Its either a hit or miss experience here. For the prices they charge it should always be excellent service. The past couple of times Ive done gel its chipped in the first couple of days. Acrylics usually come out nicely although sometimes the nails are thicker.This place is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

I went to Red Nails as a walk in and immediately liked the ambience. It is tastefully decorated, the staff was nice and observing all COVID precautions.My nail tech was James and he was really good. He even practiced the nail design I requested on a nail extension to make sure it was what I wanted. He gave me one of the best dip powder manicures I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back for sure!

Fist time there. Worst experience! The pedicure water was way to hot and the woman keep trying to force my feet to get in them. She this is hot?!?! Then she cupped it with her hands to put it in my leg then burned me. I told I had Eczema on my feet and to please be careful. She didn’t listen and hurt me many times with the pumas. I was soaking with the gels on my hands during this. She didn’t put enough nail polish remover on the cotton. She drilled off the gel polish. Ruined my nails. When painting them she missed spots. 1/4 of the nail on one. She kept forcing my hand in the light even though it wasn’t covered. She was rude!!! My nails look horrible. Avoid this place at all cost.

Day 2 after my manicure - and my hands dont look good already. Lady was too fast doing my manicure trying to fit more people in- my cuticles look terrible, less than 12 hours after the manicure - would not recommend

Not good...my nail chipped after 3 days. I wanted gel but was convinced nexgen was better. I have tried for four days now to go back in and get it repaired. They keep telling me I cannot come in until after 6. So, bad manicure and also bad customer service. I am very disappointed 😔

They do a terrible job. I went there once to get my nails done . After 2 DAYS!!! 4 nails popped off!!! Get this , today I went to have a nice natural French nails done because my other place that I usually go to was closed and I had a modeling appointment tomorrow so it was very important. I go to grab my shoe , and the thumb nail POPPED OFF!!!! I was freaking out because tomorrow is a very important day and since they open at 9:30 they are definitely going to here from me in the morning to get it fixed and if not for free I am telling you there will be a problem. Overall very disappointed. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

I dont like this salon because the owner is not polite and the service should be better. My nails were broken after three days.I dont recommend this place. The owner of this salon should think about the reputation of her salon.

This was my first time using this nail salon. I will definitely use them again. It was the cleanest place I have been to in South Florida and from the amount of customers there, I wish someone had told me sooner about this location.

I have been going to this salon for 8 years and I loved it and recommended it to everyone. The last time I went was November and to my surprise when I took the polish off my thumb it was discolored and painful. Turns out I got a nail fungus from the Salon. A dermatologist prescribed me pills to correct it and I went to the salon to let them know. The girl at the counter took a picture and wrote my info down and just kind of avoided accountability and told me shed tell her Aunt, the owner. I never back from them, they never apologized, nothing. After being loyal for 8 years thats how they treated me. Their foot area is so clean and I see them open equipment that has been sterilized but I have never seen them use sterile equipment for manicures. Im so disappointed in them. Ill never be back and Ive told all my friends.

I have been going to Red Nails for years now. I have had nail techs leave, and gotten a new nail tech. I can very honestly say that in ALL the times I have been there, I have NEVER had a bad experience! The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this place!

I have been coming to red nails for 10+ years the service is 5 star and the workers all sweet and as a regular customer, I never need to ask for anything.

My tech was katie and she did a beautiful job and was so caring and nice. I am definitely coming back here in the near future!

Had an acrylic fill... not only did the tech do a sub par job but she did something that caused my thumbs to sting hours after leaving the salon.

Newly renovated, this nail salon is very clean, detail oriented, and friendly. The manager is always as accommodating as possible and polite.

It is a fairly good place. There is a large variety of colors to choose from and they can even do lots of nail art, and rhinestones. They always do everything very well and never fail to leave me extremely happy

Love the ambiance, high tech massage chairs always my appointments have been on time and off course beautiful results with my nails.Dan and Maria are my favorite tech nails.PS: They always have a comedy channel that puts a smile on my face. 5-star all the way.100% recommended it.

Ive been on the hunt for a new nail place and decided to walk in here and give it a try. It was late on a Sunday and they were very busy however they took me in without an appointment and I sat down within 10 minutes. The staff is nice, the place is spotless and beautiful and my nails came out great. Definitely my new place!

June and Lynne are the best!! Love coming to either of them at least twice a month. The place is recently remodeled. It feels like a spa inside. So relaxing. AMAZING massage chairs. I love this nail salon.

