I was very impressed with Maui Day Spa after my boyfriend had taken me here for a couples massage. The massages were fantastic, and alongside the Hana room beforehand and mimosas afterward, I was hooked! A few months later, I booked the same service with Maui Day Spa as a surprise for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, Id come in from the cold Northeast and didnt react well to the sauna. I hadnt even reached the full 10 minutes before needing to exit, and although I tried to regain my strength in the cooler waterfall showers, I was completely dizzy, nauseous, and couldnt even stand up straight. For what my spa tenant was working with, she still made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was given water and crackers, and when that didnt work, she basically gave me a personal walkway to the bathroom lol. Although I didnt get sick, the spa manager allowed me to lay down in a facial room so I could regain my strength. Sadly, we didnt get our massage for obvious reasons but I was so impressed with how the spa handled this situation, as I was completely embarrassed but apparently this happens more than youd think! Well definitely be back, but Ill probably skip the sauna so the staff doesnt need to see me like that again :) thank you for your top-notch service!!!!!

The staff was very nice. My masseuse (Avi) was amazing! I had areas where I had stiff muscles as well as tendinitis in my knees and I left feeling very relaxed and light. He was amazing and he’s very good at what he does. Very good :)

They don’t even qualify for one start. Didn’t even have the chance to have my appointment and the person who answered the phone start yelling and saying *f* over the phone. I did my appointment and I got a called to confirm and when this woman called just started complaining that she was taking care of her babies the day before and calling me with a different name and even with that I was trying to schedule my facial and she just hung up the phone. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE I will never recommend this place to a single person. Hopefully the owners are reading this review and do something because I’m telling you you guys just need to close that place and open a market with the kind of people you hired. Cero customer service!!!!!!

Ive been going here for years, mostly for facials but recently I went for a deep tissue massage and David was my therapist and he did an amazing job. The tension areas I have had for several months are completely gone after getting this massage with him. I will definitely be scheduling more sessions with him in the future.

Last night I went for an 80 minute aromatherapy massage and was VERY pleased. I have been to Maui Spa in the past and came back with a gift card. The appointment was very easy to make, the woman that answered the phone was very sweet and helpful. My massage therapist, Christina, was incredible! She was very welcoming, professional and kind. She asked what type of massage I preferred and made sure I was completely comfortable as she started. Her technique was amazing! This was hands down the BEST massage I have ever had! I will definitely be back to see her!

This place is pretty decent. I love that its in a good location, close to work, super easy to park and that I can almost always just walk in and get my nails done. Each time Ive been, they have done a great job! The staff is very friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone. There are spas that do offer more when it comes to the spa pedicure or deluxe pedicure but honestly, this place does a great job for the price and its quick and easy to get in and out. Im definitely a fan.

Sad 😞. Anastasia the receptionist was just plain nasty. I rescheduled an appointment from 2 pm to 5:30 pm on Saturday. I purchased a spa package for myself and my daughter from New York. She was only in town for the weekend. We drove from Ft. Myers. Arrived at 5:25. The morning receptionist told me that we could stay after 8 to finish the spa package but start in the Hana room. It was our 1st visit and we made that known upon arrival. We were not given any instructions or direction about our package or what to do when. We were taken to the sauna first. We sat in the sauna for 5 minutes and were summoned for the body scrub and massage. We were told that we would return to the Hana room afterwards. However, after the massage we were informed that they were closed and that the price would be reduced because we could not finish the spa package. So we got dressed and went downstairs. Anastasia was still there and apparently she was really ready to go home or somewhere. She told me that she couldn’t reduce the fee because it would cost just as much or more to change from a package to a massage and a body scrub - which it did. I paid the fees and tipped 20%.I called the director Debi the following Monday. I left 3 messages. She left me a very impolite voicemail stating that she was busy but she was returning my call. When I told her about my experience, she offered me $25 off the next visit. I am usually very forgiving but I will not go back. There has to be some place that offers a quality facility and good customer service. MAUI SPA DID NOT!!!

Appointment was messed up before I even got there. I happen to call and change from a gel to regular and then they tell me they don’t have enough nail techs and do t do tips. This was very disappointing as we were planning something nice for a special Occassion. Good thing I called or we would have gone there with wrong appointments!!

I had a wonderful massage from David. I was disappointed in the Hana Room. The showers were not working properly (too cold). The sauna was barely even hot. I have always enjoyed every time Ive been here except for this time in the Hana Room it was just out of sync.

