick exterior wash with the unlimited monthly plan for $20. Overall good job only complaint is it never seems to get the tailgate of my truck. (Silverado 1500) Other then that totally worth the $20 a month for the convenience!

This place is incredibly awesome...! Talk about going the extra mile. I went there after a long 10 hour drive in bad weather and a good pollen cover. Needless to say when my car was done going through the tunnel they had a team of people going over the car with the utmost professionalism and courtesy making sure every spec of dirt/pollen/bug and road tar were removed. I felt like my car was detailed without paying for a custom detail. I will be back again and again. Best car wash I have ever been to! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The new drive up and pay is very easy and convient. The service was wonderful and could not have been a better car wash experience. Theres also a small hair salon inside the lady running that was very sweet and I will definitely take advantage of that next visit.

I had a great experience at King of Clean Car Wash. My car was not only in need of being cleaned, but I had a bad milk spill (and the accompanying smell!). They did a great job totally cleaning my car and removing the smell. The staff and management were extremely nice.

Amazing experience! All of the workers here were incredibly fast and efficient. I drive a large black truck and they made sure it was spotless. I do a lot of long distance driving so my grill is covered in squished bugs and dirt; my truck has not been this clean since I bought it. Ive tried multiple car washes across the island and this has been my favorite car wash by far! I work close to their other locations, so Ill have to try those too. Will most definitely be buying one of their unlimited car wash passes!

Best car wash around hands down. I see a lot of complaints about the price. In my experience you get what you pay for. I have never been disappointed there. My car always looks like new when I leave. The owner Phil always says hello and shakes my hand when I am there. Its nice to see that the owner is always around.

Pro: Fast, rarely a wait and thru the tunnel fastCons: They barely wash your car when you enter the tunnel. An extra minute with a brush and power washer when you enter would help. I usually leave the wash with dirt still on the lower portion of vehicle, back bumper, and front grill. (even after going thru the wash numerous times in a week as an unlimited customer).

I drove in and didnt have much money on me but I wanted to see how much it would be for a wash. Im used to the cheap price (and service) near my house so I thought instead of going there but when I thought of leaving and just getting a wash anther time, the owner stopped me and worked quickly with me on price without giving it a second thought and explained about his car wash and how he does it better.and my car looks great and it was worth stopping in. He even washed my car himself alongside his employees. Stuff like that stands out! Definitely recommended!

The service and people were both wonderful! They figured out the best option for me when I told them exactly what i wanted to get done. Excellent service and care.

They are honestly not even worth going to. They did not clean my car properly, there was still dirt residue all over the hood. I paid for their top car wash service which was around $40. On top of that, they STOLE my Apple Airpods Headphones from the center console and the manager refused to even look into it. I told him it was in there the minute I got out of my car prior to them cleaning it and it wasnt there after. I searched my entire car and could not find it. Bunch of thieves and horrible business concepts.

Great and prompt service, best car wash set up I have seen so far. They really have us as customers in mind with a great and spacious waiting room, air conditioned, set up where we wait while the car is being cleaned. Car spotless clean. I think the other customers with the bad reviews had bad luck. Talking to the manager she assured me if a customer isnt happy they refund or do a do-over. I think prices are ok, looking at service provided. I will be back!

Went on a trip from MacArthur Airport in LI. This place has an awesome price of 10 bucks a day to park your car and on top they drop you off and pick you up from the airport! You can’t really depend on an uber at 4:30 am. Phil or Uncle Phil was very responsible, responsive and followed up with me all through my trip. I was very very impressed of how detailed he was. Also got the carwash. It feels awesome to be treated with care. King of Clean did!

This car wash is pretty top notch. Ive used several car washes in the area (Bay Shore, Central Islip, etc) and the guys here really take their time to clean and care for your car. I had a few scratches and the guys took their time to wax my car and the scratches were undetectable. I highly recommend and Phil will always greet you with open arms

I have been going to King of Clean Car Wash for over 15 years. They always do a very thorough job washing the exterior and cleaning the interior of my car. The wash is not inexpensive and takes some time but you get what you pay for!

Please read this review I went to personal touch car wash of Bohemia with my 2019 Toyota Fourrunner brand new vehicle was dirty decided to use car wash for the first time it was personal touch car wash bohemia my Toyota SUV went through the car wash was not properly cleaned still dirty his car wash equipment scratched my rear bumper both sides I went back and told the owner about this showed him the vehicle he made every excuse saying that it was like that his equipment couldn’t of done that my 2019 Toyota 4 x 4 SUV did not have a scratch on it until it was washed by his equipment The owner of personal touch car wash is not a good businessman treats his new customers badly needs to be taken to small claims court thinking about it need to get estimate from autobody shop

Average car wash, interior was cleaned very well. I like the self service but the staff member in the front was a bit rude. Won’t be coming back. I’ll spend my money at Holbrook car wash.
