Where do I start? What an amazing experience, I took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and left the car with them for 2 days. From the get go the professionalism and customer service displayed was second to none! These guys really raise the bar. Bill was amazing , when they told me the car would be ready it was, there was no waiting around, everything was completed professionally and sounded amazing. Best of all they even returned tools that they found under the seat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is serious about getting the job done CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME! I cant recommend this company. I wouldnt consider them Professional installers but they got the job done. I had a 9 AM appointment and they were late opening. The car got in the shop at 9:20 AM. I needed to have a backup camera and steering wheel control module connected to a head unit that I had purchased and installed myself. They didnt fully test the backup camera as it showed a mirror image. So when I got home I had to open up the hatch panels and clip a wire so the image showed correctly. In doing so, I saw they didnt button-up the hatch panels correctly, not installing screws and other fasteners. They were just laying around. The dash panels were not reinstalled completely and they nicked up an A/C knob.

Ive had Bill install Wireless Apple Carplay in 2 of my vehicles thus far. He takes the time to do the job right and follows up to make sure all is well and that you are satisfied! He is dedicated to customer service which is job 1. It is difficult to find that these days. He did a superb job. So good in fact, I referred him to my best friend who is having Bill do one of the same installs he did for me. Kudos to you Bill and thank you for the great work and great customer support!!!! Ill be back for more!

Bill went above and beyond to make sure I was hooked up correctly and left happy. This is a Great Place to Go if you need New Tinting on your Car Windows as well as if you need a New Radio in your car. I first went to Power Audio and Tint because the Radio in my Jeep died. Randy offered a Great Price with Installation on a New Radio which works better than the original car radio. I recently returned because both the passenger window and Drivers side window needed New Tinting. Not only did they do a fantastic job but, they were reasonably priced and, gave a lifetime warranty. Took my car to Bill to have a DSP, a 5 channel amp, 3 way front stage and a sub installed. Bill took all the time InI over the phone, to discuss the installation plans. He provided a price, which I found extremely fair. Do note, he is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.He took all the time he needs to do a beautiful installation. From wrapping everything in Tesa tape, to using ferrules in the amp connections and soldering the connections with the stock unit. When I say the install is immaculate, I aint lying.If you want awesome work, go see Bill and be happy with the quality you get.P.S. After installation service is also A++++. Had one small issue and Bill took care of me immediately.

False news Randy, I asked to get my door panels put back after I PAID FOR A 90 dollar diagnostic and your mechanic refused exclaiming, “ I’d have to charge you extra for labor to put your doors back on.” I was so shocked and disgusted. What type of establishment leaves you in more disorder then how you came? I feel your mechanic left my car out of order because I refused to pay for such ludicrous labor rates.You say I should seek professional assistance for my car’s audio yet your mechanic said my wiring was fine (more lies from Randy) despite his favor of saudering> M/F crimping and I surely wouldn’t seek help from you amateurs again. It’s sad you have to lie for your public reviews. If you have any other response you have my number I can come up the street for a chat or we could take this to small claims .wish you the best in 2020 my brother .

I am the type of consumer that does a ton of research when purchasing products or services. When I wanted my windows tinted on a new 2016 Audi A4 this was no exception. I visited five local (Boca & Coral Springs) tint companies and found Power Audio and Tint to be the most knowledgeable & consumer friendly of them all. They were very patient with me as I tried to decide on the color tint I wanted to have installed and gave me terrific guidance that helped in my decision making.The overall job was done with 99% perfection. They would have received a 100% satisfaction rating however, the vehicle should have been wiped down on the inside better. The spray that is used to wet the windows during installation was all over my doors & console.With that said, they still earned a five star rating because the quality of the install itself was done to my high standards.Bottom line: very competitive pricing, GREAT customer service & excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!!

Power Audio did an audio system install in my Ford F-150 recently and I couldn’t be happier. Great experience. Took really good care of my car when installing sub and amp to my brand new Genesis. Owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Also, good communication. At the end of the day, he called me to tell me that he needed to keep the care overnight to do the job right because removing the back seat to run wires was proving difficult (I dropped the car off late in the day so I didnt give them much time to work). When I picked up the car the next day you couldnt tell at all that they had removed the back seat. The way it should be. They also do high end custom work. Highly recommend!

Beware RIP OFF!!!!!What you pay for is not what you get!I went to power audio to up grade my factory speakers and agreed on the 6X9 three way kickers. The morning of my appointment they assured me and showed me the 6X9. However, when I picked up my truck they had installed 6.5 round speakers instead. They said the other ones did not fit ?? They never called to tell me they just put in what they wanted!!!WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!They dont even deserve one star!!!

Awesome service and turned out better than expected. I priced out what I wanted done with 4 places. Everyone was in the same ball park however Power Audio offered the best product and the best way of installing everything. I typically do not write reviews however with car stuff it is hard to know who to use and after my experience with Power Audio I will use them. I would refer them to friends and family and I do not refer people easily.

I had two of my cars tinted one SUV one four-door sedan. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. These guys are not a mom and pop small shop. They have contracts with automobile dealerships and the police department. All of their work is top notch at a very competitive price.

