Went today (9/20/21) for a consultation to improve my smile a little better and Alec was very professional and well educated on talking to me personally and also professionally in my goals on perfecting my smile. Room was nice and clean, followed all known COVID sanitizing and protocols in wearing of masks and gloves throughout the whole procedure. I was amazed at the technology used to generate what would later become my new smile. She told me everything I needed to know about the program/course treatment and answered any questions or concerns I had. Shes the best and I will refer those I know to this location and kind smart young lady. Thank you! Look forward to my new smile soon.

I saw monika and she was super sweet, very informative and really easy to talk to. I got the 3D scan which was pretty cool and she showed me everything in the box. I loved all the cute displays and able to get the cute mini floss and the led whitening light. Just waiting for the box now is suppose take few weeks…hoping to close my gaps by the new year! I enjoyed my experience during my scan at the smile direct Boca location. I felt very welcomed with a bright smile and all my questions were answered in the best way possible. I was helped by Emeliz and she was amazing definitely would come back and refer others because of her. She didn’t make the session awkward she was very engaging and super nice. I was met downstairs and greeted by a lovely young lady who brought me upstairs. I was almost an hour early but they took me anyway. I waited only a short time. Monica was great and quite knowledgeable. She talked me through the entire process. It made me feel comfortable and easily able to comply with the process. I cant wait to see my new teeth

I was a little nervous with my appointment. Its a little scary going for a mostly online service. But, Monika did a great job at explaining the process to me and was super fun to talk to. The office was clean and professional and I felt completely comfortable while I was there. Everything was being explained start to finish. Im excited to start my journey!

RUN AWAY AND BUY INVISALIGN! Everything started perfectly fine. The online convenience and overall service was great but...When you position yourself as an online company and want to scale you MUST be organized and provide the same service from the beginning (the golden sales service).The company wrongly charged me 3x (instead of 1), I called them and let them aware of what happened and the person on the line apologized and said that they were fixing their mistake and that in two weeks I would be receiving my braces.Today, for my surprise, they CANCELED the entire thing and said that I requested the cancelation (which is not true). I told the person that I never canceled it. She said I did and so I asked her to check my last call (recording) to show her that I never mentioned anything about cancelation at all.She then asked me to call a number and start my order all over again. I told her that she works for the company so she should speak to her management and get them to call me: because they did call me several times when they wanted to sell me the product.She said that she couldnt do it and that I should be the one calling customer service...I already spent my time on customer service when they overcharged me and I told her that the payment was done and authorized so all they had to do was to call me and explain whats going on.My point here is: how can you trust a company that wrongly charges you and never noticed it, then I called to let them know that they overcharged me, then they canceled the entire treatment and my son is now crying because he expected the product to arrive this week ?My son missed school to go to the appointment (in person) and was all happy to wear smile direct product, but guess what ? I guess the memory he will have about this brand is that the company should be called:CRY DIRECT CLUB.0 star service and a total lack of respect.

I came in for my scan and met with Monika.Monika was amazing, she explained every single part of the process from beginning to end and gave me many reasons as to why Smile Direct Club would be in my best interest.I already did extensive research on Smile Direct Club, Invisalign, Candid, Byte, etc. and I was sort of set on going with Smile Direct Club but after myscan/consultation, I was 100% convinced that Smile Direct Club was the right choice.Im now fully signed up and waiting on my aligners.I will make an update review to explain how my process went!

I honestly came in unsure i was going to actually sign up but Latoya pretty much swept me up in her enthusiasm. She was patient with my questions and really informative! The whole experience was like a trip to a hair salon without the waiting, i left feeling content with coming by.Also I accidentally made a friend in the elevator on my way up who turned out to be the first greeter/introduction of Smile direct, I can’t remember her name but she has Platinum blonde hair and Brown skin💜! She was super nice as well! Fantastic job picking staff for this location. All three of the women of color i engaged with were fabulous.

Took a few extra minutes to find, but once I got there everyone was super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back to sign up for a straighter smile. Takes only about 30 minutes to get your teeth assessed and it was free. Also it’s a lot less than Invisalign. Another plus.

Smile Direct Club is the easiest and least expensive way of getting your aligners(my opinion). Their technology is state of the art. I opted to go In and have my scan done. It was the easiest and most convenient process for me. The scanning process was very quick and painless. Everything was thoroughly explained in detail. All questions I had were answered thoroughly and with confidence. Special thank you to Sarah for her professionalism and excellent bedside manner. Greatly appreciate the work you have done for me.

Company is completely misleading that they can help you. When I initially started this for my teenager, I got the impression kit and had to take & send photos of her mouth. We could not get good impressions because they send a bunch of that mixture stuff to put in the trays and it was too much. The initial emails and text said that my teenager is a candidate for SmilesDirect. I then had a 3D scan done the other day and today I get an email that she isn’t qualified. I know that the company doesn’t charge anything until the decision is made, but to go back and forth like this, your employees need to be retrained and not get your patients’ hopes up. Don’t waste your time if you or your child has a small jaw and overcrowding, just go with traditional braces!

My experience with the actual location was great. Customer service with Smile Direct regarding a billing issue is terrible. I financed thru Care Credit yet Smile Direct still billed me for the full amount and charged me monthly even though Care Credit paid them off directly. I have been unsuccessful in getting a refund for months now and every time I call I get the run around and they wont even stop the monthly billing me even though my account was paid in full.

Wasted my time after booking an appt because they said my daughter was not eligible because of her age. The rep said that she needed to be at least 13 years old. However, after arriving back home, then going online and confirming with their general customer service number, she was in fact old enough. Train your people properly!

From start to finish, I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Smile Direct. As soon as I scheduled my appointment, I received phenomenal customer service from the staff. They provided clear instructions on how to locate the building (which is important to me since I have a horrible sense of direction lol). Considering the times, I felt 100% safe and was grateful to see how many safety precautions Smile Direct is taking. No one is allowed in the waiting room, so once you get there you have to call them to let them know youve arrived. They took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer right when I entered the building. I felt very safe. The examination room was sterile and inviting. Sarah was extremely friendly, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I didnt just feel like another patient. Sarah went out of her way to ensure I had an individualized experience. Sarah took the time to fully answer all of my questions and explain the process thoroughly. I am soooo excited for my new smile and I highly recommend Smile Direct to anyone looking to improve their smile!

I had my scans done at a Smiles Direct Club Smile Shop in Boca Raton, Fl this morning. The experience was very informative and pleasant. Latoya was the Smiles Direct Club representative who did all the explaining and took the scans of my mouth. Although I walked in already quite informed about the process and cost, she was able to help seal the deal for me. I was able to split the payment between my FSA and HSA Play-flex cards which helped saved even more money being tax free savings. I left the dental office excited to get my box in the mail with all the liners. I celebrated by hitting the nearest Starbucks getting a Cheese danish recommended by Latoya. You’re right, Latoya, very yummy!The 5 Stars is for the initial visit. I will follow up during and at the end of my treatment plan.
