I work for a Telecomm company who partners with BCN- they are top notch! When I call to turn in a trouble ticket for one of our customers Joseph, David and Serg ALWAYS so helpful and they see the ticket to the end. I know I can count on them to take the very most care of any issue for our many customers. I love the partnership we have with BCN- When placing orders I would with Clair F and she is amazing and returns e-mails very quickly. Thank you BCN for your work ethic and integrity.
This company is NOT the communications company you want to go with. They will not work with you at all. If you mailed your payment and it wasnt received for any reason, you are shut off. They dont care if you provide check detail. They wont even send you a letter notifying you that your account is past due. I have one client that uses them out of 30 clients and that is going to be changing really soon. They are also overpriced for their services. Use a company that is willing to work with your company when issues happen. Choose a communications company that ACTUALLY communicates to you when there is an issue with your account. Windstream telecommunications is a great company and Verizon is also a good choice.
I have never left a bad review for any company before. but this is by far the worse communication company i ever dealt with. i manage the IT for 25 clinics and worked with different service provider form ATT to cox. BCN was the worst experience ever. everything that could go wrong with the account went wrong