Im beyond disappointed with the service power audio has provided the last few days. I had an amazing experience with Bill before but now they show lack of customer service. Within the last few months I been having audio issues and the tint job is literally falling off. Even after i left work to meet an appt their own staff made, I was told sorry cant help you and we are too busy. After spending quite a bit of money and referring friends family and coworkers I would recommend never dealing with this shop. Better to spend more money and have people follow through then to get push aside and time and money wasted.

Pulled into this place friday morning without an appointment. My radio died on my way here visiting and I had one day to fix it before heading back north. The owner was very helpful, friendly and I thought the prices were right on par with what I was looking to spend. I went ahead and got my windows tinted since the prices were so good. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends if your looking for tint or audio needs!

Ive had all my cars tinted here and also had a couple sound systems and an alarm installed here and it has really been a pleasure dealing with Randy. They always respect my appointment times which is crucial to me and never had an issue with any services. It really is nice dealing with a friendly environment and having the support in the event that you do need it. They also have a great selection of equipment to choose from and great prices.

Power Auto and tint replace the factory speakers in my Ford Fusion they did a really good job there speakers are little high priced but for the labor and everything else they did a great job I would definitely approve. I would definitely and recommend to a friend.

Poor customer service, paid over $900 for AMP 2 12s 4 speakers and had a problem ever since, ending coming back and paying for 2 fuses again still the same problem when I shouldnt have to be paying for there problem that they installed. Went to several other places and told them what my problem was. And there like why dont you take it back to where u got it from and let them take care of it, its not your problem its theres Well they end up fixing it for free and told me why it wasnt working right because they power audio and tint was putting small ass wires and etc.. Dont recommend this place at all, they are in for just the money.

Rude and ignorant, also you dont get what u paid for. Too expensive. Wouldnt recommend it to anybody. I have found better places and better quality and manageable prices.

Terrible experience. Had to go back twice to get the windows fixed because they did a terrible job the first time. Second time wasnt much better they still left bubbles in the tints. They leave the car completely dirty inside and out so I had to get it detailed each time and the second time they scratched my trunk multiple times from putting stuff on it. Would not recommended and I will just go elsewhere to get the tints fixed for the third time I give up on going back to them. Only good thing is their customer service but the person who does the tints is careless and must not be experienced. I went by the good reviews and a referral so I guess it must be a new person.

Just a quick note about the head unit that Mark O is referring to when he wrote, I heavily researched and brought a decent (actually very highly reviewed, better than most $1000 units) DVD/bluetooth/GPS head unit. I was there when he brought it in. This was a Boss head unit! Do your research people. He is comparing this to the Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine, and JVC head units when he said better than most $1000 units. Are you serious?

I have used this shop to tint my last 5 or 6 cars. Mercedes S550, BMW 750LI etc..I would use them regardless of price, the fact they are competitively priced is a great bonus.

This place has everything!!!! Super knowledgeable staff and very professional.

I heavily researched and brought a decent (actually very highly reviewed, better than most $1000 units) DVD/bluetooth/GPS head unit, and had this outfit install it, along with a backup camera into a big SUV. They installed it, but said the steering wheel control interface (Axxess ASWC-1) could not be installed in my vehicle.I told them I saw several reviews about my head unit and vehicle during my research and successfully using this interface. They argued with me about it and said the head unit was cheap, and were generally insulting. In less than 5 minutes, I found the detailed instructions on line to use this interface for my head unit and vehicle. Later I called Axxcess and they verified that it could be used in my vehicle, with my head unit and that the instructions were on their website. I downloaded a copy and will do the install myself since Power Audio and Tint cant handle it.Then, when the head unit was turned on, the factory subwoofer was buzzing and popping. They said that it was installed properly, that the subwoofer was bad or the head uint was the problem (again). They tried to send me away, after charging me $285 for this shoddy install. Yes, the backup camera was a difficult and lengthy part of the install as it had to be routed up and through a SUV tailgate all the way to the front. That part of the install was fine, but not being able to figure out the interface, and refusing to deal with the popping / non-functional subwoofer was unacceptable.I forced my hand and made them check the connections as it was obvious that this was most likely the problem with the subwoofer since it worked before. Sure enough, it worked fine after that.Yet, they denied a bad or improper connection. The official explanation for the subwoofer problem was, maybe the subwoofer on and off setting in the head unit was stuck between on and off. It was off in the unit when we gave it to you. Did you mess with it?Really? Thats the best you can come up with?Umm, no, I turned it on and it didnt work, making those loud noises that a deaf octogenarian could hear. You mean Power Audio either didnt notice this or didnt care enough to resolve it? This is after the owner stated that he HEARD the subwoofer problem, yet handed the keys over to me and tried to just send me on my way. To boot, they did not even set the clock or set up the head unit in any way, something that a decent shop should do. At the very least, they should turn it on and ensure that it sounds good. Oh, thats right, the owner did notice that it wasnt working right. Heres your keys! Unreal.After all of this, and after not even offering a small discount for not installing the steering wheel interface, they didnt even apologize, etc even though I had to act as their quality control division and force them to actually do what they were paid to do. I am very capable of doing the complete install, I just didnt have to time to do it, and did not have the inclination to route all the wiring from the backup camera. This is why I HIRED THEM to do it.NEVER AGAIN, and I would encourage anyone reading this to run fast and far away from these jackbags. To boot, it is obvious that most of the positive reviews on line were written by the company, as apparently they only do wonderful installs on Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maybach, Aston-Martin, etc. What a load of BS.
