I am very impressed with Lynn and Simon from Furniture Medic. It is hard to find people to repair furniture. We had a vintage couch damaged in a move and we needed it repaired. Simon and his team member came and I was very impressed with their professionalism. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and were very clean. They laid down furniture pads and were conscientious. He showed me the issue and how he was going to repair it. They worked quickly and cleanly and they were very, very nice. I am very happy with the repair, they charged me the lower end of the price, and I would 100% use them again.

I had furniture medic come to my home and got a quote for $200 to fix two drawers. They needed to order 2 sets of sliders that ultimately worked, but not 100% ... Because it wasnt 100% they refused my money even thought they bought the sliders and made 2 trips to my house.... I have never had a service person be so ethical and I appreciate it ... I recommend them for this reason.

Never came back to cover two small missed areas . I noticed this after he left.I texted him and left messages regarding this issue and he never returned a call. I paid him in good faith and I would say this is not good customer service.

I contacted Furniture Medic to re-upholster two chairs for my home. They were reasonably priced, professional and the work was completed quickly and with very good quality.

Excellent work at a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure dealing with Simon.
