Poorly run system by the Boca Town Center. Colton the attendant was extremely rude when I expressed my opinion of the system. He went as far as to offer to tow my car rather than to park it....something needs to be done about this company and particularly Colton, it may cause me not to shop at this mall in the future.

Terrible operation. Damaged my wifes SUV by letting the garage gate close on the A-Pillar and then didnt report the damage. Completely irresponsible, untrustworthy, and deceitful operation. When the damage was discovered and Ameripark was confronted they submitted a claim to their insurance to get me to leave, the next day I received an email that the claim is denied and Ameripark denies any liability for the damage. Thanks for the $1400 worth of damage to my SUV... I regret not getting the police involved. I will never ever use this service again nor do I recommend it to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and self park in the free parking garages.