Well first let me say I found this place on groupon and wanted to check it out. Stacy and Aaron the young ladies they gave me my first few times was amazing and did a great job so maybe like a month later I came back and made a appointment over the phone which I asked for Aaron so the young lady said sure she is available. I came in for my appointment looking forward to seeing Aaron because I know she is great they gave me someone else without even asking me. I went ahead and got the massage so after I was at the front desk the young lady ask me how was everything I said good even tho you guys gave me someone else thats when she saidWell she was booked so thats why we gave you someone else with a attitude smh yea I wont be coming back to this place because customers service is huge to me and you should get who you ask for and are paying for

Ive been to the Maui spa here for the past two years. Every time feels so wonderful. I purchased the full body massage all times. Back, Foot, and Facial. The spa is so beautiful & tranquil. Very relaxing to do this in the middle of your week. Love it and I am not going to change to any other spas here.

I was given a couples massage as an anniversary gift, and at the last minute my husband couldnt join me...Debi, the Spa Director, was so very kind and accommodating - she took care of everything! I ended up with a Four-Hand CBD Massage (Heavenly!!) and a manicure for myself. Linda and Simitra (Im sorry if I misspelled your name) were total pros...they are both EXCELLENT, as was the amazing manicurist. I was made to feel so welcome, relaxed and special...the atmosphere and ambience make for a soul-nourishing visit...exactly what you want from a spa! Overall I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend Maui Spa. I cant wait to go back!

I visited Maui Spa for the first time on my birthday and purchased multiple treatments. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The honey body scrub with Claudia was amazing!!! Ive had body scrubs at other places and the one at Maui Spa is beyond antything else. I will definitely be back to see Claudia at the Maui Spa.

Love the Maui Spa! Today was the second time that I did the Celebration Package with my mom and sister and it was just as amazing as the last time. They are consistently good. The hana experience is so fun and our facials from Natalia, Maria, and Maggie were great! Sam also tended to us and was just so pleasant. We never felt rushed, our package included a delicious spa lunch. I highly highly recommend this package and the Maui Spa. Go with friends or family. It was a great day of bonding and relaxing. We will be back.

I wish I could give this place 0 star for what poor management.I had received a gift certificate from my girlfriend for an 80 minute massage at this hole in the wall. When booking the appointment I was told to put a credit card on file so they can hold the reservation for me in the event of a no-show I would get charged. So I arrive to the spa spoke with reception and they told me to go upstairs.Long story short I had an 80 minute gift certificate and they charged my card $50 after I left.DO NOT BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE!!!!The owner Gail was supposed to call me 3 days ago, never heard from them.While getting a massage all I heard were 20 year old girls gossiping about the people there!There are so many better places to go, that are quiet and not thieves.

We try to get to the Maui Spa every trip to Boca. the staff is friendly and there are many services to choose from. It is one of the best spas, and they always make us feel special.

This was my girlfriend and Is very first spa/massage treatment. This was the most amazing and relaxing experience. Our massage therapists, Adam and Jenny provided us with incredible deep tissue massages, to say the least (we did it want to leave). Debbie, the spa director, was extremely welcoming and provided us with textbook customer service. Her and the front desk staff greeted us as we walked in and Debbie guided us through the process. We cannot thank you enough for the complimentary Copper tub bath :) . We also cannot wait for Sunday funday! Thank you so much to this welcoming staff, from the front desk team members to the massage therapists.

The place is nice and clean. The spa director recommended the beard facial I loved it and ill definitely be back soon.

My sister and I received Birthday certificates last March and we had booked our spa day together. We each had the Hanna Room, body scrub, massages and facials.I was happy up to the point of the facial I received. I am 55 years old and in all my facials I have never had a facial like this. The woman actually wore what seemed to me like surgeon gloves. When she was massaging my face all I could hear was scrunch, scrunch. Completely annoying. The facial was awful as well. When I met my sister in the waiting area she said how was it and I said awful. She said when we leave say something.So I did. They were very apologetic and said they would speak to her and I asked for a credit which I needed to call the manager to receive. After phone calls back and forth she granted me a $100 credit which was great, and good business..My sister had a $100 credit as well that she did not use.Now fast forward to this past weekend. I called my sister and said look if you dont want your credit can you put on my account as I wanted to get a very badly needed massage and reflexology as I had broken my ankle in September. She calls, spoke to a receptionist, she said no problem, done.I called the day after and booked a hot rock massage and reflexology and they were having a special on the massage so it was $150 for the massage and $60 for the reflexology, which amounted to $10 out of pocket.I get to the front desk to pay. She says you have a $100 credit. I said NO I have a $200 credit. She looks at me rudely and hits the girls leg next to her to get her attention. I explained the situation that my sister called to move the credit to my account. When I booked the appt. I even mentioned the $200 credit. So back and forth she is looking in the computer as Im standing there getting more frustrated by the moment. I just received an excellent massage from Jenny, btw she was fabulous.So she keeps asking me for my sisters name, she keeps looking then says it was redeemed. I said how could it be redeemed when she just called 3 days ago and moved it to my account. Yes, may have been redeemed as a transfer to my account but never got there. SO, after the stress mounting I gave the girl $10 and said here is Jennys tip and I walked out.What an experience. Never again will I go there!!! So unprofessional!

