I went in the post office to mail a letter. Several days later it came to my house. I went in the branch today to get a refund. I was told due to me not appropriately putting “from” first in the address column and “to” second that I couldn’t get my money back. I requested to speak to higher up! So incomes the post master. He piggy backs off what the previous man said! I say that’s unfair that I paid to have a letter sent to someone else and it came to my house. I asked to have the person that’s over the Post Master number. He says he can’t give it to me he can only give me a Customer service number but they will direct it back to him (he’s laughing at this point)! I will never use this branch again! Clearly the two are unable to understand TO AND FROM as it’s clearly states on the letter!

Hate to even leave a 1 starDuring the heavier pandemic I shipped a 46 lbs medium box to my family in Texas. The whole entire box came up missing. They tore the lable off the box so it could continously ship and I could track it. Once my family received the lable only they called and asked where are the goods, I was puzzled not understanding what they meant until they sent me a photo. I immediately went back to the post office and filed a claim. But heres the kicker!! I never received any other information from the Post office about the claim...INSIDE JOB IT WAS... THESE CROOKS WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN THOUGH IM NOT WORKING THERE ANYMORE IN THAT AREA!

Completely understand why this place would get negative reviews. Lady at the front misunderstood me, that can happen. But the smart mouth afterwards was horrible. I just walked off and had to control myself not to curse her out. Not doing business here.

This Place Is The Most Useless Place Ive Ever Seen In Bogalusa. They Should Fire Every Last One Of The Workers And Get New Ones!

Theyre nice but always track youre packages. They sometimes forget them on the truck.

Staff is curious. And knowledgeable Pleasure to do business with.