I walked in on a Sunday morning. it wasnt opened yet but some technician came early that day by luck and they took me in. I am glad they took me because it was such a great experience. first of all I like the place because it was so clean, big, quite and full of positive energy. the message chairs have display screens. I dont like the manually operated ones. the only down side of nail salons here is tip has to be in cash. I am from CT and putting the tip. in the credit card is way much easier.

This salon is amazingly decorated and has great staff. Every time I leave the salon I come out with amazing nails. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Annie does my nails and she never disappoints me. She is so talented, welcoming, and passionate about her job. I recommend her to anyone who is a perfectionist, because she will deliver perfection every single time. Red Nails is certainly the best nail salon in Boca Raton.

This place used to be awesome but the quality has gone way, way down over the past year. Last 2x I went in here I’ve had to go back 1-2 days later due to defects. Last time the gel was cracking 1 day after application and now my gel coat came clean off one nail 2 days after leaving. I get gel polish so it LASTS not to turn right back around for a second trip to the nail salon. RIP Red Nails! 😢

This is as my first time here and definitely my last, the customer service I received was terrible and was very embarrassing towards me and my sister. We scheduled an appointment for four but two people ended up not being able to make it to the appointment so we texted the lady to let her know if it’s okay to reschedule she texted back saying THE APPOINTMENT DAY AND TIME CANNOT BE CHANGED so we made $100 deposit and we didn’t want it to go to waste so my sister and I ended up going but when we asked about the other two deposit she said we couldn’t get the $50 back for the two who couldn’t make it and then when I told her instead of giving it back just take it out of our bill she then started yelling no that’s not how it works. So I said okay well can they reschedule if we’re not getting the deposit back which we notified you that they was not coming and you cannot take it out of our bill she said no it’s too late to reschedule. It was humiliating and by far the worst experience ever at a nail salon. The lady was beyond rude and had the other people hovering over us like we was going to leave. It was a big commotion for no reason and I honestly feel like it was unfair. My nails are not neatly done, there’s polish all over my hands just an awful experience!!! NEVER GOING BACK, THANKS FOR THE EMBARRASSMENT RED NAILS!

Came to red nails because my friend swore by them. I came at 11 am and they said they could only take me at 4, which was fine. I came back and saw Annie. The place in general is gorgeous and have decent prices. BUT ANNIE IS HORRIBLE. Not only did she RUSH on my nexgen, but she cut me and didn’t care about how my nails turned out. They are thick, uneven, and she didn’t bother to clean up my nails. I ended up paying 35$, but paid 40$ in cash and she automatically kept the extra 5$ which I thought was very rude. Needles to say, gorgeous place... horrible service. So disappointed.

I have been to this salon many times but will never return. I had a full set done and 4 of my fingers are bleeding, 2 of the nail extensions are going the opposite direction of my finger and it is extremely noticeable. Not one nail is similar to another in shape or length. I have rough edges and a chip out of my left thumb nail. I pointed all of this out to the nail tech and owner who both argued with me and were not apologetic at all. My nails look horrible! And worse, I have cuts and am bleeding.

I am very picky with my nails and service. I went in and had the NexGen on my nails and Lily did them. I have to say she did an excellent job and they repaired a toe nail. They were very kind to my 11-year-old who had her nails done at the same time. I would recommend going there and I will be back again. I don’t normally write reviews but nail salons in Boca are Horrible and I so far have had a very nice experience there.

I started coming here 3 1/2 months ago and haven’t stopped since meeting Annie who does a remarkable job on my nails every time. She has a very sweet personality, I became instantly comfortable and I never leave dissatisfied with her. My career consists of a lot of hands-on so I see her every two weeks to get a NexGen mani. Annie goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are going to be strong, durable and beautiful throughout that time period. I have recommended three of my friends to use her services and all have not been disappointed either. Thank you Annie for making my manicures a real spa-worthy experience!

Everyone at Red Nails is patient, kind and knows there business. They do great work and are not sloppy. The only thing that really irradiates me are the women who come in and think these girls are beneath them and show them luttle respect. Sour gets sours....sweet gets sweet. Great experience.

Red Nails Was newly renovated and has a very beautiful, clean, modern interior. I visit the salon every other week and have been a client of Vicky and ANNIE for more than 7 years. These are very highly professional, friendly, caring individuals who do expert work. The nexGEN polish or pedicure comes out perfectly for normal daily use or your special vacation trip to Hawaii or Las Vegas, and no request is denied. The management is very accommodating, and has flexed the schedule for me during family emergencies, surgeries, home construction issues , etc. It’s the quality of the work and the staff that makes the salon incomparable.