Problem amicably resolved 3/30/16. Had a really bad experience for the first time in 7+ years going here. Not with a massage itself; but rather with the sales rep/front desk receptionist. I showed up at 3:00 pm to purchase a package which was listed on their website as well as rack cards at $125.00, plus I had a promotional coupon for $20 off. I handed over my credit card, and to my surprise, the receipt said total $130.00; albeit the charge should have been $125-$20=$105. I kindly asked the representative why this occurred; and she responded our prices just changed. Well, I advised that the spa should at least have a sign that says Attn Customers , Prices just went up X amount but that didnt exist....So, I asked her to do the right thing and honor the price that was stated on the Maui Spa website as well as rack card which I had with me and furthermore, the coupon I had with me. In a snotty attitude, she took my credit card, canceled the original transaction, and re-rang me up, this time for $125.00 HOWEVER, this time, she forgot to include my 15% off coupon/$20 off any purchase of $125 or more which I had with me. When I mentioned this, she said oh, well its too late to add it so just tell them when you come in for your treatment that its noted on your account. I asked for proof that it was noted on my account; and asked how the gift recipient should request the credit when they come for spa services. Her response was just mention it. I have bought many packages here for friends, wife, mothers day,etc and have never had an experience like this. Typically the staff is friendly, welcoming, honest and accommodating. To finalize my experience, she handed me my gift card in a plain bag, not the standard gift bag that I have received in the past. I asked about some type of gift wrapping and was told sorry, were out. Just another disappointment.....At this point Im tempted to call Amex and just dispute the charge and return the gift card. My experience was humiliating and for a high end spa, so disappointing. Ive also own and operated a local business since 2001.....this isnt the way we treat our clients nor is it the way I expect to be treated. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by this company representative. Hopefully this email/review will solicit some type of management attention.

My friend bought a gift certificate while with me for his wife. She used part of it for a massage and had the worst experience and refused to go back. Maui Spa was contacted numerous times and refused to refund the money for the gift certificate. Both the manager and the owner refused to refund any money. Very unethical and poor business practice. BE CAREFUL WITH DEALING WITH THIS SPA - STAY AWAY

I had the Hana Treatment, an hour massage and the Detox facial this past sunday at Maui Spa. I do have to say I had a great experience there! I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep during the facial! That says it all!!

Such a great idea!! They have a hana hydrotherapy room which includes and infared sauna, aromatherapy steam room, cold plunge pool, & a swiss shower or waterfall deluge shower. They have copper soaks!!!!!! One of the only places in florida that has a beer bath!!!!!!!!!!! pretty neat! The staff is friendly and great! Love this place, a great getaway !

I have to say, I do not understand the great reviews of this place. When I go to a spa, I want a private, relaxing session. That is not how it was at all. I had gotten the Honolulu Express: which you get a massage and time in the Honolulu room. Heres what I found about this place:The changing rooms where you are supposed to get changed into the robe does not have private rooms or even curtains to get changed behind, you get changed in the middle of the room with the other woman and if the door opens, anyone can see you. Not a huge deal, but I would still like a little privacy when I am getting completely naked.Then, once you are changed, they bring you into a waiting room where you wait with everyone else (men and woman; keep in mind you are in a robe and naked underneath). The room is small and the seats are set up in a circle so you are forced to look at everyone else waiting in their robes. This is where I waited for about 25 mins. I could sense the awkward tension as we were all crammed into a small room, waiting.Once they came and got me from the room, I was taken into the Honolulu room. Again, the room is in the middle of the spa, with people constantly going in and out. The woman takes you into what is basically a shower, just with water coming from all directions, and right across is another shower where someone will be receiving the same treatment (this room is relatively small so you and the person showering across from you are pretty close). They bring you from one shower to another, followed by a steam room and a sauna. I just found this entire thing awkward. It is very hard to find relaxation with people talking and having constant traffic to and from the room. Even more awkward that you are in a bathing suit this entire time. There was absolutely NOTHING relaxing or special about this.After this room, they brought me back to the waiting room. I felt that my experience that should have been an hour and half easily became a 3 hour experience with all the waiting I did. FINALLY, I was taken into the massage room. The massage was one of the WORST massages I have ever gotten. I am 53 years old and have had many MANY massages and this one topped as the worst! The woman seemed inexperienced like she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I was supposed to get a full body massage and for about 45/50 mins was all focused on the top half of my back and spent about 10 mins on the rest of the body. The massage was painful. I thought that maybe my back was knotted up so she needed to get them out. 2 days later and my back is still hurting from the massage.Bottom Line: I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL! Go somewhere else. I did not come out feeling relaxed, and isnt that what a spa is for??

