Today was my first time visiting Sugarlime. I have thought about going in for a while now and today was finally the day I did it! So happy I made the decision to go there! Everyone was very sweet and the place was immaculate, everything was so clean. My service was done by Barbara and she was wonderful she took her time and really helped me get through the process because I was freaking out a little bit LOL but she was very understanding. I got a Brazilian sugar wax and I loved it. I was pretty nervous beforehand to get sugar waxed because I never have before but they are so warm and welcoming so I instantly felt comfortable. My appointment was with Adriana and she is the best!! I felt so comfortable and she knew exactly what she was doing. If your thinking about sugar waxing, do it! It is so worth it, my skin is 10x softer than normal waxing.

Sugar Lime has been my go-to spot for waxing for nearly a year now. I nearly drive 30-45min just to go here. There has never been a time where I have had to wait longer than 5min to get serviced. One thing I really liked is that they have a section at the entrance for clean pens and dirty pens, so they take being clean seriously.I liked how often they remind you of you appointment. Now onto why I have two stars.Adriana started talking politics. That affected her tip. I can’t get away from it on social media and now at my self care appointment. My sugaring appointment was perfect other than that, it was actually so relaxing that I almost started to fall asleep. Now I am uncomfortable because we have differing views on that, and that’s something I did not need to know about my esthetician. I was going to get a eye lash lift from her but now I think I will be going to a salon that does strictly lashes. Hopefully I get strictly the services I asked and paid without being asked if and who I voted for. I drove an hour there and really wanted to like sugaring. I will try possibly try a different esthetician.

I had gone here previously for my first time and not had a good experience. However, the manager took personal time to contact me and figure something out with me. The time and effort she put into my wax was noticed and greatly appreciated. She did a phenomenal job and was a wonderful lady to talk to. The fact that she took the time to change my experience and put in so much effort to make it better meant a lot. The place is super clean and cute inside and everyone was quite friendly. Me and my friends will be going here from now on.

What started off as a good experience spiraled down very quickly. Initially I was taken into a room by a technician. She was very professional, friendly and prepped me for the process. However, right before she was going to begin, we heard a knocking on the door. The receptionist had informed me they had assigned me to the wrong technician. A little confused, I grabbed my belongings and moved. When I entered the room the assigned technician informed me she didn’t speak English. I understand not everyone speaks English but was puzzled about how the situation was handled. The technician started working on my eyebrows of course without asking me what exactly I wanted done i.e. the shape which was nerve wracking. She also did not test the temperature of the wax on her arm before applying it to my eyebrows. This was especially disturbing because I was also going in for a Brazilian wax and made me anxious about possibly being burned. And then the unexpected happened... she dropped a piece of wax in my hair and tried to take it out. Mistakes happen… however, it felt careless. I asked her to stop, grabbed my belongings again and left the room sobbing. As I was walking to the front, I advised the receptionist what had happened. Her response was that the technician did not speak English. But if that was the case, why wasn’t there anyone there to help or translate. I do not know what primarily language the technician spoke. I advised her before starting I spoke both English and Spanish. Even if the technician had known Portuguese I would have slightly understood her. But, no efforts were made to communicate to me. Besides, while talking to the receptionist I noticed the technician that was initially helping me was sitting in the waiting area. Nothing made sense to me. I left the facility and continued to cry on my way home feeling embarrassed and humiliated.

First time ever doing a Brazilian wax, Adrianna made it a SUPER comfortable experience!! usually you hear people say that it hurts but honestly it was not painful for me at all!! I definitely recommend this place I am so happy with my results, amazing customer service every single time and very clean studio.

This was my first experience @Sugarlime and it was superb. I was greeted and welcomed upon entering. The atmosphere is relaxing and they also are complying with COVID precautions (facemasks, temp-check, questionnaire, etc). I was introduced to Gigi (who is very friendly, and warm); Gigi explained the sugaring process which I chose for the first time. The experience was as expected, slightly uncomfortable, but Gigi was very professional and made it as easy as possible. So glad to have found Sugarlime and hope to continue with more treatments! 🙂

I had a Brazilian sugaring for the first time today and wasnt sure what to expect. The studio is clean and inviting and I had a pleasant experience. I was initially going to get a wax, but the receptionist (I believe her name is Camila) took the time to explain the differences between sugaring and waxing, which I greatly appreciated. Adriana performed my sugaring and she is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel at ease and explained the process again. We had a wonderful conversation, which was a welcome distraction from the pain. In addition, since it was my first time, she provided me with a teddy bear to hold, which I thought was cute. The process was a little painful, but that was to be expected considering that the hairs are being ripped out from their roots. Overall, I am very pleased with the results; Ive already booked my second appointment. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get sugared or waxed. You wont regret it.

Initially I had given a 5 star review for my micro blading but 6 months later I am feeling quite sad because I cannot get the staff to help me book a second follow up treatment for my faded brows and will have to find another place to help me. While I had the initial follow up treatment, I have had fading and now realize the eyebrows may require more follow up treatments to really get the look I desire. I feel disappointed at not being able to get a call back even to tell me they cannot help at this time.

I work as a waitress at a local restaurant so my schedule is hard to work around considering I never know what time I’ll be able to leave the restaurant; the lady at the front desk(Carla) is always able to help my schedule my appointments (sugaring, my henna eyebrows, as well as my lash lifts and lash extensions but also my massage appointments)with out ever any issues. We agree to have me come in early in the day where I’ll still have time to run my errands and get my Maintence done before I have to go to work. And I love the fact that she can help me by recommending products for my skin like scrubs. She remembers the little things which really makes me feel special. I usually do my waxing with Mena, which she is AMAZING to get any waxing or sugaring done with. But I’m also excited to come back and visit Adrianna to get my lashes and my brows touched up.
