STS Impact Windows & Doors were top notch from start to finish. They were responsive and completely dedicated to my satisfaction. They helped me select the smartest option for each window’s intended use. They are pros at this and it shows. They replaced 13 windows and a couple doors without a single issue. STS did such an amazing job on our windows, we couldn’t be happier. I got quotes from at least five different companies and did a thorough comparison before making our decision. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but they were also the most responsive. We needed some custom windows for the front of our house, which was no problem for them, and they even recommended a more modern look, which improved the overall esthetic of our home. I’ve had lots of trouble in the past with impact window companies either not showing up or doing a terrible job and fighting me to have to redo the work correctly. This did not happen at all with STS Impact Windows and Doors. They sent a professional salesman to my house who was extremely knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me more than what I needed. He was very punctual and kind. The work that this company did was phenomenal. No issues at all and they frequently call to check up on the work done. I have no issues at all!Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend them to others.

I always do my homework before any purchase. It took me 2 weeks before I settled on a 4k tv so a purchase like impact windows took time to find the right company.STS was my 4th estimate and not only was the gentlemen clean ( 2 of the first 3 left boot prints and black smudges on my wall) but he was highly professional and took time to answer all my questions.They were also several thousand dollars less expensive. Win win!The install team was great and did an amazing job.