I went here to celebrate my bachelorette party with 8 other women back in March 2013. Im a little older & had already done the club drinking thing & wanted to spend some quality time with my friends doing something different. Everyone was so friendly & helpful! We did the celebration package & felt we got so much more than we paid for! Because we were such a large group, they did the foot soaks up on the roof where we later laughed & chatted during our spa lunch. The Hana hydrotherapy room is a MUST add on to any service, especially when done before a massage. Everyone loved their 25 min massages or minifacials too, Mango mimosas were included in the package, but since we were celebrating we asked about having more to drink. They were more than happy to let us bring more champagne & we had a blast. Thanks so much for the great time. I sent my mom here for a spa day for her 60th birthday & she thought everything was phenomenal. I cant wait to come back!

Everything was great @ First... went with my sister for her 37th birthday..... they seemed nice but when it was time for the roof top and mimosas.... we were told that we already had 3..... I know for a fact if I had blue eyes and blonde hair they would have given me the whole freakin bottle.... sadly I will not be back as I planned for my birthday in april... if it wasnt for my sister and me not wanting to ruin her day. I would have went off instead .... I just left...... if you are of color and wear your natural hair... this is not the place for you!!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE- THEY ORDER TAKE-OUT FOOD TO SERVE ON THEIR PRICY ROOF-TOP LUNCH!! Walked up the stairs to the third level for a VERY awkward experience! We were alittle late coming up the stairs for our lunch appointment- they serve you Greek food- a soulvaki platter I believe it was called. Anyways, the elevator door opens to a blonde older woman carrying three plastic take out containers. She looks alittle embarrassed before rushingly greeting us, she runs back to the kitchen and I think nothing of it- at first. She then returns with with our home cooked meal- turns out this takeout is from local Soulvaki place called Soulvaki Fast . These people literally buy cheap takeout, put it on a fancy plate- then turn around and serve it to you. Whilst charging you an arm and a leg for TAKEOUT FOOD. Very disappointing and embarrassing to claim you make the food when infact it is bought from a Greek fast food joint a few miles away. I will be calling Soulvaki Fast and inquiring if they know that the spa is buying their food then turning around to sell it for 20 dollars a plate! Very disgusting and slimey joint. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

This place is amazing, the energy is full of positivity and healing. I stayed here with my girlfriend. And proposed to her at the Fairy Tale Pools just a 12 minute hike from the residence. The hosts Adrian, Dave, and Mattius were amazing at helping us feel comfortable and welcomed. We picked fresh fruit from the trees, and veggies for salads and breakfest!I went back for a healing massage the last day I was on the Island and it wasthe best massage expierance I have ever had! I have had over 100 massages and this hands down was the most healing of them all. I had never had a massage on a vibtation table, with healing music! I would reccomend this to anyone from all walks of life. It opens up your mind and really allows you to free yourself. Also they allow you to relax after and meditate. I will be going back everytime I am on the Island!Blessings

Had a wonderful time at the Maui Spa.Sasha and her team did such a fabulous job in making me feel welcomed. I was greeted with a Aloha when i first entered the Spa and immediately brought up the 2nd floor to start my appointment. I was shown to the change room (which is very clean and well stocked with towels, soaps and shaving foam) where a shower and a soft bath robe awaited me. Afterwards I was shown to the beautiful relaxation room where I was offered hot or cold refreshment (hot tea, very good) and got a food bath. After maybe 15 minutes of relaxation I was shown to the Hana room where my Hana Hydrotherapy began. I was moving through different showers with water coming from all directions, a beautiful sauna and a steam room. At the end awaited me a refreshing cold plunge. Fantastic experience, especially for getting ready for me LomiLomi massage. Lisa, an amazingly friendly young lady was my massage therapist, and she knew what she was doing. 80 minutes of pure relaxation! Ahh I didnt want it to end, what a beautiful day of pampering and relaxation. I cant wait to get back there!!10/10 experience. When you get in the area, do not miss this outstanding experience!!