The place is very nice and clean the technicians are very good however the last 2 times I went the gel polished chipped off in 2 days both toenails and finger nails I went back but they did not care .I will not be going back there

I was a long time customer of Danny and then Helen. They were both great but I had a horrible experience with the female owner. She is racist and if you are of a darker complexion she has already judged you and assasinated your character. I went in after leaving the gym one night and had 1 cc. The nail tech charged my card incorrectly and immediately voided the transaction, but at that point the balance on the card was less than what I owed. It was pretty much closing time and I asked if I could back the next day with another card. The owner proceeded to tell me I got my nails done and was refusing to pay for my services. She questioned if I had any intentions on actually paying. She wanted me to leave my cc or cell phone with her as collateral. I refused. The nail tech and her husband looked completely upset that the owner was behaving in such a rude way. As the nail tech apologized profusely, she was silenced by the owner. This was the most humiliating experience in my life. I know this was a race thing. She would have not thought to treat anyone of another ethnicity the way she treated me. My husband came and helped to diffuse it but I will never go back. And come to find out, they never voided the transaction. I had to dispute the charge with my bank bc I paid with another card. It terrible that 1 bad apple has spoiled the bunch.

ANNIE AT RED NAILS IS AMAZING!!!! She’s my favorite person in the entire world. Always does a phenomenal job, my nails look & FEEL amazing. My toes are always painted & never turn yellow. I don’t know what she does, but it’s great. Red nails is newly renovated, so it’s brand new & clean. Annie gets out every ingrown toenail or fingernail without a single pain, she does fantastic designs too.-from matts girlfriend Brittany (because I don’t have a gmail account)

Been going there for 20 yrs on and off and the owner has never said hello or smiled. Each time I go the price is different. Im never going back. Im always friendly. $70 for a Mani n Pedi gel plus $20 tip is ridiculous. Im over it. The tip is my choice obviously but its too exspensive depending on the day. Its very nice and remolded but I personally cant afford it. Not with that attitude.

The worse place ever . I checked them online and since they are very close to my house I said let me give them a try .I had an appointment with a guy named dan, he did my nails I did a certain package to make sure my feel are smooth as they promise which was absolutely not true. My manicure and cuticles were horrible and yet I didn’t complain left a generous tip and left . After 6 days my gel manicure started peaking and my cuticles were so bad that they hurt. I have been doing gel for the past 10 years and the minimum they last is 3 weeks not 6 days!!!!!I drive back to the salon to show them the result and how the gel manicure is pealing in a bad way and the receptionist barely looked at me gave me an attitude and asked me to sit down .She went to dan and told him I’m there to show him my nails and the guy comes to the front 3 times looks at me from far doesn’t bother to say hello or check my nails and he goes back to prepare a client to start with her while I’m waiting .I ended up leaving the place and no one bothered .Service is everything and I had the worst experience eveeeeeeer . Don’t bother to go there worse experience .

Went there for a gel mani and pedi at their newly renovated salon. Place is beautiful. The very next day, I woke up akth a severely inflamed and swollen finger.... needless to say I ended up with an infection from this salon. Had to go on heavy duty antibiotics that caused my nursing baby thrush and had to see a specialist and get it drained. Never again.

The worst manicure I have had in years.I called and complained I was told to come back the next day they will fix my nails. Got there the old looking manager was very rude no class .She was very surprised when she made her rude remarks I responded to her.I was a language teacher in her Country for yearsNot because Im black never assume we dont understand your language.Classless.

Sitting in the chair and the lady is telling me almost 40 bucks for a fill and only stated that after she started doing my nails. Wow. I could get the whole works done else where for 40 bucks. Rip off to the max

I been to this place once never will go there again. I went there just now to complain that why my nails only lasted 4 days. They charged me $45 for nails only theres a place in delray on congress that charges $20 and it last for 3 weeks. They charged my friend $25 at red nails and charged me $45 for some crappy ass nails than want me to pay to get it refilled after it fell off in 4 days this place isnt the place to go. Dont trust them or there prices. DONT GO THERE AT ALL

Expensive for Nexgen, three nail tips and pedicure...$80. Never again.

When the lady was filing my toenails she did it so hard that she ripped my pinky toe nail off almost. It’s hanging on only one side now. Also, my friend got a gel manicure from another nail stylist and it looked terrible. Do not recommended this place at all.
